Refused to call and verify our warranty coverage for a part they put in (before checking with our warranty) and now demanding 600.00 and their embarrassing old hoopity loaner vehicle back. After the fact now charging $120 to call the warranty line because it's "wasting his time". Very rude arrogant and lazy .. seems like a typical shady scam going on here. If you aren't from this area they will probably pull the same on you. Our car has been there for 1 day, and this is already the mess we're dealing with!! AVOID THIS PLACE 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩Update because of my review they are now calling in the loaner vehicle as stolen to the police .. I work with the police department 😆 that's falsifying a police report which is a crime. Intimidation techniques 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

Brakes weren't working on our 2015 Ford Edge. Brought the Edge into Arlen Krantz Ford to figure out the situation and have the brakes fixed it was very dangerous to drive in the snow. Brought it in once paid for the repair over the phone. $1400 repair bill. Picked the car up after hours and nothing was fixed. Called Tony said we will be bringing it back for it to get fixed he took it in couldn't find anything wrong with it and gave it back free of charge. Contacted Tony again saying car is acting up again and he tells me no interest trade it off. Trading it off would essentially cost more money as I am already out $1400 for the repair that was never fixed. I believe in safety over business. This car is not safe to drive as Arlen Krantz Ford is trying to make a quick buck on selling us a new car and then flipping this Edge. Will not be doing any services and business with Arlen Krantz Ford ever again. Hopefully this will help somebody out before they donate their hard earned dollar with no results and ultimately get turned down for future service.

We were in 2 weeks ago for warranty work. We waited over an hour past appointment time before car pulled into shop. We were told they had to order part to do other warranty work. Waited 2 weeks for part they ordered. I finally called and was told part was there. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting I asked why car wasn’t in shop yet. We were told part wasn’t there. “The guy must have gone in ditch or something” I explained we ordered part 2 weeks ago. No part. So I’m curious as to WHY the gal scheduled appointment then. Drive 40 miles one way for nothing. Won’t be back!

Took us in on extremely short notice. Several other repair shops refused us service, but Arlen Krantz Ford not only fixed it quickly but let us pet the adorable resident dog, Denver, while we waited. Very professional, excellent service and people. Highly recommended.

Had my car towed here last weekend due to what turned out to be a broken throttle body. They happily dealt with me over the phone, and had the car fixed, up, and running within two business days, for a very reasonable price. Short hours are a bit inconvenient, but we worked around it.

I’ve bought three or four vehicles from this dealership over the past 7 or so years and have always been treated fairly. With my most recent purchase in Nov 2019. I like the small town dealership atmosphere. I would recommend looking new or used vehicle to purchase from Arlen Krantz Ford.

The car i bought was wonderful, but the new guy running the place is definetely not a people person. I have seen some bad attitude towards the customers and the staff.The two ladies at the desks are very helpful. But today i went to Anderson Koch Ford in North Branch, they were very friendly and professional.

I felt i was treated unfairly and paid premium dollar for repairs on a 15 year old pickup. While his buddies got VIP Treatment. From disabling my wiper blade motor spray when they fixed my heater to leaving air in my brake line nearly causing me to roll my truck and go in the ditch on the other occasion. Lots of empty promises. Treat people with respect no matter what. But what did they care. Nope!!! Don't waste your time please! on a low grade ford dealer.

We bought a beautiful truck there in 2017, and were treated wonderful, when Arlen was the owner.2020 The new guy Tony is rude and disrespectful especially to woman! Plus I would not trust buying a used vehicle there .We were going to buy a new truck there , but not now! He needs a lesson in manners and how to treat people

My car broke down on Sunday I needed to leave it there and they were closed but Mrs Krantz was having breakfast at the dinner she took some time and information from me and my keys and said she would take care of it for me. Mrs Had her dealer ship call me for the repairs fixed my issue and then called me back because I had a broken axel shaft and replace it.
