Drove over an hour to this CVS for something that was listed in stock on their website. Searched over 5 minutes for an associate to ask about it only to find out the manager was a creepy guy wearing no cvs clothing, on his phone doing karate moves in the middle of the walkway. When I asked him about it, he immediately gave me an attitude stating “Our stock is different than what it shows online. If it’s not on the floor then I’m not wasting time to find it in the back for you” WHICH I COULD’VE UNDERSTOOD but I would’ve appreciated an answer without the attitude. Clearly a better system needs to be in place if you can go on the app, search up something and it shows in stock, but it’s not actually “in-stock” Highly disappointed and upset in wasting time and gas on a Christmas present I couldn’t actually purchase.

I was in the CVS in Rogers today. I went in to get some cash from the ATM machine to put some money in my grandsons birthday card. The cashier was not only rude but refused to give me 2-tens for a 20 unless I bought something. I've always liked this CVS but after that I'm not sure that I'll be going back. What happened tc customer service?

man followed us around the sore. he was creeping us out and asked us why we were running from, though we weren’t. description: bigger man, brown hair, had a lazy eye. please work on your customer service. i won’t be coming back.

The last couple of months I have needed some comfort care for my daughter after giving birth to my beautiful grandson. I needed certain cold packs for my daughter due to pain and when I called the pharmacist she looked to see if they had what I needed. Indeed they did! I went in to buy the cold packs and they took them off of the shelf in the pharmacy because it was the last box so they would be available when I arrived.Last night I called to see if they had a certain comfort care product for my grandson. I had called many locations and it was not available. Roger's CVS pharmacist said they didnt have what I needed but would gladly order it for me. I called today and the medicine arrived! I was really impressed. Staff is always helpful!Thank you for what you do!!

I visit the CVS in Rogers, MN weekly. I am always greeted and welcomed with smiles. They acknowledge me as I enter and as I leave whether I make a purchase or not. I get all my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy and every member of the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. They always let me know if I have extra bucks rewards on my receipt. I wish I could say the same thing for all CVS’s in the area. I’m very thankful that the Rogers store is ran differently than the Andover store.

Absolutely love CVS in Rogers. I drive past two other CVS’s to come to this one due to the staff in both the Pharmacy and the store. They all know me the second I walk in the door, even when Covid hit and I had a mask on. They are polite and help me in a timely fashion. This is the only CVS I enjoy visiting.

I really like this pharmacy and glad I made the switch from Walmart. However, they need to get consistent with their drive thru procedures. I use the drive thru and the entire transaction is done safely with the pharmacy staff using the speaker and sending my medication thru the drawer. Next time, the staff opens the drive thru window for the entire transaction placing me at risk for exposure. Not good!!! Please train your staff to use safe practices without exception all the time.

After waiting over 15 minutes in the drive through, I parked and went in. The pharmacy cashier rolled her eyes when I expressed my frustration. She said “We do Covid testing in the drive through and it’s been that way for a year!” I explained that signs should be alerting us. She said “ there are signs, I KNOW because I’ve put them up 5 times”I said “well maybe you need to put them up a six time, because I didn’t see them” and she responded with “You can put them up yourself, if you don’t like the way they are”She was BEYOND RUDE.

You charge over 4x more for generic ibuprofen than Target. $5.99 for 50 count at CVS. $4.29 for a 200 count!!!! at Target. What is wrong with you? Especially during these tough financial times.

Rogers CVS Staff was very rude and discriminatory, basically accused my wife of stealing. The staff lady Lisa, followed her around the store and then when my wife went to checkout, she decided to not purchase a couple items and put them back on the shelf where they belonged while doing so she left her purse in the cart at the register and Lisa and the other staff lady had the nerve to look in her purse to see if there were any items in it, which is unlawful because she didn’t have probable cause. What a joke those two employees were, Never will my family step foot there again !

Not a great experience when I was in the Rogers CVS today. They had everything I needed in stock, but it took me 12 minutes to get checked out with five small items. The employee working call the woman in front of me 2 go to the self-checkout and that it was new store policy that she could not help people at self-checkout. The woman was struggling at the self-checkout and the employee was refusing to help her and taking an extremely long time to check people out at the regular desk.

I have to say, this CVS has the most outstanding pharmacy I have ever been to. The pharmacy in particular. They are very outgoing and fun. The have always been non judgemental to my situation. Hands down to there staff.

I agree with understaffed store. I'm also adding "understocked" as well. It's not even worth going to buy front end merchandise because this store doesn't stock enough, and they don't have every item other CVS stores have. I give 2 stars for being nearby to get quick things.

Just had a photo (very high quality/resolution, 300dpi) printed there as a gift, can't use it, printer color/calibration is of TERRIBLE quality, extremely poor - and I know for a fact it was not my file - Walgreen's does a much better job (when on a time crunch and can't print your photos/artwork online).

They have been filling my prescriptions for over 2 years. Transferred after old pharmacy wouldn't take new ins. They handled it seamlessly and have been very easy to work with.
