Went to DQ here and was charged for two blizzards when I ordered one. No offer to correct. Ordered a side salad that literally included less than a small handful of lettuce. Looked like topping for a burger. When asked, was told that was the proper size. Left less than satisfied with no offer to correct or reimburse.

It's a classic DQ, but it's a staple for my family on our way up to northern Minnesota. Great rest stop to get some good food and a restroom break.Parking: Adequate parking for the size of the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Single floor, no stairs. I can't speak to the bathroom and the needs there.

Two things first off they charged me 85 cents for a small cup of ranch. But gave me 10 packs of ketchup without asking if I wanted any. We didn’t use any! Second while sitting at one of the high tables we had a staff going around cleaning tables, all normal things. Until he wiped the legs and the foot part with the same rag he used to wash the top of the table. The rag was black it was absolutely disgusting. My family will no longer be going to this dq again!

We don't go out for ice cream often. We normally go to Little Falls Dairy Queen because they are nicer and the ice cream is better. Went last night and got a mini and small stores blizzard. My fiances mini was hardly blended. Big vanilla space at bottom of cup. We also go our pooch a Pup Cup cuz it's her favorite. I paid 2 bucks for about 10 cent worth of Ice cream. I could have gotten a small cone with more ice cream for the same price. My pho was kinda sad when she saw it. If you gunna serve pup cups get yourself some milk bones and don't skimp on the sweetest creature on the planet!!

I ordered a cheeseburger only onion. I was told they didn't have onion. When I got the bur6it had everything on it except onion. I returned it. The delivered a new burger to our table. I asked again "you really don't have any onion here?" She said, well I have to charge you for it. I said that's fine. 5 minutes later I still don't have it. My husband goes to the counter and asks for it and is told again I'll have to charge you for it. He said, that's fine, can I just get it now so she can eat the burger while its still warm? She replies, Well I have to charge you first. He said I'm right here and I'll pay you now, so he pays the .31cents and we wait another 4 to 5 minutes!

Ordered two of the 7 dollar meals for take out and a pup cup for my dog, the food was good and ice milk hits the spot on a hot day.My only criticism is this.... the ability to buy a pup cup is fantastic but every DQ does it differently, some will put a dog treat of some kind in it some don't(this one didn't).It would be nice to see more consistency from one location to the next.

Have you ever gone to a restaurant and been charged for a glass for water? First time for me today. Came today with my large family for dinner so we racked up quite a bill but every little thing they nickled and dimed me on. While rest of us had meals, my wife just wanted water with her burger but nope, a glass cost extra. Sauces too they charged for and were quite expensive. Shocked they weren't charging for the ketchup packets. To make matters worse, they screwed up two of the sandwiches. Also quite annoying they gave the kids their ice cream before the food was delivered. Of course that has to be eaten first. Why wouldn't you do that after? Restaurant was decently clean but next time we are driving through from up north, we will not be stopping at this location.

The young lady that helped me here was just a gem! I was short on cash.. had a couple dollars on a couple different debits but their registers I guess can't do more than one type of card payment she and I both found out. I won't bore everyone with the whole story but she ended up paying for part of my order and was very patient throughout. I HIGHLY recommend stopping here if you are driving through Royalton!

Unbelievable staff at the Royalton location, they're so friendly and kind. I had a minor thing that needed to be fixed, I was so impressed with their customer service and professional ability to make it the best dine in experience I've had at a dairy queen that I'd definitely recommend visiting the location to anyone. The front counter and kitchen staff rock!! Thank you so much!!

Stopped 2x in the last week-, trip to the lake, then back home. Ordered cheeseburgers both times from Boston, our order taker. Exceeded expectations both times! Food was prompt, and it was delicious. Thanks Boston!, and Thank you Royalton Mn. DQ.

I ordered a chili cheese dog that said 249 on the menu. When I got up to the window it was 342. When I questioned how could there be almost a dollars worth of tax on a two and a half dollar item, I was met with attitude. She re rang the order and came up with the same dollar amount and then made the excuse that maybe the board had not been updated.You need to get your pricing correct and teach your staff proper etiquette. I left without purchasing the item. More so because after receiving attitude I was unsure if my food would have been tampered with.I will not be stopping there ever again.Update: I went to the LINK from the owner's response. It requires me to give all of my personal information in order to fill out their form. I am not going to hand over my phone number at my address and my details. My post here should be sufficient to let you know what the problem was. Fix Your pricing and teach your staff to be kind and respectful. I don't think I need to fill out a form and give you all of my personal details to share with you the exact same information I put in my review.

Was very excited to stop by and visit the new building, but was disappointed by unwelcoming, quiet staff and cold food that I still had to wait for. My order was dine in-- tables were dirty, and staff would not leave the tray to eat on. I know this all seems small, but it doesn't take much for a decent fast food experience. Will not be returning, as the intersection to return to the highway is already difficult enough to turn onto.
