Haute Dog Spa Rogers did an incredible job with our shepherd Voják! He was normally anxious when we would take him to the groomers but then we found Haute Dog Spa and realized that they do things a bit differently. They have managed to create a much less stressful environment for their clients and it shows.They were very welcoming and friendly when we arrived and that made us feel very confident dropping Vo off. They do incredible work in a timely manner, thus eliminating the time your dog would normally have to wait in a kennel.When we came to pick up our little guy, he was excited but didn’t appear stressed or overwhelmed. Not to mention very handsome with his new haircut! Thank you to the team at Haute Dog in Rogers for your talented work 🙂

Highly recommend! Wolf is a German shepherd/Husky/malamute mix, and they did such a good job with his grooming. They let Wolf just hang out in the open until I picked him up which I love, and they gave him a Thanksgiving bandana! We will definitely be coming back for regular grooms. (Don’t mind his rash, thats not from the groomers!)

Lilly Bees took our two huskies, Nova and Cas, who were starting to blow coat and made them look absolutely phenomenal. They’re sweet dogs but they’re handfuls, and Lilly Bees handled them excellently. So happy we’ve found a new groomer in our new area this phenomenal! Thank you!!!

We love Kailee! Georgia is my first dog that's required grooming and everyone here has been great about recommendations for Cocker Spaniel coat care and dealing with me trying to (poorly) explain what I want! Georgia always comes home after every appointment looking and smelling lovely! ❤️

Lilly Bees was gracious enough to do a last minute grooming appointment for my Pitbull Terrier mix, Leo, this past Saturday. They did a wonderful job & the prices were very reasonable! He looked so adorable and was happy as a clam when we went to pick him up. The bandana was a thoughtful touch too! Thank you 💙💚💛

My Corgi/Australian Shepherd mix is such a nervous nelly and he was so scared when I dropped him off. When I picked him up he was happy as a clam with a wagging tail (nub).They do such a great job with him! And he looks so good! Cannot recommend them enough!

We absolutely love bringing our boy to Hauge Dog Spa! Kailee is the BEST - She is gentle, has attention to detail, adapts to the needs of each dog and has such a bright smile when you drop off and pick up. Our boy loves going to the spa and comes home happy every time!

Just brought my cat(Ashley in today to get her hair trimmed.Asked them to trim it short.They did a great job.The best part was when I got her home I thought she would go and hide, but oh no.She started prancing around and rubbing against me. I just couldn't stop laughing!

Absolutely amazing, so glad I gave them a try even if they are further away for me. I’ve been having a hard time getting my little Shih Tzu mix in anywhere in a reasonable time, and when I called Lilly Bees they got me in the next day, I couldn’t even believe it! His groomer was very friendly and listened to my preferences for his groom. They did take 3 hours from drop off to pick up, but that is okay especially because they don’t crate the dogs unless absolutely necessary. When I got there to pick him up his groomer was still doing some touch ups, and she was being so kind and patient with him and talking to him. He was sitting nice and still and seemed so calm. Unlike other groomers we’ve been to, there’s no constant parking or crying, the dogs are just hanging out and can move around which I love! It is a bit more expensive than some groomers, but that is what I would expect for great service. Overall I am very happy with the experience and service here, the groomer did a fantastic job and we will be coming again!Pros:-Friendly employees-Dogs walking around, not in crates-Excellent service, listens and customizes your groom to how you want it-Schedule availability-Accepts credit cards-Talented groomers-Adorable little bandana includedCons:-Took 3 hours-A little spendy but not badGreat place, I highly suggest them :)

Our dog got a great haircut! His groomer did a wonderful job and was very knowledgeable. They were able to get us in quickly when I called which was wonderful. He smells good but not too perfumey which I appreciate. Everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Lilly Bees 🐝 is the BEEES KNEEzzz for real though incredible staff who will love your dog and treat them with kindness ❤ 😊 they look fantastic after totally worth the $! Bellas first time going to a pet spa. She was pretty freaked out to begin, but she ended up having a blast. She came home so silky smooth, pretty smelling, and NO MORE SHEDDING! Great experience. Will definitely be back.

They do a great job. They also WANT your business. I hear so many people talk about how they can't get their pets in for grooming. Lilly Bee's has always been able to get my dog in, even if they are booked full.I know nothing about average cost for grooming, but it's remained pretty consistent for me over the last 2 years.Nice job Lilly Bee's! Thanks for letting Sophie feel pretty.

I brought my 12 and 20 pound dogs in for nail trims. I had not been to this groomer in many years. My 12 pound dog after the nail trim, I put in the back seat of my car .They cut her nails so short on 2 of her nails they were bleeding all over the light gray interior of my back seat of my car. I spoke to the Assistant manager and she just said "sorry that happens sometimes". I have gotten dogs groomed for 20 years and never had this happen. I will never go back.

Do NOT bring your dog here. My dog was trembling and frantic when I picked him up. He’s been to other groomers and never acted this way before. I used to be able to cut his nails and brush him but since he’s been here, he freaks out and tries to bite me.. He’s genuinely scared. Seems like they terribly mistreated him here and I am NOT happy. I’m in complete disbelief, and it scares me that I don’t know what they did to him while I was gone... The groomer (and the receptionist) were short with me when I first got there as well. Don’t risk the abuse when there’s plenty of other good dog groomers around! Take them somewhere else please!! Your baby deserves better.

We've been to Lilly Bees three times now for our mini Golden Doodle's grooming needs and they really do a great job. It's obvious they really care for the dogs and I really like their "free-range" approach for when the dogs aren't being worked on. Unfortunately, they did just implement a fairly steep price increase that will cause me to shop around a bit for his next cut (latest grooming session was $125 for my ~40 lb guy before gratuity). From what I can tell based on our last visit it's about a 20% increase... Not sure what's driving it and it's with mixed emotions that I say I hope I can find another spot that provides a better value while also genuinely caring about the comfort of our dog! The bottom line in my mind is If you are comfortable paying their rates, you'll love the experience. Who knows... we may or may not be back, Lilly Bees!

I’ve been bringing my pets to Lilly Bees for years. Shannon and Amanda are amazing as well as the rest of the staff! Always enjoy seeing these gals and fully trust them with my pets. They go above and beyond to see their customers (human and fur babies) are happy, even with my behavior challenged dog. I would recommend Lilly Bees without hesitation...paws down! 🐾❤️

They were very friendly and accommodating when I was running late due to the weather and were kind about keeping my dog there a bit longer until I could come back and get him again too. They did a great job on my yorkies haircut, and I liked that, when I came to pick him up, he wasn't just kenneled. They had him out with them so he could roam and play with another dog there too. They clearly love animals. I will definitely come back!
