my checkout lady, her name was Nina I believe. a younger lady. she was very rude and not friendly. i was trying to have her scan my target circle barcode and she claimed she had already scanned it, which she did not. and was refusing to scan it. she was at check lane 9. i usually prefer to use self checkout, but today I had quite a bit of groceries. very unimpressed with how she treats customers.

Target Bakery for the win. I had a very specific request - I wanted to copy a cake I saw online and just wanted target bakery to provide the base. They gave me exactly what I asked for. I added the cake topper and sprinkles for the cake of my little girls dreams. This is the 4th or 5th time I’ve ordered cake from their bakery and they always cater to my unique requests.

This store needs a serious facelift. Even just a fresh coat of paint could help and get rid of the blue entrance. The entire store is really beginning to show age and and need of work. Especially when you compare it to the Otsego store that was recently remodeled.The restrooms were very dirty needing cleaning attention. I brought this to the attention to the woman employee at the customer service counter but she did not seem to care. She seemed to be more concerned with her inventory than the customer. The layout of this store is hard to figure out. We love Target so it hurts when we visit the Rogers store.

Things have not been going well lately, so when I got my hopes up by checking to see if any of those target exclusive pokemon funko pops were here I had them answered when I saw one, umbreon, which I don't have yet. When I went to pay for it I was told that they couldn't sell it until Feb 18th, regardless of the fact that it was out on the shelf. Not even a half hearted "sorry".For someone on the edge of actual clinical depression a small burst of joy like finding that can help out a ton, when it is ripped out of your mouth after having tasted it...... that is worse than it not being there at all.Target..... that hurt....... badly.

I rarely leave this location with every item I needed. Nothing is ever stocked. I have bought several items that have either already expired and they didn’t take it off the shelf, or it expired a week before it’s expiration date. Will not be coming back. It’s currently May 1st and this is supposed to be good until May 7th. Disgusting.

Customer service line was fast. Employee not helpful with the target app using for my purchase and didn't get to use my 15. Dollar coupon on item and didn't show up under my account in the app. Wasn't helpful at all with the target app. But the front of the store looked clean and had employees at the front visiting it was slow at the time I was there but I wouldn't of had to wait in a line at checkout which would of been nice if I was using checkout. I had a return/exchange and didn't have any issues with it.

Ah yes, Target. Basically a Walmart, but cleaner and more expensive. Employees tend to vlbw more help there. The clientele seems more out together. There's even a liquor store. It's a cool place. They sell coffee at most of these. Typically only look at the clearance racks when I visit. Not much of a Target shopper myself, but you know, sometimes you can find a nice deal.

I love Target for their great prices on laundry detergent and quality products! Prices are the same as Walmart for the laundry detergent but you get the Target circle offers giving you a $15 gift card AND $3 off for in store shopping making it well worth buying it at Target. Of course the friendly employees at Target definitely makes a difference. I was not paid for this posting and do not work for Walmart or Target.

This is the absolute worst target I have ever been to. Terrible customer service and one of the most ridiculous experiences I think I have ever encountered. Fire your customer service and drive up team.

I love target and target pickup.. but just a reminder to customers that with pickup, not delivery, they give you the most rotten produce on purpose. Here's the bananas I got a day ago. Happens every time, I always forget that. Lol ew

Customer service is almost non-existent! Rude, mean, inconsiderate. I was in tears. No store manager or assistant manager was available. Is it the young generation, or failure to train properly? IDK. It's Target's problem to solve. I'll be using Cub from now on.

We’re on our way up north and had to stop at this Target because we forgot my winter coat. This is probably the cleanest and most stocked Target I’ve been to. It was bright and they had so much more variety at this location than I have seen at other Targets. Whether that’s based on location or not, either way- hands down best Target 😊Passing through from Chicagoland.

I just want to give a shout out to a Target employee name Tommy for helping me at the Hot Wheels section. Coincidentally, we were there at the same time as he was stocking toys up, and I asked if there's any more of the Team Transport Nissan Skyline GT-R34. He scanned the UPC, and sure enough did have the case out already. He made my day better as I found the Jay Leno's Lambo chases as well! Thanks!

Sad to say that you have one worker that is very immature and disrespectful. I had put my cart in outside after loading my cart as he saw me and I had asked if he wanted my cart. He ignored me so I pushed in my cart in the cart holder and I guess my cart did not fully go in without me noticing. The worker then decided to call me stupid thinking I did not hear because the cart did not go in. If I did not have my kids I would've brought this up to the manager and asking his name.Worst experience ever.

I have not had many problems with target. People there is always willing to help. Lately I have bought a visa gift card there and got poor advice from an employee. I was not able to use the gift card as I intended and now I cannot return it. Make sure if you do buy a gift card make sure you know how it works. The employees unfortunately do not.

I love this Target because it doesn’t have the remodel. It is the simple layout. It has the simple displays. AND it does not play music. I find the employees to be a little more relaxed and helpful at this location. This is the Target I go to when I really need to look and shop.

The best Target in the area. The employees are, for the most part, friendly and helpful. There is usually a good selection and most everything is well stocked. Parking is never a problem. It gets busy but not unbearable. The setup is nice. I hope it stays just the way it is!

Great efficiency with drive up! Other stores we often wait 20 minutes at Rogers maybe 5 minutes. Four starts total because stock on items always seems low or completely out.

Employees are extremely unprofessional. Was asked to leave a line so another customer could check out who was not elderly and was not disabled, her self checkout malfunctioned and she didn't want to wait in line like everyone else when there was only 2 lines open and about 10 people waiting. While sitting in self checkout I had to listen to an employee spew q anon conspiracy theories and anti-vax rhetoric and also talk about how excited/happy she was that a coworker was fired this week. I used to prefer this target over the one in Otsego but the blatant unprofessionalism of the employees makes me want to avoid returning at all costs. Literally disgusting.

Had a great experience shopping for children's shoes and mittens due to a wonderful clerk named Jesse. Jesse took the time and effort to show us many selections and those on sale. She was much appreciated and is rare in my experience. She deserves an award.

Convenient and always friendly staff! Target drive-up is one of my favorite ways to shop now especially with the cold of winter. The Rogers staff is always friendly when the come to the care. Very happy with the service.
