We love our vet they treat our pets like they’re their own. Our cat was acting weird and we brought him in and he needed emergency surgery and they got him in within a few hours. We went in for checkups and shots today and one of the vet techs asked if Seymour was here. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else! Please enjoy photos of my cats at the vet. We have also taken our bearded dragon here and they provided excellent care for her as well ❤️

Five stars doesn't even explain my experience. I'd give them 10 if I could... My dog started experiencing gastrointestinal issues including vomiting small amounts of blood. I contacted my normal veterinary clinic and several emergency vets around the area, all of which were closed on the Saturday before Christmas.I decided to walk into this building as a last ditch effort to get help despite them not being a true emergency based veterinarian. The office manager promptly greeted me upon walking in the door. She allowed me to explain the nature of the visit and my concerns. Unfortunately the veterinarian was out on lunch at the time and being they were already at capacity for the day I was dreading driving down to the twin cities for care. The office manager asked if I be willing to stay until the veterinarian returned, I gladly obliged. At 2:00 I walked back into the office to be again greeted by the manager and she immediately said " The doctor can squeeze him in but it will be a wait" . I was elated as we had never been to this office and this would be their first interaction with our dog. The whole process including assessments, blood work, and shots was completed in just over a hour. The staff was overly accommodating and showed nothing but care for our fur baby. We are extremely grateful for everything they did to help us out. Highly recommend their services!

The doctors are great there.However, it is nearly impossible to get in the same day appointment. I'm not sure about other people, but when I find a vet.I'd like them to stick with one person because my dog gets to know that person and I get to know the hospital or the clinic. So when I am told by a clinic to take my dog somewhere else.That really kind of upsets me. I guess if that's what you feel. maybe I will have to do that

Personally my favorite vet it in town, hours are incredible with being open on Sunday.. the veterinarians themselves are also top notch and affordableI will always recommend advanced care pet hospital

Dr. Gerds is absolutely wonderful! Everyone from the Dr to the veterinary assistants to the ladies at the front desk are so kind and helpful.My 2 bearded dragons were diagnosed with parasite infections and the Dr answered all my questions and made this stressful situation so much easier to deal with. The vet assistants are also very knowledgeable and everyone at the clinic really loves and cares for each animal that comes through their doors.While waiting for test results we stepped outside and the lady at the front desk let our little Mel sit up on the desk with her so he wouldn't get scared, she really went out of her way for him and for us!I highly highly highly recommend bringing your little friends here for care, they'll be in great hands 🙂

They are such kind people. I walked in with out an appointment in distress over my sugar gliders infected eye. They took him in even though they were booked solid. Within a few hours my old man had antibiotics, pain meds and a plan. All at a very reasonable cost! Sadly the eye could not be saved. The cost of surgery and medication came out to be $400 less than what I was quoted at a clinic in St Paul. So glad I found Advanced Care Pet Hospital. The old man is doing great. And we have a follow up scheduled in 2 weeks to take the stitches out.

Whenever I visit, the woman at the front desk is always unkind and frowning. Her facial expression tells everything about who she is. I found no reason to continue to visit it with such unpleasant experiences.

Super caring!!We brought in our sick bunny and everyone was so kind, sweet, and caring it was great.The vet and the vet techs all take the time to explain everything, answer ALL of your questions, demonstrated giving medication to our bunny, they talked to us about different options and time frames for the different options.My daughter is the owner of the bunny and she will call the Advanced Care Pet Hospital and they will answer anything they can for her over the phone, they've set same day appointments for her, and have given her encouraging words.Everyone here is so kind and caring we really cannot believe we found such an incredible place to take our furry family

I brought in our dog due to an ear infection. Our normal vet is closed on weekends but Advanced Care was open. When I called, the receptionist was very friendly and was able to squeeze us in that day. When we arrived, everyone was so friendly and welcoming and they got us into a room right away. The vet tech answered all of my questions and the vet was very friendly as well! I received a follow up call the next day from Advanced Care checking in on my dog and making sure he was doing well! Top notch service and will be moving to Advanced Care for all of our veterinary needs!

The staff at Advanced Care Pet Hospital have taken care of our pets for 7 or 8 years now. They’ve been amazing, their prices are very reasonable, and they don’t pressure you into services unlike other places that will push for unnecessary services. They are also very clear about the costs and will never do a procedure without checking with you and providing an itemized service estimate.They also have excellent end of life care. We lost our giant schnauzer last year to kidney failure and they were very helpful and comforting in those last months. When the day came, they gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye and made sure that my sweet girl was comfortable and calm. They made the appointment for a time when the clinic was empty and quiet. I also like the pet cremation service they work with. They brought her back to me in an absolutely beautiful dark stained wood box along with the clay paw print Advanced Care did for us.Thank you for all that you do!

Did an amazing job on my pooch. My dog tore his ACL and they have been great. Had surgery, all in all it cost about $3000, which if you shop around is a bargain.

All of the techs and vets here are amazing, they always call you the day after an appointment to follow up and see how your pet is doing! I have always loved the care my cat receives here, but recently she became very sick and I was very concerned being a first time pet owner and a college student. She needed to be seen right away and it was a Sunday, so I was ready to bring her to the emergency vet in my area which would have been about 6x more than I ended up paying here. I remembered they were open on Sundays and felt very fortunate that they had an opening. All my pet ended up needing was a few injections, which the vet recommended before doing any other tests or labs as it would save my cat the stress and me the higher bills. She recovered in a few days time and never needed to run any tests. The staff here truly cares about you and your pets, and they provide unmatched care. I wouldn’t mind paying extra to ensure my cat has the best care, but coming here I never have to worry about either of those things as they provide the BEST care with extremely affordable prices. So thankful I found this place, and I always recommend them to anyone I know with a pet, because it’s just that amazing.

Every person I encountered here has put my pet first. Their priority is my pet's comfort and health. The staff is positive, affectionate, and honest. I had my cat spayed here, they ensured she was comfortable until I was able to pick her up, and they called me immediately after surgery to let me know she was doing well. Great vet! I take both of my boys here and they do amazing! Such a clean and welcoming environment!! They do great with vaccines as well as advice and answer any questions you may have about your fur babies!! My mother in law referred me to this vet and now I refer my friends and family! They love your babies just as much as you do, and would do anything to make sure they’re happy and healthy! So if you’re looking for a great vet for your fur babies of any kind, definitely recommend these lovely people!

I have never been a client here as the vet we go to is 1.5 hours away where our cabin is and where we are originally from. I needed a quick check on my dogs bladder as he had been retaining previously and i wanted to make sure we are still emptying most out. We are in the middle of a snow storm so getting him to our original vet would have taken 2.5 hours likely one way. When I explained the situation over the phone, they had no hesitation to squeeze him in today for my piece of mind. I'm sure the front desk receptionist (who was phenomenal) heard the worry in my voice. Dr. Micheal Drey Jr. seen him and was phenomenal. The vet tech was phenomenal. Everything from the phone call to the check was out was great. I would highly reccomend. I looked at a few quick reviews before calling so thats why im posting this. It helped me. They treated my Gunner boy and myself very well and seemed to be very compassionate. Thank you all for being great today 💜

I have taken my little one to Advanced Care Pet Hospital for years- they are PHENOMENAL!!!! From routine visits to last minute emergencies - they were there for us. And even Open 7 days a week! They are VERY responsive to phone calls/emails and they even do follow up calls after appts. to check on my dog and see if I had any questions. We recently had to say good bye to our little one after 15 years and they made the process of having to put our dog to sleep- as good as it could be. They were so caring, understanding and patient. We recently got another puppy, and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for her care.I honestly can't say enough positive things about the staff and the care they give. They TRULY understand how much a pet means to someone and their family. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone. A++++++

Called for an emergency for my animal and all I got was, “I’m sorry she isn’t in my system and we can’t help you”. I then called a different pet hospital and they took the matter more serious and helped me with everything I needed information wise and set me up with an appointment. They also set me up with what I should do until the appointment. Really don’t understand why I wasn’t informed and set up an appointment with my loved one. I really hope other animals are taken care of better than mine. I would give less than a star but they wouldn’t let me.

We have been bringing our animals here for years and have never been let down. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. Everyone is super sweet. Last night (Oct. 8) I had to put down my kitty of 11 years and they were incredible. Never felt rushed, but I felt supported and loved. I received many bear hugs and was held through the hardest part of the whole process. We were checked in on many, many times...never rushed, they just wanted to see if we needed anything and were ok. Incredible staff, incredible atmosphere. Not a bad word to be said about these wonderful human beings and their clinic.

They do curb side help. I brought my cats to get their immunizations. The vet came outside and took them inside. Usually after getting shots, my cats are on edge the rest of the day, but they were calm when put back in the car. The cost of the shots weren't bad either! If there were six stars, I'd give it to them.

Hours say they are open on sundays til 5pm, called in to ask if they would be able to see my Guinea pig who was in very bad shape, it was hard for her to move and I believe she had a stroke. They said if I wasn’t already a preexisting customer that they wouldn’t see her since they are not taking on new clients and that they don’t have enough staff for an emergency since they are already fully booked for the day. The closest vet hospital open on Sunday’s is two and half hours away, but this place was open and unwilling to help and told me that another vet would be open tomorrow witch is Monday and I could take her there. She did not have until tomorrow. My Guinea pig is dead now, so thank you for caring so much about animals.

I can't say enough good about Advanced Care Pet Hospital. Their staff is extremely friendly and down to earth. Their annual wellness exams are extremely informative without being pushy. I have called them simply for advice and they are more than happy to help and be honest about whether or not a vet appointment it necessary. I have also called for an emergency visit for which they got us in same day even with having a completely booked schedule and were extremely supportive. I had tried a few other vets in the area before going here but this place is by far the best!

Very nice place! We came in for a new patient meet and greet. I was very impressed with how helpful, professional and just plain welcoming everyone was... They got her weight, scanned all her previous records and then the doctor came in to meet her and say hello and give her a quick look... There was no charge, we weren't rushed, and I feel good knowing they are there when needed...

Showed up covered in blood and freaking out because my poor pooch caught her tail in a door and it was bleeding really bad. I was told, "We're not an emergency vet. You'll have to try somewhere else" Heartless! I took her to Boysen. They took really good care of her there. The door actually cut the very tip of her tail off but only needed 2 stitches. They even carried her to the car for me after because she was too sedated to walk and weighs almost 75lbs. I'll be taking her there for any future follow ups.
