10 degrees is apparently too cold for the machine to work to fill propane. We’re in MN I find this hard to believe. If it really is the truth, quit being cheap and purchase quality parts for your filler or something i don’t know. Whenever I try to get propane from them they have an excuse why they can’t. Which is why I call ahead now before driving up there.

Bought some cattle panels and t-posts and had an awesome experience as two of the employees helped load and strap everything down. Great people and extremely kind and a great price.

I ordered and paid for an item back in May and still have not received it. I've called several times only to be told "it should be here soon". I have received no updates or communication. I finally called about 3 weeks ago to cancel and to credit my account. The woman I spoke to said "I'll look into it" I asked if she would let me know and she said "yea". 3 weeks later, still nothing and my account still hasn't been credited. Very disappointed.

September 21st, 2020I happily make the 40 mile round trip here monthly to get dog food and anything else I need around the house. The entire team in this store is always welcoming, friendly, happy, and knowledgeable. Tonight this store and the team’s character was on full display. The kindness shown at checkout when I realized I’d left my wallet at home (you know who you are) and you saved me by paying for my dog food and treats. This is so rare today. Fantastic experience. I looked all over for a gun safe and a friend recommended TSC. Went in and they had exactly why I wanted and were super friendly and helpful. They immediately loaded it with a forklift onto my truck bed and I was off! Thanks to Scott over there for a really easy purchase

Greenfield tractor supply is hands down the best farm store I have ever been too! There employees are extremely knowledgeable and actually have the animals that you are talking about. My mom has gotten my Christmas gift for me online and I just had to pick up in store, but while I was already out this way I asked them about calming products for my stallion. Best help I have ever received! Wish that there was a TSC closer to home since I live an hour away. They have more products for chickens, and are not bad on pricing also. I was here at 5pm on 12-13-19 the 3 men that were working were fantastic, in answering questions one names was Miles. Hands down best employees!

Overall, Tractor Supply is great. They carry great products and prices are competitive. My 3 star review is simply due to a lack of professionalism by the staff. Online said they had a certain model mower, called to verify stock before coming out, was told they had one, (come to find out no one actually looked for it), got there, waited around for about 20 minutes while 1 employee looked everywhere. After awhile another employee said, "Oh yeah, it's not here. We know it was missing for awhile. Few other people have been upset about it too." Really?? Then fix your inventory. Anyway, shout out to the employee that looked for the product. If you call to check stock, make sure that you ask someone to actually go find it first.

We had a power outage that was going to last three days, it was a Sunday and many other stores were closed or did not have a generator. I called the store to ask if they could hold a generator for us and not only did they hold the generator they kept the store open after closing time so we could get it. The man who helped us was very kind and helped us find the right generator. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely come back.

I put in an online order for several items but the primary reason was to get 2 greenhouses, and I ended up ordering several other garden/lawn items in addition. The order was just under $200 with the greenhouses making up 40% of the order so a significant portion. I ordered them and everything else from this location because the store said online that the items were not online in stock but available for pick up the next day.I received an email that my order was ready to pick up the next day but in small font saw that my greenhouses and a third item were canceled, making half of my order unavailable for pick up. I called and checked to see if there was a mistake and the man that answered the phone said he would make sure the greenhouses were ready and that he was sure they had them in stock and prepared for me when I arrived and that the email was a mistake. I wasn't sure if he was really checking, I tried to explain that the greenhouses were the reason for my order in the first place, but he didn't seem to be listening , just by his tone. I gave my order number, but I don't think he looked it up.I arrived to pick up my order and was told the items were not in stock. I wouldn't have made the order at all. I had to drive quite far coming from, overall over an hour round trip. I was given 5 of the 9 items that they did have . The young man shut my van to send me on my way, and I asked if he was going to load the rest through the side door, he doubled checked the list and loaded 3 more items and re shut the door. I started to drive off but something told me to double check, and I had to drive back to grab my 9th item. When I drove back, they were quite polite about and it wasn't an issue because I had literally just driven away, it was just very disconcerting to have such a lack of attention to the task at hand in every interaction.I just felt like the interactions I had were distracted and they seemed to be low priority. It was disappointing that even after calling over the phone to make sure the items I wanted were there, I came all the way out and they were indeed out of stock. Then to almost be sent away without the items that were in stock that I paid was just kinda wack. I won't say that I won't be back because it seems this location generally has good reviews, I think maybe I caught them on an off day? I hope for a different experience in future.

This is a great store, always neat and tidy. It is also well organized, and if you should need help finding anything, the employees there are super friendly and quick to assist. Nice place to shop for your garden, home and farm supplies. Prices very competitive too!

i’ve gone here many times with my grandparents and have never had any problems. every employee has been very helpful. we have also gotten duck and chickens here too and they have grown up and became my best friends. lol.

Extremely nice and helpful staff! Store is clean and organized. Manager was great and provided excellent service! Only second time to this store and it is about a half hour drive but it is totally worth it and I plan to continue doing business with TSC in future.

I have resided most of my life in the city and the Tractor Supply Co wasn't a place on my radar. Don't let the name fool you, they carry many items that aren't only for farmers and I can find some good deals on gardening supplies, pet food, tools, etc. The staff is always friendly and my 3 yr old grandson loves the John Deere tractor toys!

Tractor Supply is One of my favorite stores because they have a little bit of everything. At this location the staff is very nice snd helpful. Make sure to check out the clearance aisle! They have amazing deals!

I just went into the TSC in elk River, and the specific thing I wanted, 3point blade, was out of stock. Not to worry, without asking the customer support manager, called the three locations in our area, and gave me directions to the two that had it. I have never had a bad experience at TSC. DisappointedDrove 10 miles in my motorhome to get propane and was told its cloudy (not raining and no sign of lightening at all) and may storm so we aren't filling. Pretty sure she just didn't feel like doing it. Not going back ever!!!

If you are traveling around the country in your RV and need propane, you don't even have to bother comparing prices, just look for the nearest tractor supply and head on over.You should know these people fill the propane based on what you actually get. It is not a flat rate to fill an empty bottle a much more fair way to do it. If you got a couple of bottles that you wanted to top off for a trip and they already had propane in them most places would charge you a full price to fill a bottle, that's dumb, but not Tractor Supply my friend

Sunday's a mobile vet comes to do vaccinations, which is considered very, very low cost compared to seeing the normal Vet Clinic. Savings is incredible!! 👍 👍 👍

Tractor Supply is my go to store for all my farm & gardening needs.Previously I would try to go to my local fleet farm, although since they sold fleet farm to a new york crime family they no longer stock many of the items that I previously bought there.That is not a problem with a Tractor supply store under thirty five minutes away from my house and fleet farm which I was only eight minutes away has now lost out on my business.

Buyer beware if Cindy's still there! The rudest person I've come across in a very longtime that didn't own the store. I thought she maybe special needs....the manager at this time assured me she wasn't. So if you see the rude retailer Cindy please let her know she's rude.
