By far the best hardware store ever !Bought a new chainsaw, they filled with gas and oil and showed me everything I needed to know. Amazing service with attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Friendly and courteous staff. Staff greets you as you walk in the door. 99% of the time there's always someone to offer assistance or they'll say someone will be with you shortly or I'll be right back. Usually have what you need and if they don't they can usually order it. Some items are pricey but that's a given for a small town and the way things have gone up drastically over the last 2 years it's expected. They can help you figure out what you need even if you don't really know what you need. Just love the atmosphere of the place everyone getting along, joking around and having fun while working makes walking into the business comfortable and at ease.

This is a great small town hardware store. They literally have just about everything you could want from one. From nuts and bolts to lawn care equipment and everything in between. The prices are not the best but there competitive and comparable to other local places. The staff was super helpful finding excatly what I needed. They were very knowledgeable as well.

I love Ace hardware they are always prompt to ask how they may help you and I love that if they don't have something they will see if they can order it for you or if some where close possibly has it I don't know any other business that will actually look to the competition for their customers but if you think about it ,it makes good sense to get your customers what is needed because they will certainly be coming back for the great service and the prices at Ace are really good also

In my opinion, this is one of the most improved stores in the past year or two, that I frequent on a regular basis.The crew is always very helpful, and polite, but they have been from day one. (I have lived in the area for 10 years)They used to be on the expensive side in my opinion, on some items.Also, another gripe I had is there used to be a great deal of price mislabeling. (Marked one price, and would be more money at checkout)I do NOT believe it was ever done on purpose, just disorganized.Today, with the outrageous inflation, supply problems in every store, Sandstone Ace stands out to me as being reliable for most parts for things that are hard to find, great values on their "red hot buys", a helpful staff, fair prices on many of their items. I have given them alot more business in the last two years, and they have earned it.Great store to have in a small town.

We came in 9 minutes before closure to look for roundup, we couldn't find it and asked a staff member, they showed us where it was and we got out with 5 mins to spare, very good! 5 stars

The owner Matt runs a really great store. His staff is always there to answer your questions offer suggestions and in the case of Tom took over and fixed my hardware problem with a little creativity and a leatherman. It doesn't matter what the store offers if it doesn't got great customer service. Sandstone Ace hardware definitions top of the line service from the youngest on the crew to the oldest.

A very well organized and full store of everything hardware store needs you can find.. There's ALOT to choose from nomatter what home project you are taking on or just a simple something you May need to fix or add to your home..they have numerous services to complete your One stop shop hardware store. The entire staff are so very welcoming, so very nice 🙂, so very accommodating to your needs and they're more than happy to help you find what you need.. this is now My only hardware store that I will be using.. I was overly impressed by the cleaniness, the way the store was so very well organized and The friendliness of the staff..They definitely Care about the customer service and making sure you are satisfied with everything..you really need to stop in this place to experience it yourself as I guarantee you will not be disappointed.. The layout of the store is awesome 👍.. I give this hardware store a 10+ and excellence for customer service And appreciation!!!!

Small town bussiness big town items lots of things you need often and dont have to wait for them to be ordered but if they don't have it they will price and order it with little or no waiting ( next day or two pick up ) when available

Dropped off window screens to be re-screened in July, I was told the would be done the next week. It is now the middle of October and they are still not finished.Staff didn’t know how to receive and document the receipt of the screens. Now they are at the handyman’s workshop and we have been told he is to busy to do them.Do NOT use them for services!

The people here are always helpful and if you need something that isn't there they try to get it in just a few days. Most of the time they will have it in a couple of days. If you need a fun place to visit then ace is the place.
