Robot people working as cashiers. They will spew their exact script to you without even looking at you. Always have to wait in long lines. Everything is overpriced. Watered down gas. Kwik Trip is absolutegarbage.

Morning cashier is grumpy and rude. There’s no store hours posted on the doors or windows. Online says it opens at 4am, at around 4:20 the doors were locked and the cashier sat and stared at me as I found out they were locked. She makes it well known helping customers is a huge inconvenience.

Filth alert!!! I stopped in twice on 08/08/23. I have never seen another Kwik Trip with such a high number of flies. What's worse- the donut display case had A LOT of flies inside, and yes they were constantly landing on donuts....and there many donuts still on display between 3 and 3:30 pm I stopped by again at around 5pm. Someone was cleaning out the display case, so I'm not sure what they did with donuts that were left. I would think a garbage can would be the safest location. I believe, normally, they are boxed and placed out for sale. Disgusting and unsafe when you consider flies constantly are filthy, and the way they spit on food in order to eat is contamination at its finest. This should go to the health department.... I'm going to call them and see if they have any authority over this. Disgusting.

Sad excuse for a Kwik Trip. Nearly every time I’m there, there will be a line of 4+ people and three employees at the registers, two of which are not open. ICU is supposed to be company policy. Jesus balls

I encountered Terri, the Rushford Kwik Trip employee today and she was less than pleasant. From the moment we walked in and stood in front of the smoothie machine just looking at the sign apologizing it was out of order, she yelled, while helping customers, “ITS BROKEN, DONT USE IT.” We continued shopping and as we walked up to the cashier, she yells “I CAN HELP THE MEXT CUSTOMER HERE!” while we were the only people in the store and we weren’t even done shopping... rough. The younger female employee was very nice though.

Store is always clean. Everyone is always pleasant! They are always busy working when I am in there cleaning, checking hot food spot and stocking product.

The professionalism of the manager Paula at this location is poor at best. While I was shopping I over heard her yelling at a customer who was just trying to grab food. She was out of line... Not a good look Kwick Trip

The employees were all friendly here with the exception of the manager Paula. Her bad attitude will make it hard for me to want to go back into the Rushford MN location. In personal opinion I am unsure how she is fit for her position with the way she treats customers. Not what I have come to expect service wise from Kwik Trip

Witnessed a manger named Paula, literally shove herself in front of a costumer with a tray of hot food this am and then proceeded to yell and scream at the customer to “get away, get away from me.” unbelievable behavior.
