I wasn’t really sure how things were organized which made it hard for a first-timer to find what I was looking for. The place was busy. Several employees were wandering around. A couple of them were nice enough to ask if I needed help. One lady told me where to find the things while the others shrugged and continued looking at stuff on the shelves.My fur baby has a need for a special diet. I found some foodstuffs that did not contain chicken but, like most places, there wasn’t much. There was a good selection of treats for the 4 legged friends. There also seemed to be at least the essentials if you have a cold-blooded critter. If you chose to gi here while looking for something specific i would suggest you call and make an inquiry before making the trip.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Great promotional deals on complete fish tank set ups. Such a good deal we were able to afford to buy my sons teacher a class pet with all the supplies for under $120!

I went there for their aquarium plants. All their plants were in good shape. Not only ly did I buy plants, well I ended picking up some Panda Cory's also. Their tanks looked great and the price was great fir them.

They have our dog food every time we go in ,the other pet store has been out of our dogs for for a month so far . Guess we will be going here .

This was one of the worst pet stores I've ever been to. I had a rude employee provide me with false information about the fish, and I overheard workers speaking poorly about customers. I am very disappointed with my experience and will not be returning.

Went here to get my dog groomed with Andrea.My dogs hair was cut so uneven, the hair cut wasn’t completed, she clipped one nail down so far it was bleeding, and his ears weren’t cleaned.When we picked him up he was so sad, he is usually never like that when we pick him up from a groom. Very disappointed.

Have always been happy with their service since I’ve gotten my pup but my most recent grooming appointment today on Christmas Eve really got and my dog so happy! Our groomer was Sophy and she was very caring and coco loves her! Coco had her very first haircut and sophy was so good at taking care of her we left with coco feeling good and she even got two bows, a goodie bag, and a card! I’ll never forget seeing her so happy and will definitely be booking with sophy again!

Love this PetSmart. They seem to keep things in stock better than the north store and there are usually pretty good sales running if you sign up for their rewards program! This place has the same effect as Target does on me: I go in for one item and walk out having spent half a paycheck. 😆 My kitten is very happy with me though!

Love this pet store! I know I’m usually not a fan of big chain stores, but this store has an excellent staff, great service and expertise, and fun shopping for our “pup” Louie..p.s he gets almost too excited for his pamper days there

We love bringing our dog here. I think she loves it as much as we do! Every time we are here, they have new jackets or Sweaters and I HAVE to get them because they are SO CUTE!! I'm thankful I have a boujee dog who likes wearing them lolThe grooming center is always great. When I pick up my pooch, she is so happy, her coat is shining, and her teeth look great!

Not the place to buy fish. I don't live in town but the last few times I have stopped in, I have been far from impressed with their fish. I keep on thinking it will get better but it does not. Over a dozen dead in tanks. When I mentioned that, they said the probably hadn't gotten around to it. The store had been open for over 2 hours. And many of the fish did not look healthy. Usually a pretty good selection of plants.

Love, love shopping their clearance. Always find great deals. Just bought sake and clearance dog toys for dog Easter baskets. I have 5 dogs so spend a lot annually on them. I like to save where I can especially when they destroy most toys in less than a day.

I love that my big ol pup gets to come in and shop! We pull into the parking lot and he sees the sign and gets sooo excited. Their dog selection is incredible from toys to treats to bedding to leashes etc, grooming, and more. We haven't done much shopping for other animals. Prices are a little higher but worth it. Great grain free food for our pup with wheat allergies. And they have amazing deals on pet tags and a huge variety of options ! We just got our dog his first tag and looooove it.

From a nightmare with our fur-baby getting into a mess of burrs with not knowing what to do, the wonderful groomers at Pet Smart South in Rochester MN, turn this nightmare into more than a positive experience not only for us but most importantly for our traumatized baby. Talk about reassuring and caring at all levels. They are the best!!!

Staff is always pleasant but when I choose curbside pick up I shouldn't have to go into the store to ask for my order. Twice, I click the "I'm here" button, waited 30 minutes and no one brought my order out. So had to go into the store and ask for it. Kind of defeats the point of curbside pick up.

Brought my pup in to get his nails clipped. Making the appointment was a breeze. The groomer was very professional and patient with my dog (he's a big baby and was pretty nervous!) He had a broken nail and she looked at it and let me know it looked okay but needed to grow a bit before it could be clipped with the rest of them. My dog escaped the harness a couple times while I was peeking in at him, and she was able to keep him calm and back to where he needed to be. Will for sure go back for future clippings since thats something my pup wont let me do myself! Great experience. Had some other staff stop by while I was waiting to make sure I was being taken care of. Also, the cashier gave Zeus a few treats (after asking permission, of course!) while we were checking out.

My angel fish died just days after I purchased him, they exchanged him no problem. Very nice clean store, tanks are clean and helpful staff. They have some pretty good sales too.
