Service Pros did repair our water pipe. My experience is:They came to work on the same day (looks like they are not busy), and finished pretty fast. The negative point was that they charged unreasonably high. I will not recommend this Service Pros, and let our management teams to delete it from our handymen list.To reply Service Pros Plumbing (see below):Actually, I texted and emailed your office about my complains, and attached related references. Never got any response from any of you, since you already got my payment money.

These photos of 'finished' work speak louder than my words can. I will add that Service Pros started 3 months late, left our front door wide open when they'd leave, left tracks throughout the house every day they came and didn't bother to water down the concrete or even open a window when they busted it up. So our entire house was coated in concrete dust, including the room we kept the dogs. So they had to breathe it in all day. We would have been there, but they kept pushing us back and we both have to work. We were also left without laundry for 3 weeks, because apparently, no one was available to hook the washer and back up. When they finally did, they didnt open the plumbing valves. So we flooded the basement first time we tried to run a load. Would have blown up the new plumbing if hubby hadn't caught it.I will also add, that Mark doesn't answer calls, texts, or email as soon as there's a problem with his guys that he admitted aren't professionals. Makes we wonder what he and his people actually are professionals of? It ain't customer, plumbing, concrete or drywall service.

Mark with Service Pros came to the house to do an initial full-house inspection of our plumbing. As new, first time house owners, I had zero issues paying for this service fee, though most plumbers do free quotes.The value of Mark going through the whole house plumbing features, educating me along the way, taking digital photos and notes for later reference (if need be), and pointing out potential issues that could arise, far outpriced the actual service fee. I left the consult more knowledgeable about my house. Even more, I saw how detailed oriented and educated Mark is (definitely a distinguishing factor than other plumbers I have worked with). It is evident that Mark puts integrity and customer service first. As someone who knows nothing about plumbing, Mark has undoubtedly become a trusted source of knowledge and expertise.Another thing that I appreciated was how efficient he was, even while being extremely thorough. He was not here to sell but to educate on options - including Service Pro membership options. His business acumen is centered around the customer experience and trust, and it shows in the best way.We are working with Service Pros to re-build a bathroom back in our basement. We decided to go with Service Pros because of the first experience, and investment in knowing that you are getting a plumber that is not just trying to check the box on a job but one that will do it right and with care. The project will require demoing the floor to re-piping and repositioning the drain. Service Pros will also be installing a toilet, sink, and shower. Though this is a big undertaking, I have no doubt that Service Pros are the ones to do the job right the first time. We recently moved into a home that had a water softener installed and we were not familiar with how to use it. The softener hadn't been used in awhile so we weren't sure it was working. Vince at Service Pros came over and thoroughly went over the settings. He also took the time to answer another question I had regarding our kitchen sink. I appreciated how friendly Vince was and his customer service - he wore a mask and shoe covers in the house as well. Definitely will be calling Service Pros if we need any further help with our plumbing or softener!

What a Great Experience, my Hotwater tank Sensor went out over the weekend I called quite a few companies to try and get someone out to service it but everyone was booked.. Service Pros had someone available, to come out same day. Vince and Austin were very professional, explained the process and what I needed and the cost, very upfront and I appreciate that.
