I personally don’t go to target that often. I typically go when I’m looking for Pokémon, Bluey, or Squishmellows since they have a bigger selection compared to Walmart. However every time without fail when I go to the self check out the worker there is extremely rude. His name is Tommy. I have never heard someone in customer service have such an attitude with multiple customers all the time. He never sounds friendly and looks annoyed all the time. Tommy always ruins the mood of my shopping trip. Which is really sad since it’s typically a good shopping trip.

Asked 2 employees to help me find infantFORMULA for my girl. They said they were out if there weren't any on the shelf. I told them their site had multiple in stock and to see if they could check the back. They just ignored the question and looked at the shelf, then back at me and said they were out. The next morning i went there, and same exact situation. I asked for a manager and he told the employee to check the back because LONG BEHOLD there were some in the back. That's what i said last night?! I expressed to the manager Levi that my daughter had to switch formula's last night due to their lack of care and attention (that she barely likes and barely ate). Helpless and irritated at both moments until someone had to tell these employees to do their job. Do better Managers of Target at getting your people in check

Amazing customer service. I have never had a bad experience here. Whether shopping or returning an item, it has always been a simple, hassle free experience. I wish more stores operated like Target does!!!

I love Target, here, there, and everywhere...except for where I live because we don't have one anymore and it's very upsetting. This particular target like most that I've been to is always clean and well stocked.The only thing that was a bit annoying and off-putting was the fact that I was stopped on the way out and question about a $3 calendar when I had just paid for over $300 of merchandise. I am middle aged woman, whom I understand do shoplift, But seriously not only don't I look like it would shut up Lyft but if I'm going to pay for a whole cart of merch You're really going to stop me and waste my time on the way out the door about a calendar that yeah I don't think I paid for and look through the receipt? Not a good look.

I'm trying to pull up their website to give an employee credit! Grittan was polite, helpful, and was happy to go in the back and grab me the item I wanted when the shelf was empty and they had more in the back!Great customer service!

Horribly slow order pickup. We waited about 45min. If the employees were sloths, everyone would have got their orders faster. Literally every spot was filled and the employees (2), not all of them, were dancing and chatting each other in the parking lot. I timed one of them and it took 11min to go in and come back out. No joke. One of the 2 employees came out with an order and then disappeared. Come to find out as we were leaving, he was sitting at his buddies car chatting. Fire them and find employees willing to do their job. Ridiculous.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. The line is always backed up. The workers are slow. Go elsewhere if possible. Also watch the items you scan. Target is scamming people by putting false prices but when it rings up it’s much more. Bad business from corporate scum.

UNBELIEVABLE! I pay full price for what I thought was a BRAND NEW VACUUM CLEANER FROM HERE and was so excited to bring it home and take it out and try it out and come to find out I get a USED VACUUM CLEANER WITH SOMEBODY ELSES DEBRIS AND DIRT IN THE FUNNEL ALREADY and the entire box is disassembled and cords are everywhere. I feel completely CHEATED! Why would I pay full price for a used vacuum cleaner from what I thought was a reputable and clean store!? How disgusting!!!!!

This is a pharmacy post. Whatever criteria you care to use, this location rates less than a 1. Based on MULTIPLE visits, these are my findings: 1. Severely understaffed 2. Poorly trained techs- more often than not, the billing is wrong. Failure to apply applicable insurance.3. Poor supply. One med they said they could not get filled until Jan. Hyvee had it in stock.. Not the first time this happened.

Normally a good place to get your prescription filled. However lately they have not been prepared to handle the new influx of customers due to insurance changes. Be prepared for long waiting lines and lots of confusion as they try and fill your prescription. I would advise to avoid for a while if are able to, until management gets their act together. If you try and call them they rarely pick up the phone. When you come in and ask questions the staff is disgruntled and show little interest in being helpful.

It's hard to go wrong at a Super Target. Large selection, wide aisles, enough trained staff to help find what you're looking for. And a good cup of Starbucks to keep you going.

I bought a cube shelf organizer that fell apart when putting it together. Found one elsewhere so threw out the one I bought at Target. Then I thought about returning it to get a refund. I spoke to a customer service person who assured me I did not need to retrieve the item from the dumpster to return it…just bring in the receipt and pictures. I was willing to pull it out of the dumpster. She did NOT tell me that without the product they’d only be able to give me a gift card and NOT get a refund which is what I wanted. Had I been told that, I’d have dumpster dived to retrieve the item. Honor what your representatives tell customers!!!! THIS is yet another reason why I don’t shop Target unless I have to. I called them 6 times in the customer service and the electronic department, and they don't even pick up the phone, they either let it ring till it automatically hangs up or they hang up, if they can't answer a single question from a phone call, it shows that they don't care or value your time, and they probably aren't worth yours.

I wish I could give this place a negative rating….we ordered a pick up item and were waiting for over 4 hours for it. Noting that we traveled an hour and a half for this pickup because they were the only target that had the items in stock. The workers were extremely rude and gave us numerous looks. They kept checking to see if we had left yet and would help other customers over us. They even told a customer that we were fine standing there and helped the person who just walked up. I have never felt this disrespected in a target before. Definitely never ordering again from here, maybe not even shop here anymore.

I ordered some items last Wednesday before 9 PM. The website claimed it was in stock in the store which was not the case as I went to the store first. Upon placing the order I received notification that it qualified for 2 day shipping and was to arrive April 1st. Well then it was switched to April 3rd, then it was moved to April 4,and now it has moved to April 5th changing it from UPS to delivery by USPS. So my 2 day delivery essentially was 7 day delivery. I should have ordered from Amazon as I would have received it quicker. I will think twice before ordering here again. Target needs to get their act together!

I love it here! I can comfortably take my toddler here with me and my last resort for a tantrum is going to Starbucks for a quick treat haha. So convenient & clean! I also love that their new carts have built in cup holders! I love Target, like most people do.I also want to mention that the cashier that I had last night named Olivia (on #10 I believe) was super kind, sweet, soft spoken & helpful. Thank you!

Love how Starbucks are included within the store. Quality of products are good just some unique style choices. Maternity sections needs to be larger with more of medium sizes (a lot of xs and xxl). Baby section has been poorly stocked with bottles, breast milk storage options, pacifiers. They have redesigned the store and have included a nursing room which is nice.

I know they don’t care what their reviews are but this experience was awful. Called early Friday to transfer a prescription. Was told they would call my pharmacy and have it ready in 24 hours. Went in today and they had no record of it. Said they would call my pharmacy to transfer… my pharmacy is not open on the weekend, that’s why I called yesterday. So now I’m without my prescription until my husband gets out of the hospital. Made a difficult time even more difficult and they could have cared less. No compassion no empathy.

I usually like this target but today I need to let someone know about the cashier I had. I was under the impression that the medicine I was purchasing came with a $5 gift card because the sign said buy two get a $5 gift card. The cashier Scot ended up checking on it since it wasn’t showing up in the system. He then proceeds to tell me that I looked at it wrong and that it does not count if it is the generic brand. Ok, fine, my mistake. But my issue is the way Scot kept going on and on about how I should have looked at it more closely and he made sure I knew I made a mistake. What a way to make a customer feel stupid!To the higher ups in this store. Scot needs some retraining in customer interactions
