Literally the WORST pharmacy you could go to & the staff are RUDE and quick to make mistakes but blame it on you. When it has continuously been their fault, called today and wanted to verify my accounts were actually connected after I was told my RX wasn’t there (which is okay) but they have solely made me run thru hops because they had different accounts and my RX was ALWAYS sitting their. And the staff member was so incredibly rude which I find funny because they are the ones making the mistakes and I have a right to verify you fixed my account and making me jump threw hops EVERY-TIME I try to get my medication.The girl on the phone either needs to change her attitude or look for a different job, your dealing with people’s RX’s for various health concerns and when you you try to ask questions, you don’t need to be snapped at, it’s YOUR job not mine.If a REAL manager wants to give me a call not her and honestly not anyone at this location because every single staff member at this location needs more training on how to make files, how to actually check charts, not making double charts, check RX’s, how they talk to their customers after making mistakes. They make a lot of mistakes and in turn treat your horribly for calling them out and insisting verification for mistakes they made continuously in the past. NONE of this would have been a problem for me if the STAFF wasn’t horrendous.

The pharmacy is terrible! Constantly late prescriptions. Randomly closed pretty much roll the dice if its open! Used to be great now its become a 3rd rate pharmacy! Time to move on.

I had stopped in to make a return through FedEx, which is something I have done multiple times in the past. I was met at the counter by a very rude individual named Lizzy. She told me she could not help me and that the Walgreens location that I was at is one that is trying to change and not be a part of FedEx. I advised her that I have used this location many times to make returns and that since it is still a service that is offered, she should help me. Just because this location is trying to get something changed doesn’t mean that it’s not offered anymore. Instead of attempting to do the return, she to me she couldn’t help me again and pushed the package away from her. I asked her once again to try and scan the barcode that I had on my phone to do the return. She did try after I asked her multiple times and wouldn’t you know it, it worked. I asked her if she had a manager that I could speak with and she said that she was a manager. I don’t like to be a person who complains however, this altercation was unbelievable in my eyes. I worked retail for many years and could not believe how I was being treated as a customer. I understand that this is a time of being short staffed and stress is abundant however, I will not be shopping at this location anymore

I love how friendly the employees are. They are always bright and cheery. Also the managers are always super helpful! I appreciate the customer service that I received at the Walgreens in Rogers.

Like this place honestly though I'm upset they haven't have my medication the last 2 times and they require you to call your doctor to switch locations if that happens. It SHOULD be their Job to call and find other pharmacys with my medication and send it over if the customer asks, I shouldn't have to treasure hunt for the medication I need they are a company provide an alternative to the problem that's part of providing a service

I’ve always loved this location. I use to find lots of deals but haven’t seen them in a while. But this is a great store overall. They usually have what I’m looking for. The store is always clean and staff is friendly and helpful ( almost too helpful, only because I don’t want to be asked 5 times if I need help). But this location is recommended!

Bad news bad management. No good movies. Photos took too long Only 3 people there. Could give zero stars and Google made me give 1 star never ever again. Over priced on food. Too cold for me in Rogers. stars don’t shine at this Walgreens. McDonald’s is better go there for better priced food service

The main pharmacists Aaron and Colleen have been awesome. The pharmacy techs have also always been there for us. When my wife's parents lived with us, and now as we get older we have a lot of medications to deal with. They have always been courteous, and incredibly understanding and helpful.Over the last almost 20 years we have gotten our prescriptions there, with the exception of a short time we had a medical plan that required us to go to another pharmacy, but as soon as it changed we went back.I can't praise them highly enough or thank them enough from the simple task of recommending allergy over the counter medications to complex insurance rules, doctor miscommunication, and our own goofs forgetting enough medication when we have gone on vacation.Aaron, Colleen, and all of the pharmacy techs show they truly care about their patients.

This is my favorite Walgreens in the area. Ive been shopping there for years,until I moved out of the area. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Clean store, great pharmacy, almost always have what I need. Stop in occasionally and the two ladies that have been there the longest still remember me, so that is really nice.

I spoke with pharmacist, Colleen, at the Walgreens in Rogers and she was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She helped me solve a problem for a patient that could not be solved elsewhere. I appreciate her hard work and devotion to the patients and her positive attitude. Thanks again.

Amanda at Pharmacy was kind but the young man at the front desk had AirPods in, on his phone, back turned to me—no “hello”. Two women in photos (not sure why) both on phones, heads down, oblivious to the world. The location is run down and not a great experience.

Dropped off an urgent package on Saturday, they waited until Wednesday morning to tell me that the package was not accepted by FedEx. Note that we have shipped this same package through FedEx about 28 times this year no problem. (This was a product we sell and ship regularly.) We will now get a negative customer review. Do not drop your packages off here if they are important or timely.

Terrible customer service from Laurie in cosmetics. I called looking for a certain product I seen online to make sure it was in stock.(says 2-5 in stock) she put me on hold less than a minute then said, I don't see it you'll just have to order it online. Or call back later for someone else to look for you... I know she didn't put any effort to help.

This place has really gone downhill. I noticed a lot of expired items; as well as a funky smell in the place. I will not be shopping here again.
