I have to say I am totally flabbergasted with walmarr im sorry there are people who shop in wheel chairs teach your ridiculous employees how to place items in right spot as not all people can stand up and read those little tags . I tried to purchase what according to tag it was 7 der was an 8lb bag of prefroze chicken breast fillets for basically 13 dollars when I went to ring up imagine my surprise when it read 24 dollars I went back to check it the spot where the 24 dollar bags were was empty the spot with the 8lb bags in it under 13 dollar spot was full they can't deny it as I took pictures that is wrong to do. False advertising as far as I'm concerned. It is not walmart anymore its fall apart . Ridiculous way to do buisness. Not to mention i called to discuss it and because the so called manager didn't truley want to deal with it accused me of yelling and being rude even though I explained I was on speaker phone and was driving so whos the rude one I am at the point where I am ready to tell everyone I know to boycott walmart and any buisness there involved in this is not the first time they have been rude and disgusting and non customer friendly.

Walmart literally JUST delivered this nastiness to my front door. Are you kidding me, Walmart? Who are you hiring for your produce department, let alone Walmart+ shoppers? The 16 oz container was half empty, and the remaining fruit is rotten, slimy, and moldy. Who serves their customers fruit like this and thinks "Oh yeah, they'll definitely be happy eating this." Seriously? I'm sick right now and can't get to the store so I pay for the delivery service to help me out. Last night they delivered another order that was missing NINE items. All of the steaks were gone, no beef, milk, butter, fresh produce. All missing. They charged me the full amount, then either the driver kept all of the meat items and produce and milk, OR, they just don't GAF and threw half the order together and said "Eh, that's good enough." Do better, Walmart. WAY better. WTAF

My wife had gone to this walmart to waste some time and walk around between some appointments due to the fact that we live over an hour away from this area. We'll she grabbed a cart just for if she found something she felt she needed. She had been inside the store for about 30 minutes, the cart was still empty as there was nothing she felt she needed. While walking around an employee decided she seemed "suspicious" because she was looking at items and would put them back. She told the employee that she was just looking and trying to burn up some time between appointments. The employee continued to follow her and she got uncomfortable and felt that she HAD to buy something and leave. I called the store and requested to speak to someone about this wondering why it was a problem that my wife had been in the store for a little while and they had to have someone follow her because her cart was empty? Well I still haven't had the chance to speak to anyone almost 2 hours later because "all the supervisors/managers are on lunch" sure wish my lunch breaks were 2+ hours long.

Best time to go is about an hour before close, hardly nobody in there, you can take your time or zip in and out. I visited the electronics and this was the first time in all my 54 years that I finally ran into someone with my exact name, Joli, spelled the same and we have the same birth month...crazy! She was very helpful and so was her sidekick and I'm sorry but I forgot his name! They made my trip worth while!

It's a hard time with the language barrier. I also sat by the jewelry counter for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to unlock it. Then they had the wrong keys and couldn't unlock it. Also they treated me like a criminal and kept needing all my receipts for my things. They didn't seem to check anyone else out and my receipts were taped on my items. Sometimes I have a good time here this time I did not I was very upset.

Do not ever shop there. The prices are always twice as much as they say on the shelves. Last time I was there I waited several minutes at 3 different checkout lines only to be denied service when it was my turn. I was unable to make my purchase so I left without anything. Even though the prices might be higher, shop elsewhere, it probably does not make any difference considering that Walmarts prices are never correct anyways.Decided to go back after 6 months and was refused service once again. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Clearly they never attempted to fix any problems and do not care about their customers.

Between the smell, uncleanliness, and unorganized shelves it is not a pleasant place to shop. It smelled like rotting food so bad it was almost unbearable. The bathroom was the worst part. Absolutely disgusting stalls, counter, and sink. This experience made me never want to walk into walmart again.

Bought cat food and got canned soup in the box. The coolers at the front have black mold in them. I would never buy anything from the coolers there. I had a cart full of clearance clothes and the manager refused to sell them to me. She told me they would be donated, but also refused to show me proof that they would be donated.

As far as availability is concerned, ease of shopping, and frequency of item restocking - this is my preferred regional Wal-Mart. There is always room for improvement, but when I need to place an order and know that it will be there when I'm notified that it's ready - this is the one I use. 3.5 Stars - rounded up as it's the holiday season.

Only Walmart I’ll go to in the Saint Cloud metro area. Saint Cloud Walmart is a joke, Sartell is superior in every aspect. Stocked shelves, busy with no 45min wait in line. Staffed properly & friendly! Take note Saint Cloud Walmart

At this point, I only go to this store because there isn't many other options that I'd consider much better. The place is ALWAYS filthy. You can literally expect to walk down at least one if not more food aisles to find open, spilled, or rotten food. I just walked past an eaten chicken wing in an aisle. The bone was sitting on top of other food items. Just disgusting.

Just in quick was there last week all self check outs were lined up and there was at one point approximately 15 people to checkout on one line and took almost 15 mons for them to realize standing 30 feet away that maybe we should get some more check outs open

Walmart AP Officers ripped my bags out of my hands throwing all my purchased items across the entrance into the parking lot while I had just exited the store and was trying to rent a movie from the Redbox at the machine by the entrances... Two of Walmart's security guards approached me and told me that I wasn't leaving with my bags unless I presented my reciept..... I told them that since I had exited the store and the receipt was in my pocket that they would have to have Law Enforcement officer bring me a search warrant in order to gain access to what was in my pockets but that I could ensure them all items in my bags were paid for and if they didn't believe me they could go check there store security footage of my purchase and that I had just paid at the self checkout just moments before leaving the store. And I asked them what they intended to do if I attempted to leave with my items? I said "what are you going to do, rip my bags out of my hands? And stated that that would be assault and asked why the were harassing me and if the had a reason to suspect that I had stole something? And they said that because I refused to show my receipt to them that I obviously was stealing. I told them that I refuse to show my receipt because nobody has the right to search me without a warrant and stated that they had no reason to even question me without any suspicion that I had stolen from the store therefore they would never had found out that I would refuse to show my receipt had they not harassed me in the first place and considering that refusing to consent to a search is not an admitting of guilt and does not provide reasonable suspicion or probable cause to search had they been officers but considering they were not even law enforcement that they had best step aside and allow me to leave. The male guard said " go ahead and take a step toward the parking lot with those bags and see what happens.... so I did . They each grabbed the bags from my hands on either side of me and ripped the bags wide open spilling $100 dollars worth of groceries on the ground. I suggested they get a manager before I started throwing blows and the male officer ran into the store. He returned with a manager who asked what happened and after telling her the situation she asked them why they had done what they did and explained that she had just watched me pay for all my items. She told them to ho get me new bags and when the guard returned with new bags he tried to hand them to me. I said I'm not picking this stuff up and told the manager I wanted to review the footage of their security cameras and she told me that there were no cameras at the front doors to walmart. I returned the next day and asked a different manager to see the footage and after he went to the AP OFFICE for approximately a half hour he came back and told me that no cameras recorded anything and that he did not believe this even occurred. I do not know what to do as I did not know any of the witnesses.

I usually go to this walmart a lot just because it tends to be less busy then the other walmarts so I can get in and out pretty quickly I ordered online and everything was there unless they didn't have it, store is always clean and the staff are awesome and they go above an beyond for you especially if you are returning something.

Terrible customer service. Every time I go here I am waiting and waiting and waiting forever to return something at customer service or to even check out. Sadly this is the closest Walmart to my house so I have no choice but to sadly shop here. Pathetic, learn to spread your employees out better. I see so many in the isles just standing around or sitting on their phones with nothing to do. If I could rate no stars I would!

The vinyl record section is left a disaster, there are too many of them to the point where they are sat on top of each other and left all over the area. The shelves that the records are on aren’t secure since someone unscrewed the guard railing so if someone ever put a record back on the shelf it would fall right on the floor and possibly break. Some of them are open and missing the entire inside of the packaging. Don’t buy the vinyl records here, they will most likely be damaged and a waste of your money.

Often the produce is expired and the store is always disorganized stuff everywhere. When compared to other locations this one is lacking customer service, organization and quality. My husband bought a steak and when he brought it home we noticed it expired same day. He tried to return it 20mins later and because of computer error they wouldn't refund money and handled the situation unprofessionally. We will no longer to shopping at Walmart anything.

It's becoming a game of "if the price is right"Half the time I go here I pick something up and the price is wrong. It's not customers either, I've seen whole batches of stuff put in the wrong spot. Attached is a picture of multiple coffee ground stocked in wrong spot. This isn't customers putting items back. This is employees. I had to take 4 of these out to find the correct flavor in the back. Then they won't honor their incorrect prices. I wanted to buy something, 15 stocked in a spot that said $11.98 and when I rang it up, came back as $32. Employee just looked at me and said, well guess I can put it back for you.

i have found mold in the drink refrigerators and i reported it, came back a few days later it was still there. you can barely walk across aisles because they always have pallets in the way, yet products are very rarely stocked.

Great selection in food/grocery department. The fresh fruit and green vegetables were neatly displayed and flawless. The frozen sections were adequately stocked with a wide variety of foods.

It's Walmart.... I can't stand the St cloud Walmart so I drive a few more miles. Clean Walmart, 1/2 of the employees are pretty nice. If you go later in the evening you will have a better time lol.
