Very helpful and polite. I get my progesterone hormone here. They talked about the hormone, how to use it, etc. This is a natural store so instead of using animal hormones, the use plant based hormones which which have worked far better for me. Not saying will work better for everyone, but it certainly does for me.

I would not recommend spending $75 on a consult. I was not listened to and was asked about 3 questions. He quickly jumped to 1 conclusion after hearing my diagnosis. He talked 90% of the time! His recommendation was not supported by my DO OBGYN and was not individualized to me. Without knowing my knowledge or background, he offered me very vague, generic, over recommended prescriptions that are not supported in holistic healing. How many women in pain are not listened to already and set up for more pain and frustration with side effects? I was frustrated, confused and hurt and when I voiced my concern I was told the pharmacist's time was invaluable and there was no option of reimbursement or credit, as though my time/voice is not important or valuable.

Incredible staff! Every person I spoke with was so helpful. I was in the middle of battling my 2nd round of Cdiff, was on heavy antibiotics and was getting sicker. A friend told me to call Apothocary in St Cloud. I followed a protocol using supplements from their pharmacy and felt better within days. I am forever grateful!

The pharmacists and assistants are always ready to talk with you and explain everything you need to know. I get my bio-identical hormones here, and sometimes pick up a homeopathic, essential oil, or a chemical-free shampoo. They even have a line of cosmetics.

The Steves are wonderful guys! I could look through their product selection all day. I especially like their Jane Iredale cosmetics and recommend this makeup to anyone looking for a light makeup look. Overall, my experience with The Apothecary has been 110% positive!

Picked up a prescription for my partner who is a paraplegic and in a wheelchair. We’re in the middle of a pandemic, and over half the staff in this place weren’t wearing masks. One of the pharmacists walked up to give me the prescription and started talking to me with his mask off his nose. These are supposed to be healthcare professionals and the people that go into pharmacies are typically ill or vulnerable. {Edited to add that Minnesota currently has a mask mandate and I will be reporting this to the Department of Labor and Industry.}
