They changed to prepay only and when I got gas this morning I prepaid $20 which the pump said about 6 gallons was used when I got into my car I found it only gave me less than half of the amount of fuel that it should have. My car only holds 12 gallons and it should have been brought up to half tank at least. It only have me just under 1/4 tank which is maybe 2 gallons. I told them about it inside and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Horrible and I will never go back to the Royalton Holiday as I have been every week for years.

I stopped by 2 days ago and made a small purchase. My card was accepted, and I went on my way. This morning, my bank said I was overdrawn by the same amount of the purchase. Every other Holiday I have stopped at takes the money out of the account, but this one has such a delay that it messed up my bank account.

I was a great place to go to Holiday. For coffee pot or whatever your needs are for fast fuel and convenience good holiday. I do believe they changed the names to circle k.

Perhaps the worst experience we have ever had at a fuel stop. 430 on a Friday, 1 sausage on the roller, condiments bar was empty, no pizza, 2 out of 4 creamers empty, horrible customer service. Never stopping again

I come to this store a few times a week at night when Andy is working. Andy really goes above and beyond. He always grabs sandwiches if they are out or even sometimes makes hash browns early for us. Andy is a great worker and if anybody deserves a raise it’s him!

Went in this morning to fill and use my more rewards point on gad and the cashier Andy had no clue how to apply the points. The other worker was on the phone looking over his shoulder to see if he did it correctly. I told them the amount was incorrect and she said there was nothing they could do while still on the phone. She deals with me regularly and knew it was wrong. Guess phone are more important than treating customers right.

Stopped in this morning to pump gas. Sign stated 3.99a gallon for regular gas. Out of regular gas...pumped next grade expecting to price match. Nope they would not. Only gave us 10 cents off..said that was the best they could do. Sam (ASM) very rude and unprofessional. False advertising..unhappy customers!

Was just coming through town because we live 3 hours away and needed gas. Went in to inform the workers that the pump was not working and she ( Sam the asm) started yelling and telling me and my husband to leave the store. Alls we wanted to do was to let her know the pump wasn't working. And to top it off they ran out of regular gas. That lady needs to lose her job because she was very rude to everyone that came into that store. Very unprofessional!

I didn't have a bad experience here except for the fact that they don't accept EBT or snap. I would have spent at least triple the amount of money if they did. So unfortunately I had to leave their with very little food and I am very hungry and could use the energy. I have a long drive ahead of me and could really use a boost.

This holiday station has very easy access, in and out. Makes it hard not to stop, just because its so convenient.The remodel really spiffed the place up, and really helped the appeal.The coffee i had was great as usual.The bathroom was neat and tidy, and much better than the single stall they had before.

I have patronized this store for decades, before it was a Holiday, and have spent many thousands on gas, in- store products, etc. After today's experience, I will never shop here again. I had purchased my gas and went in to buy a couple bottles of water. I noticed coffee drinks in the cooler, and the sign DIRECTLY below them said "2/$5.50," so I took 2 bottles of water and 2 of the coffee drinks to the register- the water rang up at the appropriate price, but the coffee drinks came up as $3.89 each. I questioned the cashier, indicating that a sign directly below the product stated it was a "two for" item. At this point another woman approached, went over to the cooler and said, in a very loud voice "Monster!" I politely questioned her, saying that the sign directly below 2 rows of these coffee drinks said "2/$5.50". She then yelled in a voice loud enough to be heard by most of the other customers "It only applies to Monster drinks, Monster drinks." Her rude and obnoxious behavior was uncalled for- I was never argumentative with her and a calm explanation would have sufficed. There are many convenience stores with courteous employees in the area, I don't need to be embarrassed and treated rudely in this one.

The store is clean and well stocked. I knocked off a star for the rudness of the cashier. He acted like he didn't want to be there, no need to be a grump towards customers. Another star got knocked because not a single employee was wearing a mask.

Restrooms always clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Love the coffee and hot chocolate. The taquitos, egg rolls, sandwichs and bakery items are really good. Love the coupons and texts for .07 cents off a gallon of gas.

Great stop if your traveling North on Highway 10 (sometimes hard to get back on highway going South on a weekend). Great coffee, clean bathrooms, wide variety of beverages and snacks.

This place is horrible. They are remodeling the hole store while they are open. In witch they are selling food while they are putting inup sheet rock and putting on sheet rock mud and sanding it above the uncovers hot food and above the sadwitch fridge when customers are trying to get around to pay or even getting into the building to pay for gas and stuff they try to get
