We’ve been going to this vet since 2006 and have always been pleased with care given to our dog. I think price for services is competitive and friendly. Technicians and personnel seem to know their stuff. Location is clean and easy to get to. There is limited dedicated parking however there is on street parking close by. We have friends that bring their pets here and they have been pleased too. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

I recently had to have tooth extractions done on my French bulldog. All doctors and technicians and receptionists are very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the follow up call from( tech. Dave) I got the next day making sure everything was ok.

We became customers when our regular vet couldn't see us when we had an emergency with our dog about 10 years ago. We've been very pleased with Rockford Vet every since. Recently, our dog had been having medical concerns for a couple of weeks. we made the family decision that it was time and they were able to schedule us they same morning we called. Our vet and assistant demonstrated tremendous care and concern throughout the difficult process. We continue to recommend Rockford Vet to anyone who may be looking for a trusted veterinarian.

They were able to squeeze us in for an urgent vet appointment and got us in as soon as possible. We unfortunately had to lead our furbaby to the rainbow bridge, but Dr. Barlow and his staff were extremely patient while we made the decision. They didn't rush us out afterwards and told us to take all of the time we needed. Everyone was very kind and treated us and our baby with care.

Today was our first time visiting this clinic. The experience from start to finish was exceptional. While our little 5 month kitty came away with a good bill of health each staff member and the doctor were very considerate of our concern for our kitten. I look forward to bringing my other fur babies here.

They have always treated my pets as family and we are not big vet people. I had to put my dog down a few weeks ago and they made the whole experience as nice as it could be. They sent a follow up sympathy card with her paw prints and I about cried for an hour. Thank you for your amazing customer service and support through the hard times.

We have been bringing our cats and dogs here for a few years. Sadly our dog recently passed and they treated us with lots of compassion and walked us through it. They have done an amazing job over the years in all our pets care and shown great knowledge in even some of the more uncommon situations. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!

We have 3 dogs and we had a cat. They have been seen by all the doctors who work their. They take their time, explain things in a way I can understand and present us with multiple ways to treat. They are stand up people and wouldn't take my animals anywhere else. Referred a few people and they always tell me thank you because they get treated the same way I do. Great job guys. Keep it up.

Don't know much about it, as this is my parents dog's vet, and I was bringing him in as a favor to my folks. That being said, in the era of Covid, I was not able to go inside, but the women who came & got the dog seemed nice, and the exterior was "welcoming". Parents seem to like 'em.

I had to put my 17 yr. best friend to sleep, and found this vet online. It was so hard, but all of the staff was so kind, patient, and understanding. The costs were also very affordable. I will recommend this vet to everyone I know who has furry friends.

The best! We drive 45 minutes for our dogs to be cared for at Rockford. They don't treat your pet visit like an oil change and try to oversell you on products and they truly care about the work they're doing. I can not recommend them enough!

This review is LONG over due. We lived in Rockford for 31 years and have taken all of our dogs there and have always been very pleased with the care, service and prices. We moved out of the area so now are working with another vet so have been reminded of what a great place the Rockford Veterinary Clinic is. Every one there, from the receptionist to the doctors, have always been terrific. A special shout-out to Melissa Graunke who stepped up way above and beyond a year ago when our beloved Pitbull, Maya, needed special care. Melissa made it her mission to keep Maya as happy and as comfortable as was possible for nearly a week.

Brought my dog here today for the first time, and I would never think about bringing my pets anywhere else! Dr. Nathan talks to you like he has known you for years and takes the time to answer all your questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking or even not looking for a new Vet clinic! The entire staff was super friendly!

I have been bringing my pups here their whole life. Yesterday one of our pups was limping and very lethargic. After calling, Rockford Vet walked us through what to look for to determine the urgency of her condition. After discovering she had a high fever they went above and beyond by squeezing her into their already full schedule so she could be seen and receive medicine needed to reduce the fever. I will forever be grateful to them. Thank you Rockford Vet!!!

The staff is really personable the doctors take time to listen and are compassionate about our pets, we really like it here. been going here a few + yrs.now
