I'm such a big fan of Sam's club. The business membership is such a gift to my small business, the free shipping keeps us restocked. The competition makes me feel like an ant in an anthill, with how many people are inside. Sam's club, I can find a parking spot, the membership pays for itself and there's room to move around the big cart I need to do my business size shopping. What brought me over the edge today to do a review, was the free samples I had a burger, apple pie and fresh berries with whipped cream from friendly staff and a manager was walking around asking people if they needed help finding anything. Impressive right?

I've had the same person help me twice at the vision center and he's done a great job. Very helpful. The rest of the store is great too, outstanding meat department.

There is a strong lack of decent customer service skills at the Membership counter. Several years ago went to downgrade to the regular membership as we didn't get enough back for the difference and the rep chastised us so much about it that we decided to cancel.Several years later we gave it another go. Same scenario. Tried downgrading membership and we were promised a refund of the difference, the rep got a manager and was told they couldn't because the membership just ended a few days prior and it was too late. Then again, chastised us for not coming to them a few days sooner.Again, did not renew this time. Will continue to go to Costco where their team is consistently friendlier than Sam's Club.

I have 3 teenage boys, plus other family members, so a warehouse is our best option. We have a Sam’s club as well as Costco membership. Sams has a superior bakery, chips (individual lunch box size), and fresh fruits. They offer a large selection of candy bars, Campbell’s soups, spices and coffee. Their meat selection is good, as is the canned goods.Best part of the whole store however is the fact you can scan each item as you put in cart. When done you slide to pay n go. Never having to stop at a register. Love this feature.

This store repeatedly lets idiotic pet owners bring their dogs into the grocery/meat area of the store. Using the food shopping carts to sit their dogs in or they hold the dang dog, petting it, as they peruse the meat selection. NASTY & UNSANITARY! I brought up my concern to an employee at the store and was told that corporate policy does not allow for anything to be said or done, to remedy this. I won’t shop at Sam’s or Walmart again because of this. I may pay more to use other stores but at least I won’t have dog filth in my cart or on my food packages! There used to be standards but now we throw those out the window. No USDA meat inspectors anymore? This was not a service animal for a legit handicap person. Some little toy breed dog with its walking upright owner.

This is our go-to for a few select grocery items. Nice store with a friendly staff. Love that you can scan your items with the Sam's Club app so you can skip the checkout lines.

This is an older location I am guessing. Less square footage than most these days, so they offer fewer sku's. Noticable difference in the clothing area. Still, neat, clean and organized.

Well stocked, and lots of sales. Several samples were available to try. Snack bar line went fast! My spouse and I shared a slice of pizza and hot dog combo and we each had a soda, cost was only $4.20

Optical policies are absolutely insane, do not get glasses here for kids that may break them. I have a pair of glasses that are under warranty, but because they're listed as in stock in my club (but not actually in stock) my only option is to drive over an hour to another club they're actually in stock at to get a warranty replacement?Why can't you order replacements? Why can't you ship them from one club to another? Between that and switching warranties to two months, they're essentially useless now, well done!

Very nice Sam's Club, I never give a 5 star review as with every store like this I have ever shopped you never know if some item you like will still be in store.A roll of the dice with these stores I know, but that is why I never go to 5 stars. Other wise I like this particular store very much.

I love the ease of scan and go! I bring my own big bags, scan and fill them as I go, checkout and off I go.The space is also well organized and consistent for the year or so I've been a member.The prices aren't always the greatest, so it pays to pay attention to prices. There are many times when the equivalent item is actually cheaper at Walmart which strikes me as strange.

Short of a few weeks when there have been Captain Morgan and Diet Coke shortages, I can always quickly find what I need and get on my way with the Scan And Go app! Also, Sam's has always come thru to help me keep fresh flowers on the counter at home for the Mrs.!

We ordered Christmas cards on November 3rd to avoid holiday rush and have time to get cards out. Sam's Club Photo Services has become an embarrassment to the club! I miss the in-house photo printing that was very convenient and decent quality. Now, following multiple emails, including today, they're finally understanding our problem. My email today was the second request to cancel the order and refund our payment which they apparently still don't understand. 1 star is too high a rating for this company's photo service!!!

Great prices and selection. Very convenient Scan N Go app to skip the checkout line. Even better than self checkout in my opinion. They also carry items / brands that the other warehouse club doesn't that we really enjoy. There auto center also will install a battery unlike the other club. Watch around Thanksgiving for great deals on tires that usually include free installation. In general, it feels like items are more in stock recently.

I was like a kid in a toy store. Sam's had everything you could imagine. I went to get my membership card and the gentleman was very nice. Everyone seemed happy to work there and that's unusual enough.Store was super clean and organized! Prices can't be beat. Sam's meat is priced better than competition. Fresh fruit and vegetables were excellent! Fish selection incredible! Meat section? Well I need another freezer. ☺️All in all, I loved it
