They don't like to fill prescriptions NOR do they like to fill online orders. They will often cancel your items as they don't like to honor the deals that you discover through their own app.

It amazes me how you can have a prescription sent in and it sits of over a week. The only pharmacist at that location that has it together is Tim and is willing to help out. I have never seen such a **** show. They are so back logged they can't keep up and the staff are rude and unhelpful. Sorry moving someplace else they do not need my business.

Very friendly/personable staff. When in need of medication for my son, the Pharmacist Timothy, made sure instead of easily sending me away to a different location, he made it work to refill my medications, so for that we are grateful!

I have had a number of prescriptions that seem to take forever to get filled. Like a week or more. One was a rescue medication for seizures so I had to get it filled at another site. Then I had an Rx i was told was ready but when I arrived, they needed more time. Ok- maybe I got there faster than they expected. I was willing to give them chance after chance but today was the last straw. My husband works from home so he asked me to pick up his prescription when he got notification on Monday that it was ready. I had a hectic work week and was never able to get over there to pick it up until today, three days later. I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes (one car ahead of me). When I finally got up there, I was told they were still working on one of his meds. I told her that couldn't be right, it was just ONE prescription and we had been told it was ready three days before. She looked through the computer and then once again advised me it wasn't ready but could be ready in 45 minutes. I was livid. I wasted my lunch break on their incompetence. My guess is that their system is sending out generic ready apps and they just wait for people to show up. I get that everyone is short handed right now, but this is just poor service, bordering on absolute disregard and laziness. Changing up my pharmacy for sure.

The lady at checkout was super rude, grey short hair. Diapers didn’t ring up on sale, I had to go to my app and add the coupon. So I did, still didn’t work. So she then tells me I have to pay without the coupon. Little does she know I spent the last of my money on the diapers. She couldn’t have just gave the $3 off or call for a manager? Nope, so I cried as paid with the last of my money. I didn’t tell her that but SERIOUSLY YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT PEOPLE ARE GOING THROUGH!! Don’t work customer service if you cannot provide so. This was today.

This Walgreens used to be fantastic. I'd get my prescriptions there, photos, and shop. Now, the pharmacy drive through is only open for covid appointments. Very inconvenient when you have kids in the car. Then on top of that, the pharmacy closes at 6pm Monday-Friday. How do they expect the full time working person to pick up prescriptions?? I left there last night so upset, I went to coborns Pharmacy (who is open until 9pm). They got my business. They were extremely helpful and they will continue to get my business going forward. Goodbye Walgreens!

signed up on website for flu shotstood in line 30 minutes to be told my appt. was not in the computer! And the tech was coughing constantly, no mask and did not use hand sanitizer between customers that went before me. " No you cannot get one if you don't have an appointment." Do you think I would stand in line for 30 minutes if I didn't make an appt? Manager said, nothing I can do. This makes 3 foul ups by Walgreens since September. I am done at Walgreens, get your act together!

If I could give it a zero I would. Several problems. Once I was given someone else's medication, which was a CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. Then I received a call that my prescriptions were ready for pick up, drove all the way there and they were closed in the middle of the day... When they finally opened again I stood in line for 30 minutes only to be told they couldn't find my meds. The list goes on. Completely unreliable and incompetent. There's a difference between being short staffed and just being poorly managed.

Thank you for all your help this evening with the Monticello location not knowing how to find my information and properly billing insurance. You guys have always been so good to me. Anyone getting into the pharmacy tech position should absolutely consider your store. Such a world of difference between your employees and others

I've absolutely had it with this location! Waited in line for 15 minutes to be assisted by a cashier that had so much gum in her mouth I could not understand a word she said. She also used my son's "express pay" (his credit card on file) to pay for my medication without my asking her to do so. Why is his card attached to my account? This place has gone down hill since Kevin left. I am NEVER returning to this location.

I had to sit and wait at the photo counter for several minutes for someone to help me - no one in sight. Hit the button to call for assistance several times, nothing. So I go to the front counter, wait in line for several more minutes just to get the cashier to page someone to photo. I go back to photo, wait another 1-2 minutes until someone finally comes over, and they didn't even apologize. No "sorry about that" or explanation of why they didn't come when I pressed the call button, just nothing. Also didn't say "have a nice day," as I walked away which I think is a pretty basic customer service skill... During the same trip I went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. There were four different people working, with one customer at the drive thru and one at the counter being helped. By my math this would leave two staff that could have helped me. Instead one remained mostly out of sight and periodically appeared doing who knows what, and one sat doing something on the computer for several minutes with me standing there waiting. I don't know what she was doing on the computer, but it did not appear to be urgent as she wasn't hurrying at all. You'd think if she had a customer standing there right in front of her (it's literally not possible she didn't see me) she could pause whatever she was doing on the computer to assist them, but apparently not here. And even if she HAD to finish whatever she was doing on the computer first, you'd think she could at least look up and acknowledge me and say something like, "I'll be right with you." But again, no. Just poor customer service skills all around, I will not be doing my photos or prescriptions here anymore. Which is annoying because the location is convenient but that's about it.

This Walgreens used to be great. Friendly staff and prompt. Now the pharmacy is only open during hours when one is working it seems and staff in the store is not friendly. Pharmacy staff has a few that are worth while but overall time to change pharmacies.

so tired of walgreens and running out of my prescription then and having to transfer prescription, and come to find out they are randomly closed on a saturday, can you imagine a hospital just being randomly closed one day? i don’t think they know that people need certain meds, and can’t get them early because if tight restrictions, nowi have to deal with withdrawals. i just need to find a real pharmacy

The new pharmacy manager Linus is absolutely caustic in handling customer concerns. After expressing my hesitation regarding pills I recently received which were made outside of North America, Linus said I am to "Take what you get. If it's FDA approved you don't have any say in the matter. You don't have the right to pick and choose where your medication is manufactured. If you don't like it, find another pharmacy." Adding insult to his statements, the pill count for the prescription I received was short 13 pills. When Linus was asked about the shortage he snapped back by saying "How do I know you can count?" The remainder of our conversation was equally delightful and regretfully doesn't get any better. Walgreens in Sartell is now just a bad memory. I'm taking Linus's suggestion and finding a new pharmacy.

Absolutely love the pharmacy and all of the staff. They are always friendly and willing to help out. I used to get my prescriptions filled at Walmart where I was treated poorly on a regular basis so was hesitant switching pharmacies, but they are the complete opposite! I'm thankful I switched and am being treated far better at Walgreens!

If I could leave a zero star I would. Today an employee told me my prescription would be ready this afternoon.No text or call, so I call back.My fiance was on hold for 20 minutes, then was hung up on.I called back and waited 12 minutes to speak to someone who told me they don't have a prescription.Only explanation was "Maybe another employee accidentally deleted it!"She was upset at me!?!This is the 8th time in a year that our families prescriptions have been "misplaced", lost or "someone" forgot to order more, or the correct quantity, or just a "oops, sorry" for an explanation. Typically, the response is "we've ordered it, will be here Tuesday. Not Tuesday, call back tomorrow. Nope... next day..."no, I think it wasn't ordered cause it didn't come on the truck".Changing pharmacies tomorrow and will NEVER return. This location has a serious change over in staffing, someone should start looking at management.

Avoid use of this pharmacy, while I recognize issues related to being short staff- in general this location demonstrates lack of competency registering insurance information and has significant delays filling prescriptions. Recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Forget Walgreens for any of your printing needs. I’ve checked many sources that say they offer simple copying of documents and printing of files from a flash drive but whenever I go in there to do it...”nope sorry you can’t do that here!” Stop advertising that you can then! I’ve taken several trips there just to find out they can’t make a simple copy. Today the lady was very rude and quick about it too. AND there was a ginormous copy machine behind her. Just beyond frustrating.

All around friendly staff. I like to use the pharmacy at this location for the drive thru. The pharmacy has always kept me up to date on prescriptions and has gone the extra mile with the insurance company. Usually a quick stop and very convenient.

absolutely hate this pharmacy as they always have new or "floating" pharmacists who cannot do a damn thing. Tara the pharmacist is rude and has no customer service skills! Kevin is the only pharmacist who seems to care about his customers.As I tell everyone if you cannot be polite and helpful at the Jon you are doing maybe you need to stop and tjink about of thos job is right for you. I am so tired of kids now a days being rude and crabby to their elders.The other thing is you need cashiers who are friendly and not crabby. Dana is the true customer service individual there and if it was not for her we would never go to walgreens. I think it is time for Tim the store manager to train himself and his employees how to be a good worker and how to respect your customers and elders

If you're looking for COVID testing, avoid this place at all costs. I used Walgreens as they're the only provider that can do pre-flight testing for Hawaii, in Minnesota. I was quoted 2-24 hours for results, yet had an e-mail within 30 minutes claiming I was positive. I was totally asymptomatic.Fortunately we have the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. Multiple sequential PCR's are negative there.I'd avoid here for COVID testing, not sure about the pharmacy.

Will be choosing a new pharmacy. Went to pick up a prescription and they were out of stock. Went back the next morning and was told the pharmacist was out and they’d be open in the afternoon. Went back that evening and was in drive through prior to closing time. By the time I got to the window was turned away saying they were closed.

This local Walgreen's is much like any other (do they actually differ from one another in any way?). You'll find cosmetics, candy, snacks, frozen food, beverages, health and beauty items, a pharmacy, office supplies, magazines, and more.This location offers a drive-through pharmacy. I will say that the many times I've utilized this pharmacy, I've had long waits. I don't know why this is the case, but it seems as if it takes them a while to fulfill pharmacy orders, even when they're called in by the doctor and I show up an hour or more later.I do appreciate the convenience of having a Walgreen's close by, as they sell an assortment of items that I prefer not to drive further for. There's also a Redbox at this location. That's a huge plus.

Poor customer service. Waited like 45 minutes to wait in line only to be told to see another register. A guy at the register named Preston with a horrible attitude. Was told short staffed and stated that they should hire more people only to be told that I should apply or know anyone that I know.

Just got my first covid dose today and I have an EXTREME phobia of needles. Luke did my shot and was so so patient and supportive the whole time. I really appreciated that he went through all that trouble for me. I don't think I would've made it through that without him. Thanks so much Luke!!

Probably the worst staffed pharmacy. The girl with the dyed hair is probably the laziest pharmacy employee...literally 6 people standing in line while the pharmacist struggles to help people and shes taping boxes...the skinny white girl ...doesnt know what shes doing either...please hire better attentive people

Horrible pharmacy experiences... rx's are typically not ready (latest one was 6 hours after dr sent it) or they forgot to run through Insurance. It's never a smooth transaction. I am officially taking my business elsewhere
