Update:Since I had such a good experience using them for our furnace I decided to call them when we had a leak from our toilet. I did feel silly when I learned it was just the water supply line from the value to the toilet but it was a busy week and I didn’t even have a chance to look at the problem.I knew the price of the service call, but I didn’t realize that the service call didn’t cover any of the labor or parts. If I had realized that I wouldn’t have used Tonna for such a small item.The breakdown:Service call: $129Commode Supply (aka, the cost of the job): $92Total: $221Yeah, a big part of this is me not paying attention to the pricing model but I wouldn’t recommend Tonna for little things like plumbing repair. Find someone else or see if it something that really needs a plumber first.When I called to cancel my membership the customer service was wonderful, honestly a lot of this is on me for not understanding the pricing model.I was a member but since plumbing issues are rare and we replaced our furnace, it doesn’t make sense for us to pay $10 a month if it ties me to a company I won’t use because of the price.Just no one tell my dad about this experience, he would be so disappointed.—————-I recently had my furnace and AC replaced by Tonna. They were punctual, neat, and fast. I haven't had the system long enough to review that but the service has been amazing.The best thing about them is how they handle communication. They send an estimate, invoice and any communication via email, which is great when you dislike the phone. We were able to set up an appointment via text message, it is great!The also sent us everything we need for the various rebates. All I had to do was a couple pieces of information and mail it out.

Added a heater with thermostat to our garage and they finished in record time. Service men were here before the time they had estimated. Wonderful. Easy to work with. I have a very complicated heating system. (Boiler, hydro coil, indirect water heater, and in floor zone heat). They install a new water heater, 6 months later I had found out that the water heater would heat when the floor zones called for heat. They came back and fixed the issue under the install work at no charge.I appreciate the professionalism and dedication to do the job right.

I was very happy with the service provided. Jamie was very knowledgeable and let me watch the diagnostic process. Most importantly, he fixed my the problem with my heating, but he also made me feel comfortable and confident in what he was doing by explaining what he was doing. He seemed honest and trustworthy. He also gave me advice about my system unrelated to the problem and answered all of my questions. Scheduling also went smoothly, and I was so happy they had availability to come out quickly.

I've been a member for several years now of their "Comfort Club" program. Purchased a new furnace and A/C through them. I usually call in around this time of year to schedule my included (paid for) A/C maintenance and they're telling me they can't come out until August, which at that time of summer, what's the point? No email, text or phone call reminder to schedule. I would think that repeat customers be treated with more priority.

Brian did a phenomenal job!! I am so impressed! He was very informative. He explained things thoroughly and at a level that I was able to understand. Everything from the layout of the piping to the placement of the unit he meticulously thought it through before he started and had great suggestions for the efficiency of the unit as well as convenience. He did a beautiful job with installation as well. Everything looks clean and organized!

Temp was dropping lower than temperature set point. Tonna Mechanical came out and diagnosed problem was air in the line from the hot water heater. We have a high velocity system that uses hot water from the hot water system to heat the home. They bled the hot water heater to get rid of the air in the line. That solved the problem. Special thanks to technician Jamie Bicknese. Jamie diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain how it happened and how to prevent it happening in the future. He was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. We’re members of the Comfort Club, a very good value in my opinion. We’ve been using Tonna Mechanical for years and have never had a bad experience.

Tonna installed an Carrier Infinity Furnace in our home today, replacing our 35 year old one. Our Tonna installer Jacob worked non stop, diligently until the installation was complete. Jacob answered all our questions, explained everything in detail perfectly and professionally. Dan worked worked with us all through the estimate and installation process, thank you Dan for all your patience. Tonna delivered again 5-Star Service from beginning to end. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟In addition to Tonna installing our new Carrier furnace, Tonna also cleaned all our HVAC ducts. Wyatt, the Tonna technician, was respectful and professional while cleaning our ducts. After he finished the duct work, he cleaned up any mess, as if he had never been there. My garage furnace had a cracked heat exchanger and needed replacing. Kyle installed a new one yesterday and it is amazing! Excellent installation and it looks great! Had to have an electrician come to the house to finish wiring, and was completed the same day. Another amazing job by my friends at Tonna! I am so impressed with this company. The person that answers the phone the times I have called represents how wonderful the talented personnel are behind the scene. I have had three quotes from them and am trying to install their suggestions as I can afford. We had them install a heated house humidifier for the winter, This has made so much difference in our static as well as our breathing. The dust actually seems to be less with it as well. I like integrity and we have found that to be the case with the people we have had the privilege to work with.

The service was fine. But I have not dealt with such a condescending, rude, and secretive customer support team in my life. I would never do business with this company again. All I asked for was a simple explanation of a bill that I had already paid and they bent over backwards in at least five different emails to not answer my questions. Finally they basically told me to get lost and that I wasn't needed as a customer any longer. Conveniently waiting until after they charged me yet another monthly service fee to their maintenance club. I am absolutely dumbfounded. All I wanted was some explanation to the charges on my bill that I had already paid. I just wanted to know what I had paid for.

These guys are amazing!! I used them for duct cleaning in September and now I just had them replace my furnace. My furnace died in the middle of the night when it was -11 degrees out and they responded immediately! They had me toasty warm by the next day! Their professionalism and customer service is fantastic! I can't recommend them enough.

We pay a monthly service fee to Tonna for furnace and air-conditioning. That turned out to be a good thing for us as our furnace went out on March 2. It was a Saturday and I can’t imagine what the service fee might have been if it weren’t for the contract. Tried two different parts on our furnace and got the second one to work. Fortunately, it was not bitter cold outside this weekend, but the temperature in the house was down to 61°. Skyler was there in less than an hour after we called. Very prompt service. The furnace is working again. Did not cost us a dime today. Thank you.

I contacted them for an estimate to replace a toilet and they said they needed to see it before giving me one. To do this they HAD TO CHARGE a FEE just to give me an estimate. If I chose to "join" their club, then the fee would be waivered. I contacted other business for an estimate that they could do over the phone for free.Talk about nickeling and diming the customer.

I called four different companies to get quotes about cleaning my air ducts. The first three people were so crabby! Tonna was great from the beginning. The lady on the phone was so nice and very helpful so I looked no further.A week later the Tonna tech (Wyatt) came out and was so nice and explained everything from the very beginning on what he was doing. He was great. Cleaning the furnace and dryer vent was included. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend using Tonna.
