Bought some firewood for a campfire, and it would not light. We had to use numerous fire starters, cardboard, wood chip, and a lighter to keep it going. The wood didn’t last longer than 5 minutes actually burning. Maybe cub should start covering their bundles of firewood. The wood didn’t even burn..

Friday, 3/29/24 @ around 7pm.. To me this Cub is huge.. clean, organized, plenty of products on shelves.. customer service was helpful and friendly.. I always use the self check out.. no waiting.. checked myself out in less than 5 minutes.. I'd recommend shopping at this location

While I hate grocery shopping, this store is pretty painless. Not usually busy so I can get in and out in a decent amount of time. I think Cub in general is higher priced and the produce is less than wonderful. They have friendly workers and I appreciate their willingness to help customers find what they need. I think the way they tag the shelves makes it harder to notice sale prices and the reward card method here can be frustrating. I have forgotten my card before and not been able to get the sale price without it.

This is my favorite Cub foods. It is very clean and not crowded. The prices are very competitive. I find that there are nice sales on overstocked items. The fish and chips in the photo below are very taste. The lamb dish is also worth trying.

What the heck!!!?? Seems like every time I buy produce from Cub it's bad the day I go to use it. I bought these potatoes this last week and they're already molding and obviously not good anymore, even though the expiration isn't until April 20th.

They are updating the inside and the workers are going hard. It definitely looks better and I love stopping here in the mornings to get some snacks for the day instead of stopping at gas stations. Super clean and friendly staff with a great selection of products. The meat select is also pretty good when it comes to steaks. I do wish they wouldn't cut their beef brisket so small though but I assume it is because it isn't very popular in Rogers.

Great store, product and service but please stop pricing like this. I have better things to do when I’m picking up items after work than reading the fine print on CHEESE! I paid $3/package. It is misleading.

This location is absolutely legendary! Brings back memories of what the Cub Foods in Maple Grove used to be like. It's a breath of fresh air to be able to shop here. Immaculate store, top service with plenty of staff ready to help you. Produce is perfect, deli is perfect, bakery is perfect. Plenty of open registers. Makes me feel like Trump is still president. Thank you Cub Foods Rogers!!

Not sure if the employee (Leeann A) was having a bad day but she was very rude. I was doing multiple orders for Instacart & she was being passive with me because I forgot to say that it was an Instacart order. I said thank you after the transactions were complete, but she said nothing & turned her back to me. Very rude lady that I will be avoiding now. On the bright side though, everyone on the sales floor of this Cub has been very helpful, as well as the ladies in the deli :)Edit: I had an emergency prescription filled at this pharmacy. It was about 10 minutes before close & Loren was working the pharmacy & was very rude. He didn’t even wait for me to get off the phone to close up the pharmacy. It upsets me how he saw me waiting there & did absolutely nothing. VERY poor customer service! Will definitely never come here for any future prescription fills.

Ordered curbside groceries from Cub for the first time, what a great experience! Heather helped me, she texted right away to ask my opinion for a substitution, offered updates and was super kind and pleasant! At the vehicle I admitted I felt silly doing car side groceries, thanking her for her time. She said it was her pleasure to help make my day easier! She even included a thank you treat bag with my order! Best online grocery order experience I’ve had at any grocery/chain retailer! Great job, Heather!! You rock!

One of the better locations in the area. Clean, usually fresh produce, good choices of natural healthy foods are starting to make their way into the realms of regular aisles. Deli does a great job with their sandwiches and meat selections. Their food usually matches the shelving labels and is almost never a mess -- something that the Elk River location has yet to achieve in 10 years. They close at 12am now, but even when they were open 24/7 it was still very clean store. The employees have always been friendly even when stopping in near closing time -- I'm a nightowl, so what. When all is said and done, I recommend this location, it's a good place to stop for groceries on a regular basis.

I want to give a shout out to the bakery. I've never had such fresh donuts at any other cub. I bought donut holes and old fashion donuts. Omg, after the 3rd day still so fresh. Great job!

My family and I love this Cub! People are trained and friendly! The meat department is awesome they have the best in house burger around for 2.99/lb and the bakery is great too! Would easily be 5 stars but we wish they were still open 24 hours!;-)

Location does sell fresh fruits (berries in particular) that seem to expire sooner than other grocers. If you buy, eat the fruit quickly or buy less of it. I wonder if they are buying a close to expiration lot sometime. Location is clean, staff courteous and helpful. They excel in the deli-counter (above average) and with the fresh fish (very good). It's better than Target stores. IMHO. I like the loyalty program (points for gas discounts) too. I don't use their salad bar. I prefer to make my own at home.

Was looking for all beef summer sausage in the rolls. They only had 1 brand and it was a spicey variety. Surprising there wasn't a better selection. The deli had some good sliced version tho and employee was very helpful.

Always has significantly lower cash back offerings than every other Cub in the metro on the GetUpside app. Now it seems to be off of the GetUpside app completely. If you like saving money I would recommend going to another location.

So I had been shopping at this location for a few months when I was in the area. I started noticing things were very close to expiring or already expired. The final straw was a trip where 4 items I picked up were either expired or close to expiration. I contacted Cub. They apologized, gave me $25 and promised to remedy the situation. I just stopped going to the store because I didn't trust them. I haven't had issues at other locations so I would just avoid the Rogers store.Today I needed 6 items for a recipe. 6. Halfway through the trip, I realize I better check the expiration dates. Sure enough, the milk was set to expire soon. I go back to the milk and find several that have even worse dates. I dig to the back to find a decent date. I check the cheese and mayo but not the other items that were less perishable. I get in the car. Sure enough, the crackers I bought were 5 WEEKS EXPIRED. 5 WEEKS. And they were sitting at the very front of the shelf like they had just been stocked. So don't tell me it was because no one had bought them recently. You have people who are supposed to rotate stock regularly.Just think if you dared to eat out of their salad bar or something else that you can't check the date on! Who knows what they are feeding you! And they don't care! They are ripping off all the shoppers in Rogers. Beware!

Cub Foods 55374, good lighting, plenty of space, wide aisles, seems well stocked when I'm in there, clean bathrooms and drinking fountain. Plenty of free parking. Sometimes the automatic doors our little goofy 1 sticks when you're going in. Plenty of cash registers and self-checkout.

In the past I have always had a great experience at this Cub Foods location. But tonight I was hassled for having printed coupons... in which I got from THEIR website and it was even in PDF/Printable form! Why have that on your website if you are not going to accept them when shoppers print them and bring them in?

This cub is actually really nice and has great workers, but there’s this one lady that always seems annoyed. Today (11/27) she literally rolled her eyes at me and proceeded to look back at her other co-workers to sorta show them she was annoyed. She did it right in front of me as if I wouldn’t notice. Her name was Leeann. I just felt like what she did was so unnecessary and rude. I am a customer after all..

Exceptional customer service. I have never had a bad experience at this location. The bakery and deli staff are super friendly and always willing to help. Today they were able to make a custom cake for me and have it ready in less than 30 mins. I was not pushy or even expecting that level of service. Corrian in the backery did an outstanding job on this cake!

Gotta give this cub a 5. I think it's the cleanest and nice displays. Whoever is managing this place does it well. I have seen some out of date products but I'm sure every store has some. Deli and bakery not as good as mg but this store beats them on everything else. Good work. Please dont ever close.

Overpriced. Quality does not match prices. Very poor customer service. Yes the store was not crowded and easy to shop but that would be due to better grocers. Not going back.

While shopping at Cub is usually a breeze. Each Cub is different in there own aspect. I have to say your parking lot is the cleanest parking lot I have ever seen. Again, nothing else really mattered because I was with the only man i want to be with in the world. He is the ONLY thing I see right now. This girl is awestruck! No matter where we go we leave our mark on the world...just like pinky and the brain! Good job Cub!

Our family is DONE with this store... Just brought home a bag of potatoes that smells like death.. They continually have produce that is bad!! make sure to check their bagged salads or you will find yourself at home with old lettuce. They sell out dated food constantly...you always have to watch that when you go there. We won't have to worry about coming home with discusting food Any longer because we will not step foot in that store again..target has our business from here on out.
