I've been ordering from here since moving to the area 3 years ago, never had a problem. No problems, until tonight. I ordered and payed online, came in and was told someone stopped in and canceled the order under my name. I understand if you're short staffed and didn't have time to make my pizza, but I do NOT appreciate being lied to. No one other than my wife and kids knew I ordered pizza, so it seems very unlikely someone canceled a order in my name. I will be keeping an eye on my account for the funds to be returned to my account.

The pizza is good but... don't order on the app, if they say the pizza is going to be done at a certain time, add 30 minutes to that time. On January 23, 2024, I arrived at the store 5-10 minutes after the app said my order should have been completed. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my order to finish, they hadn't even put some of it in the cooker yet. Today, March 13, 2024, similar story but worse... family is in a tight timeline tonight, I figure I'll give them another chance. The app said my food would be ready around 3:38pm, I arrived at 3:44pm, and they hadn't even started my 3 pizza order. I finally walked out of there at 4:05pm. I imagine people use the app and their service for the convenience so to save you grief, based on my two experiences in 2024, please add at least 30 minutes to your supposed pick up time, as you plan your evening... or go elsewhere.

2nd time we've ordered pizza online and it's not ready when the app says it will be. Last time it was 1 hour from order time and this time it's been 45 minutes, 15 minutes passed when the app said it would be ready and I was told they're starting my order after the next one... either need to staff more people or fix the app to show proper ready time. They just say it's a rush, sorry. Not offered any kind of coupon or refund. Ridiculous! This time it was 50 minutes passed when it said it would be ready. On positive note I received a free dessert item and a sincere apology.

Went in 9-30-23, 5pm. No lids for coffee cups, at all. OK, it happens,. Went to counter to pay for a few items and met with very cold cashier. Friendly to her friends ahead of me, but very short when I stepped up to counter. I don't understand why. What happened to the cordial/friendly Sandstone Casey's that I've been dealing with the last few years? It all changed in the last couple of months and I don't like it.

Relatively clean. The employees are kind and however the manager i think, is rude. He was yelling at an employee while I was there with my family. Then scolded me like a child after I threw away a bag of trash (I already have gotten the okay from multiple other employees from previous times and this time).Its good to have a small town gas station when there is kindness.

We stopped in at around 9:30 this morning, and the people working were SO friendly and nice. Everyone was super helpful, and they were all making jokes and laughing while they worked. It was so nice to go in and be treated like a real person instead of your typical sullen gas station interaction. Fun, friendly workers who make you feel welcome and fresh hot breakfast pizza, this stop set a great tone for our road trip. Will make a point to stop here again on our way back just because of how awesome everyone was.

This review is based on their chicken wings, and pizza.Their "bone in chicken" with ranch dip is super! Very good quality chicken, with a crisp coating.The hamburger pizza with onion on a thin crust is very well made in my opinion. Excellent!

Myself and most of my coworkers always have a poor experience at this location. When we drive 9 miles from our organization to town and attempt to utilize this Casey’s store, it’s always a negative experience. Employees are almost always standing around chit-chatting or in a group smoking outside. On more than one occasion I’ve stood at the counter while the employees are standing in a corner gossiping. The founder of our organization tried to buy multiple bags of ice today and the employee complained that they’d have to get a key, go outside and unlock the freezer to get more. You know… do their job!? WOW. my department partner and I no longer fill our fleet vehicles and utility vehicles here and we stopped getting lunch here because it is such a complete waste of wages paid at this store. It’s appalling. The store manager is just as bad as the employees. I often see her in the group of 6 smoking outside when the store is full of customers.

About ten after five today I stopped in to pick up an online order. I pulled in and parked. As soon as I got out of my car an employee who was standing outside was like you know you can't park there. I hadn't seen any signs when I pulled up and it's snowing so heavily the lines are all covered. I turned to get back in to move and a she goes "I'll allow it. ....THIS time." OK? I say I didn't realize it wasnt parking there and she goes "for emergencies it is." I was grabbing something from inside and immediately leaving. Since she said it was ok I run in, ask for my order and as he's handing it over for me I realize she had followed me in. She tells the guy that's handing me the pizza that she told me that wasn't parking. She omitted that she said it was okay?? At this point I'm sick of her attitude so I just walk out. As I'm trying to leave the guy is staring at me from the window. The woman had walked back out. Merry Christmas to me I guess. I didn't deserve that level of attitude for what was a genuine mistake. Maybe put up better signs and don't have your staff harassing customers and giving mixed signals. I don't come in often enough to know the parking situation. The pizza is good but I've noticed the last year the employees have became way less professional. This time was too much.Update:love how they tell you to reach out and then never respond. Cool.

Ordered half cheese and half ham/pineapple pizza. Got home all ham/pineapple.......very unhappy kid that was looking forward to cheese pizza. Too far to go back to get new one....what a waste of money. I even tip the girl, didn't know I needed to check it. Next time I will check...oh wait there will not be a next time.

There pizza is good most of the time. It could be better. Seems like a different person is cooking my pizza usually. Therefore the consistency of having a good pizza decreases dramatically. Just trying to be transparent.Parking: Decent.

Stoped on Wednesday at around 11AM. The diesel pump handle and storage location on the pump was full of caked on fuel residue, thankfully I had rubber gloves to keep my hands clean. After fueling up, I went to use the men's restroom. It was filthy and looked like it hadn't been completely cleaned in a long time. Even the sinks were stained from lack of cleaning. I go to Casey's as much as I can but this location was unacceptable.

Night shift cooks are always sloppy...I try to get my food during the day due to this issue..but some nights i don't wanna cook!! Tonight I returned pizza for it to be remade tried of paying for food that can't be eaten. Some rudeness but she always has an attitude like she don't want to work (Not Carla she's the best!!) but they did remake the pizza! What a night!

Everytime I try and order from pizza from here they screw my order up. That has happened 3 times in a row now first time they made the wrong pizza. Then they didn’t make breadsticks when I ordered them. Then this last time which happened today i ordered over the phone at 11:50 I ordered a pizza and cheesy breadsticks they said 20 minuets I got there at 12:15 and it wasn’t ready then they said that they can have it out very soon. It took 10 extra minutes for my food then when I got it I never got my cheesy breadsticks. This is the second time in a row this has happened please fix it or I’m not going to eat here anymore.

Gas, friendly service and great food. Best sub sammy stop 35w corridor bar non. Bikers secret, travelers rest I don't care what you call it, the small shop in the back makes the best road Chow. Go for the tuna salad sub which has an intuitive balance of ingredients. It's like the tuna fish old school your mom used to make. Plus the ladies in the back there making it are for real.

I usually like this place and the people, but through out my entire transaction the woman behind the counter was on the phone complaining. I just don't get it, I've worked at a gas station before and I would have been fired if I sat on the phone while I had customers. I guess it's a different world now. Oh well.

The Breakfast pizza is the best around. Josh Bacon told me to order it with the sausage gravy instead of cheese sauce and it is amazing. Josh is very helpful and amazing as well.

Great hot pizza (single slice) after a day ice climbing! They have soft serve ice cream too with cones or bowls! Friendly customer service! A must stop to or from Robinson Park.

Have not been to Casey's in Sandstone for months.. Now I can remember why!The cook was sitting on counter while waiting for my sandwich to cook. Jason got Sub. On a Friday night better yet he said not till next week. They had only jalapeno or wheat in foot long or 1 6" white only. He added the cold bbq beef on bread with out heating when asked to heat he said it gets heated when cooked in oven.. The sandwich was not even hot..it was barley warm .. (Only live 3 mins away so it had no time to get warm) . My chicken sandwich taste like cooked in old oil! I don't even want to start about how the pizza cook and sub cook were arguing with each other...

In typical Casey's fashion they have excellent breakfast pizza and the store is always clean and orderly. Friendly staff as well whom always give the customers a close homely feel

Good luck to those who apply I have talked to the management there many times about being hired there was even offered a job from their past management since he was my supervisor at another job and knew I was a good worker I interviewed was very clean cut and professional during the interview and was very much qualified since they are looking for someone to work in their pizza area as well and I have pizza making and general cooking experience i was told the interview went good and I'd hear from her for surely the next day i tried to actually get ahold of her twice the next day dye to a criminal background email I needed her assistance with as we had discussed during the interview she did not call back at all that day after leaving two messages and today I hear she decided to go a different route i really needed the job and was more then qualified to work there so the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth I wish anybody else applying and interviewing there better luck then me it was a ridiculous waist of my time

If you go during the right time of day, you might have a good experience here, just depends on who is working, many of the staff at this location are clueless to what customer service is. They also need to spend much more time cleaning their store.

Why is the slushie machine always not working!?! Almost as bad as the McDonalds ice cream machine being broken. Ok store, nothing fancy pizza is usually pretty good.

My go to gas station! Sometimes multiple times a day! Wonderful friendly staff! Clean! And always have what I need! What more could you ask for?! 😁
