After a number of disappointments at other groomers, we finally found Vanity Fur with its conscientious and caring staff. They listened to us and took special care to give our shy, elderly pooch exactly what we wanted. She couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate her 16th birthday than to be pampered at Vanity Fur. Highly recommended.

We absolutely love Vanity Fur!! They did an excellent job with my Maltese as he aged and had health issues. They always listened to my concerns, but more importantly, took such great care of him and he always looked so handsome when he was done!! We now have a new little Maltese puppy and it wasn’t a question that we were going to chose Vanity Fur for his grooming! They’ve done such a great job introducing him to bath time and giving him his first trim. Lisa and team, thank you for all you do!!

If you care for your animal please do not use this place. One they did not respect appointment times. I asked for a puppy trim, nothing was trimmed instead I got a blow dry job that left long hair to get matted. They do not allow you inside the establishment which is suspicious. The shop opens on the road so your pet will be brought out into traffic. Over all a lousy experience please avoid.

I took my cat since they advertised cat grooming. I was super excited that someone there specialized in cat grooming and I wanted to come even though it was over an hour drive for me. My cat is super sweet and wouldn't hurt a fly but she does get matted easily. When I brought her in I let hem know she does get matted so I would understand if more shaving was needed. I went to pick her up and was disappointed they didn't bathe her. The shaving process can irritate skin so a quick bathe should always happen. They said she was getting stressed so I let it slide since I would rather her not be stressed. I got her home, and was really upset that so many places were patchy. She has random tufts of fur everywhere that I'll have to clean up myself. On top of that, her tail still has mattes. I'm happy to have someone here who can groom cats, but disappointed in the outcome.

The prices do no match the ones online.They charged me 175 for each of my dogs. Saying that my 48 pound dog is considered large. If you can afford that than they did a good job on my two goldendoodles. But the prices they say on the phone did not match the ones they have on their website and when they finished they added extra costs. But like I said if you can afford it they are good. I just have had a better cut for cheaper

BEWARE! The owner also breeds dogs and has no respect or concern for the health of her puppies. We recently purchased a chihuahua puppy (the litter had been previously posted on the companies Facebook page) and when we asked as to why our 16week old puppy had not received any vaccinations the owner (Lisa) flew off the handle, stating that he is to young (this is completely false and a breeder should know that. Chihuahua puppies should start receiving vaccinations at 6-8 weeks of age every 2 weeks until 16 weeks, the routine updates to age 3) and refused to pass along his records and paperwork. He is claimed to be champion bloodline, which we will never know because she is withholding records as well as his previous vet history. Upon purchasing the puppy we were actually directed to another home where he was staying because she was out of town. With no vaccinations the puppy is at risk of kennel cough from boarding, parvovirus, leptospirosis and distemper, which they can get from both contact with other dogs and from feces left on the ground by other dogs. The puppy had been in multiple homes and public locations putting him and risk as well as the other animals he could carry infections to. Lisa then said that people like us disgust her and stopped all communication while still holding information that legally is owned by us. If this is how her puppies are treated ( just items to make money off of) I can only imagine her concern for others pets when they are in her facility. By being an irresponsible breeder and bringing those puppies around other client’s animals is dangerous for everybody. Her concern is her wallet and her ego, not animals. We are happy we got our poor puppy out of that environment and away from that type of life. We were scammed at this point and I highly doubt his advertisement of his quality to be true, but we love him…we will wait for the argumentative response that all negative reviews have received when they disagree with her

What a great groomers! Very personable and they are always excited to see my dog each time I drop her off. Lisa and Maddy listen to my grooming requests. My dog always leaves Vanity Fur looking adorable. All the employees are so nice. It is Easy to trust them. I'd recommend to anyone who is looking for a caring and skillful groomers.

My rescue dog Stan has had problems with previous groomers and anxiety.Vanity Fur changed that for him! He was relaxed when I picked him up instead of anxious. He is so soft and his furminator plus package was done beautifully! His nails are ground down nice and short, his ears are nice and clean, his fur feels the best it’s ever felt- clean, soft, and conditioned.The staff was fantastic! They said Stan gave them kisses during the appointment and was well behaved, but didn’t appreciate having his front nails ground down. They gave me the real story about what happened!Given that I dislike dog hair (but I love Stan) and Stan has TONS of fur he will be going back on a regular schedule so that he can keep the shed to a minimum!Thank you Vanity Fur!This was our first time coming in, but it won’t be our last! See you again soon!

I've been going to Vanity Fur for over 2 years. It is clear that the owner Lisa is passionate about the success of her business and cares about her relationships with her clients. I had some communication concerns that occurred and I got a personal phone call from Lisa to discuss things professionally and it was very reassuring and demonstrated her care. My dogs groomings have always been top notch and I plan on continuing to bring my fur babies here in the future.

Lisa is the dog whisperer!!!! I have a 2 year old labradoodle that needs a full groom every 8 weeks, and hates grooming...shaking the entire time from drop off to pick up, and then needing a day to recover. I read online about Lisa's skill with weird dogs... the reviews are more than right! Vanity Fur is a quite peaceful place. All women groomers, quiet music, no barking, lovely roaming "host" dog. I came to pick up my crazy dog and found her peacefully standing on the grooming table, happy, tail up, getting her last clips. She didn't even pull to leave as I paid my bill. It was a miracle! I highly recommend Vanity Fur for anyone who want s a great grooming experience for their dog!!

The employees are polite and understanding. Vanity Fur is an affordable and professional place. They also didn't make our dog stay in a kennel for hrs like some other groomers do, they call as soon as they're done. We were back after about 2 hrs to pick our dog up. We'll definitely take him back next time.

This was our first time to Vanity Fur and Phoebe was quite a mess when she went in this morning... I should have taken a "before" picture! I told them to just cut her however they feel. Perfection! This is the cutest she's ever looked!!! Perfect length, adorable ears and just right tail (which she was wagging to quickly to really capture)! Thanks Maddie!

I have been bringing my small 5 pound yorkie here for grooming for over 6 years and our most recent springer/poodle mix for the last 2 years. Lisa does an amazing job with both dogs, they are always perfectly groomed. They are happy, handsome and smell great when they are picked up. Them being happy is a testiment in itself both dogs very visibly show when they are scared or sad. Even when life happens and time gets away from me and they go a little too long without an appointment - Vanity fur takes great care of them and never makes me feel like bad dog mom and I appreciate this! I've had my dog groomed twice and Vanity Fur. Both times, my dog looked great after the groom. However, I will not go back.I did not have a good customer service experience. They weren't good at honoring their time commitment (things happen, I get that), but their expectations for customers is to be available to run in and pick up their pet whenever they happen to finish with the pet. If you are unable, you and your pet are treated rudely.It is their business, and they can make whatever rules they wish. But if you work and/or have other obligations that may prevent you from showing up whenever they may call you (predictions are inaccurate if you can get one), you may not be a good fit for them.

We have been seeing Ashley Higgins since our last dog. We now have a 10 month old puppy and we take her there too. The staff is small, personable and very attentive. Very friendly and clearly True Animal Lovers. I highly recommend bringing your pets to Ashley, Lisa or James.

My dog was there for 3 hours and when I finally was able to pick him up he was shaking. Also the haircut was very uneven on his legs and the hair on one side of his body was longer than the other. It's like they forgot to finish the legs on the bottom half. Don't complain because the owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. They charge a lot of money for a poor quality grooming. Also the owner wasn't wearing a mask!! BTW, the owners response to my critical review is a complete lie!!!

Vanity Fur is a fantastic salon that truly cares about your pup. They are skilled in their grooms, very knowledgeable on handling and behavior, and treat every dog with the utmost care and kindness as they would one of their own pets. Beautiful, intricate grooms. Highly respected as they always do a stunning job, AND when necessary will choose humanity over vanity all the while keeping your furkiddo's best interest in mind. Their goal is to keep the experience as positive as possible for each and every visit- whether you have a young puppy just starting out their grooming regimen, or an older dog who is now a Vanity Fur fluffball. I have witnessed dogs jumping at the door wanting to be groomed. Dogs are always relaxed and happy to be on the table. The groomers talk to and give dogs a great deal of affection while getting groomed- you can easily see that they love their jobs! I would trust this business with my dogs 110%. If you want a groomer that will care for your pooch, Vanity Fur is a no-brainer!!

My cat had developed a significant fear of having her nails clipped, and did not lack on theatrics... The staff of Vanity Fur clearly went indescribably "above and beyond" to increase her comfort level, which resulted in a gentle and more positive experience for her. Their professional expertise, honest business practices, and reasonable prices clearly convey their genuine care and concern for both their 4- legged clients and the people who love them! Lisa the owner is wonderful! A lot of compassion goes into taking care of the animals. My favorite part is when they dress your newly groomed pet up and take pictures 😍 (only if you want too) usually its whatever holiday is coming up.

We LOVE the Vanity Fur family! I've taken my bichon/poodle Luna to so many different groomers - both small businesses and large stores - and these guys are seriously the best (and easily have the best prices!)Luna had a bad experience with a previous groomer and so has dealt with a lot of anxiety when it comes to grooming - she has started to do so much better since I started bringing her to the groomers at Vanity Fur!The one and only time they made (in my eyes) a very minor mistake with her grooming they more than took care of us and made it right! (And funny enough it turned out being her BEST looking grooming!!!)I picked her up today from her groom and I'm so impressed! I made it known that I prefer the bichon look vs the poodle look and they totally delivered! Now I've got the cutest bichon pup around because of them! Lol!I will not take her anywhere else again!- I do recommend calling to book well in advance as their schedule fills fast (it has been busy enough in the past that they were booked for the next 2-3 weeks but this time I was just less than a week out)
