Huge selection of sporting goods, clothing and accessories. It’s a great store for families because my husband can look at fishing gear while I look at shoes and my kiddo is entertained at every corner of the store with their fun games and photo spots! We will definitely be back to buy more hockey gear and other treats!

Bike department has been awesome. Purchased a new bike last summer for my wife and Kevin was awesome. After 30 rides we took it into the service department where they check everything over. That's where we met Marv and he fixed some things under warranty. I was impressed by the quality of the work and this spring brought a 30 year old bike in and had new gear shifts, tires and total tune up. Bike is like new and my wife and I are now looking forward to a summer on our "new" bikes. I'd highly recommend Scheels for new bike purchases and service department.

Always love stopping at Scheels. I was looking for a dive mask, snorkel and fins and the associate helping me said they got some new stuff in so he went in the back and dug out a box of awesome Cressi Masks and Snorkels. They were less than what I've seen on Amazon, so I was pretty happy. Very helpful staff at Scheels and always happy to go the extra mile. I love this place!!

My Family and I visited today to get my Grandson equipment for baseball and golf. My Daughter and I were totally Amazed and Grateful for one of your staff members, Chance. We were blown away with his patience, knowledge, kindness, great personality, friendly, and So Very Helpful!! He went above and beyond for my Daughter and answered any questions she had!! He Is Truly An Asset to your company!! He Needs to be rewarded because I know he does this for everyone!! What a wonderful young man!! Another great employee was Christian, who helped my Grandson with his cleats and every day tennis shoes! You are Truly Blessed to have such Incredible young people who care about others!!

I had to come in to get a bow release, a quiver, and a few more things and Austin was the man to do it! He’s the archery manager and he’s very helpful. He got all the things I needed and was very polite! It took around an hour to set up everything yet he was patient and got everything done right. Would recommend Austin to anyone who needs help with their archery needs!

Stopped by Friday evening when I got into town for some fishing gear. I asked the sales associate for some help and he didn't really didn't know what I was asking for so I came back Saturday and a different associate helped me. He showed me everything that they had in stock even brought out their new stock so I explained what happened the night before and he said that they are short staffed and he was from another part of the store. That's fine every time I stop by I leave satisfied

They have everything you could need for any outdoor activity or sports league. I was there recently to purchase rollerblades and on another occasion golf equipment and both were very successful. Great vibe throughout the store, workers are very helpful and knowledgeable on the things I need help with. I will absolutely be back in the future.

This review is specific to the women's shoe department. Aiden helped us find the perfect shoes. We sent back many shoes, but he was consistently helpful and polite regardless of how much we made him hustle. Great work ethic and customer service skills.

Like this store, though if they have a sale system, I don't know it. Pricey stuff, but super helpful and just about anything you need. Half price coffee drinks - even espresso drinks - before 11 a. m.!

Last weekend my boyfriend and I stopped by to kill time at the mall. We walked around and saw some e-bikes on display. While we were interested in buying bikes further down the road, Marv happened to walk by and shared that if I was interested in taking the bike for a test drive I could. I was absolutely thrilled because I’d never rode an e-bike before and wanted to see the difference. Marv was great in getting me set-up for the ride, he had Aiden come and get me prepped and walked us out to the front of the store with the bike. I rode the bike around the parking lot and immediately knew I wanted the bike. Brought the bike back to the front where Aiden assisted in pushing the bike back to the back of the store. We did the paperwork, paid for the bike, and had it marked to be delivered. We walked out as happy customers and honestly it was due to the great customer service and acknowledgment that made a difference.I can’t thank Aiden and Marv enough for their kindness and service. I have been able to take the bike for a spin and I love it! Thank you!

Ryan, The Golf Guy, was a complete life saver~!!I was searching for a particular item that seemed to be out of stock EVERYWHERE I went and I just couldn't find it. Website said Scheels had it in stock and ready so I headed down as soon as they opened and went looking for it. Couldn't find it anywhere in the store, and I looked everywhere cause I know how stores tend to put random displays here or there.Ryan knew he had seen the item just the other day and swore up and down that he would find it. He sent a couple people into the back room to look through every inch. As I wandered aimlessly he would check back every so often to assure me he was still on the case. It took about 35 minutes but he eventually came back with the exact item I had been looking for all week~!Ryan literally saved me a weekend of bored out of my mind camping. I mean I like my family and all, but no one WANTS to be eaten by bugs and feel gross all weekend. I was able to keep my sanity intact because of Ryan's dedication and assistance~!And it wasn't even in his department, but he was still more than willing to help~!

Marv the bike tech is the MAN! I had a few things i wanted done to my bike, and showed him a couple of my pain points.He talked me out of a stem replacement by adjusting my drop bar, but encouraged me to spend the extra money on grip tape. 10/10 suggestion-I’ve been very pleased with the performance. I’ll be back for my next tune up!

Bauer and his crew in the hunting department were beyond disappointing. Brought a gun to trade in and I knew I wasn’t going to get much. After I got the number the unprofessional guy just talked bad about the gun when I was standing right there. I was going to buy a new one at that time but I walked away. Terrible customer service!!!

Limited selection of shoes with only a few sizes. My son couldn't find the shoe he wanted in his size. The fudge is fabulous on the way out!

I had never heard of this store till I saw a youtuber "Flair" brag about this store. I was in minnesota at the Mayo clinic. I read there was a mall 3 miles away, so I went, and I found Scheels there. Really nice store.

This large outdoor store has it all. I am able to walk in and find help very quickly. They offer so much that I usually stay in the area I am there for. They have a large selection of running and the workers are knowledgable about the shoes they have. The lines move quickly.

Not from around this area and 1st time visiting Scheels. Very good sporting goods store. The staff was very friendly and offered to help numerous times. They have a good selection of many different sporting good items. Wish we had Scheels in North Carolina.

I enjoy browsing the hunting/outdoors/fishing sections however I couldn't believe that they didn't carry bulk fishing line spools (300 yds +). I just got my Vortek scope mounted and bore sighted on '06...went over to fishing dept while I waited and couldn't find anyone to ask about bulk fishing line....that's twice now....big disappointment

Nice store. Slow rude person selling hunting license for deer He didn't want to be there. We left and went to Walmart. I hate Walmart we bought our license and shells hand wormers.
