Went with my husband to help him find dress pants. Kohls has always been our first stop for his dress clothes. We entered the store and had to immediately leave due to the overpowering perfume coming from Sephora. There should actually be a warning sign on the door for customers with perfume allergies. We will not be back

I've always bought shoes and clothes at Kohls with no problems. Lately, I bought a pair of ankle boots at Christmas 7 1/2 W as usual and I can't even get my feet in them now. Same with shirts, I've always bought 1x , so it's a little big on me, now a 3x fits like a large. I havent gained weight at all.Did they change companies? If they are being made in China, they need to make American sizes for ppl. Now I'm stuck with items I can't wear!

Do NOT purchase gift cards from here. It is super hard to even get the main part open and then when I pulled apart the 4 gift cards it took the paper off of them! No returns. They must have been sitting there a long time. Tried to go through 2 managers and no help!

Sephora: Customer service provided by Ananda was excellent! I had an idea what I needed but had no clue where to start. She greeted me right away and helped me find everything in a timely manner. Overall great experience. I’ll be back!

It's pretty nice now that they've added the Amazon drop off here. It never seems to be too busy and the staff is always nice. This displays stay updated and you can always find deals in the clearance section. You can easily buy a suit here for under $300.

Friendly, competent, and attentive store associates in my visit to the Rogers Kohl's this past Sunday. Mary, in women's lingerie somehow magically made a usually time-consuming and frustrating replenishing of undergarments an easy and enjoyable process. She was available for every question, and led me right to exactly what I was looking for. Cashier Olivia was icing on the cake---friendly and ready to answer whatever questions I had when checking out.

I shopped the Rogers MN, store and found it to be clean and tidy and was able to pick up everything I needed. Savon greeted me when I walked up to the cash register. He was pleasant and made the check out a breeze. I will shop this store again.

A couple people asked if I want help and that was nice.. don't know I'd it's because they thought I was stealing or genuinely wanted to help me. It's a typical security tactic that I've learn. Either ...learn to do it better..For like 10 items of small amounts of beauty products it was almost 300$.. I should've sticked to shopping on Amazon.

This store has really gone down hill. Everything is so unorganized and just a mess. Tons of clearance racks spread all over the store - not at all sorted by size. You really have to look through everything and it’s completely overwhelming. The store is totally scattered. They no longer have a jewelry counter but instead a very small “accessories” section which consists of a few tables of empty boxes of jewelry. I was looking for a pair of earrings to exchange (as the first pie I bought was broken) and I had to open all of the earring boxes on the table myself only to find them empty (stolen?). The bathrooms are completely outdated as you have to push and hold the sink button in order for the water to stay on and push the paper towel dispenser by hand - odd sightings since covid and quite gross. The woman at the customer service desk clearly did not want to be there - she was not friendly nor helpful. The cashier reeked of cigarette smoke. And there are NO carts for children to sit in and the carts state they cannot sit in the basket therefore I had to carry my baby throughout the store. Been shopping at this location for many years and after my recent experience I don’t plan to return.

I needed to do a return so parked at the door at the far end. As I was walking . I noticed all the registers were closed ...registers even gone! I asked the less than helpful young lady doing my return if this is temporary and all she said is "I don't know they don't tell me. You can go to the OTHER entrance where all the registers are" Well...woman's wear is at this end and I have mobility issues. There is NO WAY I can go all that way to pay and use up Kohls cash! ☹️. And walk all this way back to get ro my carWhy not do returns at the front registers and have Miss Friendly there and ring up customers too? Much easier for customers... and it's not that busy and it might give her something to do besides lean on the counter.And your carts don't offer much help for support if you are over 4 ft tall...I won't be back to this store sadly

I’ve only been to this location a handful of times. Really nice looking inside but this entire establishment needs a refresher course on customer service.I was looking for couch covers or furniture slip covers, I got tongue tied when I was asking a lady standing by the fitting room if she knew where that might be.With no hesitation she said “couch covers is what most people call them, and no we don’t carry anything like that.” When I got home and looked online I almost called up to file a complaint, This lady is actually driving customers out of this kohls location. I found that kohls does sell furniture covers and a huge selection too. So either she doesn’t know what I was talking about
