Purchased a new zero turn from here and paid for delivery. It arrived and after about 10 minutes of driving it started to run weird. I called to explain what happened and they came right back out and picked it up and fixed the issue and brought it back out to me. Very understanding people.They also do repairs, and such. Plus they sell furniture, refrigerators, stoves, freezers, washer and dryers, etc. Definitely worth stopping in to check it out. They will like have something for you.

Purchased a dishwasher (Maytag), ours blew up the night before. I called in the morning and installation was happening early afternoon…… unbelievable. Installation specialists were polite, explained everything putting this household at ease. Post installation there was a small dripping of water not noticed by the techs or myself. I called immediately and they came back w/o question with the right items to fix the problem. Actually it could of been my problem but they took care of us up in Barnum. Kudos to the service/installation masters. Shopping small hometown was the key to this scenario. Great job Quality Homes!!!

I like them because they're small town up close personal listening and adapting to the needs of a customer. I picked out a washer tonight there is a tiny dent and I do mean tiny and he discounted it $100 now I'm not going to say that's the norm but when you deal with large chains versus a small town person to person store it makes a difference. Living in a small town means you know things are going to cost a little more but you know that they back it with in-house service so no unsightly weird contracts that takes weeks to fulfill the guy lives about a mile from my house and they come do house calls as well as pick up and service. They will never get less than five stars from me because they do five star work in a three-star town and they do it very well.

Poor customer service! We were there for 15-20 minutes and didn’t have a single person acknowledge us. There were several employees there that we passed by when we came in and not even a hello. We stood by several items we wanted to purchase. Definitely would not recommend.

Extremely poor service for repairs. They scheduled and came out to look at the appliance and ordered parts .A MONTH later they have not called or returned to fix the refrigerator. Go elsewhere. Sales staff is also pushy and rude when looking over appliances. Well worth it to go to a metro store and get what I wanted with a warranty. .

I stopped in to see if I needed a new blade on my brush cutter and what was wrong with my chainsaw. The lady told me my blade was still in good shape on my brush cutter and that the break was locked up on my chainsaw. I asked her if she could clean up my chainsaw and help me get the break off and then when I offered to pay her she didn't want anything. She told me to stop back if I needed help with it again. She was a real help and save me a lot of trouble and expense I didn't need. I will go there again.

This place carries Stihl products and has a good selection of chains and accessories for your saw. Chain sharpening service is also available. ATVs, power equipment and mowers are on one side of the store, furniture and home products are on the other.
