Most of my visits here are either for the pharmacy or pickup. The pharmacy employees are always polite, informative, and helpful. I am always pleased with the employees that load my groceries. I seldom have to wait more than 5 minutes.

I am puzzled why you would have employees that tell you, "sorry, no speak english", when you ask where something is located. Then they make no attempt to find an English speaker to assist you! Very diverse employees which is fine but this and the following is unacceptable. Other employees were rude and pushed right in front of you with their carts; the checker my husband encountered didn't say anything. Employees used to thank customers, after all we make their job possible!

Possibly the absolute worst shopping experience I have had in a very long time. After being forced to use the walmart plus app I try to use the scan and go to try to get something for the rip off. Went to add an item. It was on clearance for 2.50. It scaned into app at 8.98. After waiting an extremely long time for a manager to come out to the floor she confirmed the price of 2.50 great. But that is where the big huge problem comes into play. I asked her how to fix price in app and all I got was an big "I don't know they can fix at self check out" I continue shopping, find yet another item that showed incorrect price in the app. That is now 2 things I would have been overcharged for. I get to the self checkout and rep there said couldn't help me and sent me to customer service. When I asked her "wonder how many other people you are overcharging" and all I gotnback was silence and could see she didn't care one bit. Got to the self customer service and guess what once again NO one on the store seems to know anything about thier app, or how to fix it. I had to now unload the cart and he had to rescan everything. Then as he was scanning items he scannnled an item I had 2 of one time, then a few other items then 2 more of the item for a total of 3, trying once again to rip me off. Never really gave me even the slightest feeling he cared one bit. Ended up wasting 2 hours trying to use an app that should save you alot of time. My best advice is run from even thinking of the app as fast as you can, if there was a way to refund the cost of it I would even though they charges me for it after I canceled it and refused to refund. Just got enjoy the year of it. Ya right more like enjoy the year of extremely hassle. I am not sure if I really believe them that NO one knows how to use it or that they just don't care enough to help. AND ANOTHER HUGE WARNING *** TRIPPLE CHECK THE PRICES OF YOUR ITEMS, THIS TRIP ALONE I FOUND 2 MISS MARKED ITEMS, BOTH ON THE OVER CHARGE SIDE, AND HAVE FOUND OTHERS PRIOR AS WELL *** SEEMS TO BE A QUIT COMMON THING and with no one willing to correct it it will only continue

The main part of this store is dimly lit, with a cavelike feel to it. And while most Walmart stores tend to run low when stocking shelves, this one has a close out feel to it. The grocery aisles were lit, more to the usual floor plan of their stores. Clean, with the usual low prices on food, health and beauty, pharmacy, clothing, electronics, sporting goods, auto and lawn and garden. Staff were friendly and asked us if we needed anything. That was a plus and that they had both of the items the other Walmart didn’t.

That cart pusher Dakota is one of a kind!! He is always working hard and making sure that those carts get back to the right place. 10/10 cart pusher!

Why is the manager at this store so bad at ordering inventory? Plenty of Monster regular and sugar free, NEVER any low carb. It's always gone but never stocked. People buy all the plastic spoons but he can't order any? The spoon markers are doing their job, the customers are buying them, so why can't this guy order them? Fire this guy.

If I *must* go to Walmart, I prefer the North as opposed to the South Walmart. The South is dirty and dangerous with a good deal of Rochester Police Department activity in the parking lot. Very strange goings on... Check out the North Walmart. MUCH BETTER!!!

Stopped yesterday to use the money to send some money there was a man by the name of Dan Said on his name tag he worked there 10 years I don’t know how there was a lady in front of me and my husband he was rude to her just all together crabby if he’s gotta act like that he should’nt go to work an take his bad mood out on a customer in which it’s his job to help that’s what your getting paid for if you don’t like your job go somewhere else I will not be stopping at this location again

Employee walking in the car lanes in front of the entrance. Claimed my truck hit her video showed she never fell nothing poor video. Sued my insurance for $100;000. My insurance paid. Watch out for employee insurance scammers

Bathrooms need to be cleaned better and dressing rooms picked up please. Trying something on should not feel like you're walking into someone's messy room or a locker room. When someone is walking by or are looking at something specific and discussing with their spouse pros and cons that does not mean your cell phone sales rep needs to keep putting his input/opinion in on a private conversation.The self checkouts and not as many cashier's checking people out seems a little excessive. Is not helpful for people on WIC who can't use vouchers on a self checkout system. Then to be yelled at by others waiting in line because stuff has to be verified for WIC it's humiliating when there's only one or two cashier lines to go through. A pain in the neck when it comes to large holidays like thanksgiving and Christmas shopping.

I keep calling this number looking for customer service! But ain't nonna these Walmart folk heard of Mister Metokur! Where are my hats Jim!? I know yer back there in that stock room smokin' or watching them japanese cartoons in the electronics section! I don't know what kinda cia glow in the dark operation they're running there, but they can't hide you forever Metokur. The toilet paper fort will only protect you so long. You're gonna get me my hats!

I want to say a few days ago I went in to Walmart and I was looking for seasonings. I’m also dyslexic so sometimes it’s really hard to find what I’m looking for so I was struggling and about to give up. It was a half an hour or less before close in this lovely lady (employee) who is stocking stuff in that same aisle with the seasonings (her name was Pat she’s a older lady with light hair) well even though it was probably the end of her shift. She came over and offered to help me not only did she help me find what I was looking for and she taught me that the seasonings are alphabetically organized (which is amazing for somebody dyslexic like me)! The store had run out of one of the seasonings I needed and she ever so kindly without me asking or even knowing she could she offered to go in the back for me and look just in case! She was so friendly, personable, professional, and kind! I want to say I’ve never had a better customer service experience anywhere I’ve gone. But that’s not it today Monday, July 31 I went in right before close again as that’s when my shift ends to look for the spices I wasn’t able to get lo and behold she was there, and without hesitation, came over to me and asked if she could help! I have never met such a helpful employee before she truly deserves a raise and the best retirement plan that you guys can offer and extra PTO! She’s probably the best employee you have in that building! While the other employees there have headphones in or don’t even care to look or smile at you and when you ask them for help, they tell you they don’t know and walk away (yes, this is happened many of times at this same Walmart) She should be training them because she is beyond helpful! I truly hope you guys treat her right and give her some sort of complement and reward Because she went above and beyond for me and I just know she does it for every customer she sees! I think it was at probably the end of her shift when she had the most to do she still wanted to help your guises customers as much as she could she seems like a genuinely caring person that’s an employee worth keeping! Thank you for taking the time to read this please reward Pat for being amazing!

The pharmacy is great, the rest of the store is horrible. Long lines to checkout and racial profiling by the ones who check receipts at exit doors.They will loose me spending $300 weekly for harrasing me at exit, their loss and Targets gain.They change product locations in the store weekly so fustrating trying to find what you need.If your looking for 15A or 20A SL plug fuses I learned they are only available online. I ordered online and it's easy with free shipping.
