Manager refuses to deal with scheduling issues to the point the kitchen shuts down early (happens on a regular basis). Manager refuses to put people on schedule for weeks at a time leaving registers and kitchen short staffed and some employees have lost a place to live on account of no pay. Manager refuses to clean black mold throughout store. Management has cut warmer items from inventory on account of short staff in kitchen ( only 1 cook in kitchen during peak hours when online orders/call in orders take priority). Workers have to contact district manager to resolve issues within the store. Coustumer wait time has doubled, at times tripled, when promised time hits 25-30 minutes (so you can wait an hour or more).

How is it that 8:30 am on a Saturday there is no food out except one breakfast pizza and a sad looking hash brown . This is not the only time this is a constant thing I hope your new kitchen manager does something about this

I ordered a pizza at Casey's in Rockford, drove all the way home (20 min) to find out that it was the incorrect pizza even though the receipt on the pizza displayed the correct information. I called to speak with someone at the store because it wasn't that big of a deal and I was sure they could just run over another pizza. I was subjected to 20 questions as if I was lying about the pizza, and then after agreeing that they did mess up, I was told that I needed to drive back to the store or I could not be refunded. No offer to deliver the correct pizza, not even an offer for some sort of money off on the pizza. I was given the option to either drive back and get a refund and then have to order another pizza, or else get a coupon for a pizza in the mail? Are you serious? Nothing at all for the huge inconvenience and terrible customer service from the assistant manager Vicky. Absolutely disgraceful, completely their fault by their own admission and no willingness to do anything to help correct the problem. I used to go to this store a lot and will not be spending my money there anymore. Pretty sure most of the employees are high on meth anyways. Enter at your own risk!!

First, I love Casey's pizza however everytime I go into this location for a slice of hot pizza, the pizza case is completely empty. Friday, August 26th 5:30 pm and no pizza for sale. Two people in the kitchen and two people running the counter and no pizza... it blows my mind the owner of the Rockford location dont know how his store is operated. What does is cost Casyes to make one pizza? $1.20? At $2.45 a slice,That seems like alot of lost profit. Its to the point I almost expect the hot case to be empty most of the time.

Not trying to be mean, just truthful! They hire people either with no common sense or just plain stupid! Half the time they don't ring stuff up right and the other half... they simply don't know what you're talking about. Maybe, better training, better management, would help this Casey's out, until then I'll stick to Holiday!

Placed online order for a couple of pizzas. Says wait time would be 50 mins. Ill wait not in a rush go there 50 mins. later order was not started. Chef apologized and said be done in 20 mins. Come back 20 mins. later barley started my order so wait around for 30 more mins. Got my food and some free breadsticks give props to the one guy doing all the work, but almost 2 hours for an order is a little absurd. Need more staff during peak hours!

Don't order pizza from here - it either won't be done on time or will be the wrong pizza... I've given this place at least five chances and every time there has been a major issue. If my pizza isn't going to be done on time just give me a simple phone call stating what time it'll be done so I don't have to drive all the way there to find out you haven't even started.

Rated it as a 4 for 2 reasons:1) The store needs baskets to carry to put products in. It's frustrating to try to manage carrying a number of items. For me, I use a cane so only have one arm available.2) Love the cheesy bread and cheeseburgers. One night I had them delivered. I used a credit card on the site expecting to have a receipt to sign and be able to add a tip. Nope. When I asked the delivery guy, he said it was not an option. I only has $2 in cash to give him. Caseys is shorting their delivery people. When I charge a delivery it's usually because I don't have the cash on hand.

The workers are not welcoming, an older lady with long Grayish blonde hair makes you feel like your the biggest inconvenience, she will continue to talk to her coworkers while you stand there and wait. Just rude in general. The place always smells like cigarette smoke, you pull in ,park and your car smells like cigarettes, there’s always employees smoking outside, even if there is a line inside. Refuse to go here anymore, it’s a trashy business in our small town.

I anxiously tried their taco pizza tonight, new to town and looking for a go to pizza place. Holy cow were we impressed! Will stop looking for a great pizza place because we found it! There could have been more chips on the pizza, and maybe for the 20$ they could have thrown in some sour cream... everything else was 100% perfect. Yummy!

I love this store and I would give it 5 stars but I am a local and there is nothing else around me close. I go in from time to time to purchase the $25 xbox gift card not the xbox live, it's been about 3 to 4 months since I naught the last card and they still haven't reordered any of it. This is a real big bummer for me since I am a gamer.

I'm a regular there cuz I live a block away :) and the staff are always SO pleasant! LOVE the breakfast croissants! And the Raspberry Flips are THE BOMBB. I always feel welcome and appreciated when I shop here, these folks are the best ^_^

Terrible, I purchased gas line anti freeze before leaving store discovered it was wrong product. They wound not let me exchange it. Merry Christmas I will never buy anything from Casey's ever again.

The folks who answer the phone when you call to order are NOT nice... they make you feel like you are bothering them - very poor service. Great pizza otherwise the "front of the house" staff is very friendly.

I had been going to Casey's in Rockford for as many years as they have been there and I always get good service. I like their baked goods and I especially like their breakfast pizza.

Only have 87 octane gas. Bummer for the newer, higher end cars. I love the small convenient size of Casey's.

Only place I know you can go shopping it in your pajamas and feel right at home! No one judges you and everyone does it. They always have the lowest gas prices around.
