Very disappointing today. We arrive as the sign says open 9-5. Only to find out it’s not open til 10 due someEvent. Please next time post a sign and if doing an event, don’t let it affect normal posted business hours.

Had my Papillon groomed & specifically requested a "short / tight summer cut". We literally could NOT see any difference between the time I dropped her off and the moment I picked her up. I did not say anything at the time because (1) it was closing time and (2) my fiancé was needing to be picked up at Mayo Clinic, unfortunately. Spent a lot of $$$$ for no changes. 🤔💭Not sure what they did⁉️

I absolutely love it here. I've brought my cat Snowball, and he loves it here as well. We also adopted a very sweet hamster here. The staff was very helpful, and knowledgeable about all of the animals.

Had my dog's nails clipped for the first time. He's a rescue with some fear and anxiety issues and I was anticipating it being very difficult...but these people were GREAT!! They really took their time, keeping my dog calm, and were very patient with him. So appreciated!!

I cannot express enough how much we love bringing our pug, Gus, to PetSmart!From the moment we walk in, the friendly staff greet us & they all know Gus, of course. The store itself has everything we need & more to care for, feed, clothe, groom & spoil Gus. The facilities are fantastic with on-site grooming, training & our vet, Banfield, is conveniently located inside.PetSmart is not just a place we want to hurry in & out of; it's an experience where my husband & I look forward to bringing Gus. Went in with questions about my fish and the store associate was AWESOME....SHE EDUCATED US SO MUCH ABOUT THE LITTLE GUYS WE GOT.. and why one of our fish is very afraid of the others he is so scared he plays dead... 14 day return of fish... love the variety of pets.

We have gotten 3 out of 5 hamsters with Petsmart. We have always valued what they have for optinions.... that being said we have gotten 2 bonded sets of hamsters and after today likely will be taking business somewhere else. The angry disgusted look and reaction what I said they would be put in the same cage instead of separate... your cages are less than half the size of ours... and they are put within the same cage on your watch. I will do the same and if there is any issues with the territory between the 2 i will separate the. But dont judge me until you realize what they are in when we get them.

Went to petco first, and I was not impressed. We have a new puppy coming home in about a week or so, and the limited amount of stuff they have is ridiculous. So we figured out where PetSmart was since we're not from town and we're blown away by the options. Will definitely be back with our puppy JJ cuz he's growing every day and need to get the right stuff for him.

Members of staff such as Jared, Joe, Tayton, Anna, Luke, Sydney etc. regularly provide amazing service to me and my pets. They have great customer service, and an excellent knowledge base. Along with them routinely going above and beyond I can't recommend this place enough!

I stop here about once a month to check the fish out. Compared to some other big box pet stores, their livestock is usually lively, with few dead in the tanks.Service is usually pretty good, but there have some times when I wasn't even acknowledged or approached.Last time I was there I made a pretty big purchase, and the kid helping me was very polite and knowledgeable.Good selection, not a lot of dead fish, and good prices with their PetSmart card.

I like getting curbside orders from here (but note that the curbside hours are shorter than the store hours). You can go inside to pick up an order too. There is a kiosk to the right after you enter.
