Today was the first time our sweet baby boy went to Petco for grooming. The groomer we had was Naomi. I gave a 5 star rating because when we took our baby there she and explained everything and understood what we wanted. We adopted our baby and he does have separation anxiety but Naomi made our experience unforgettable as well as our baby (a pomsky).I feel we didn’t give her the tip she deserves but at that time that’s all we could do. We will be returning because our baby deserves the best!❤️ thank you Naomi for such great service, you are amazing❤️

Jackie is the best! She does everything right and my dog Toby looks great! I would recommend her to anyone looking for top notch grooming!

Used to love bringing our Scottie here. She has terminal cancer and we were hoping to get one last for cut before our wedding but the groomer dismissed the idea and didn’t give any alternative options because she has some mattes in her fur. Really disappointing.Seemed like the groomer was stressed and having a bad day. Just wish she would have had a bit more compassion and customer service.

My dog had a couple of cuts from a former groomer, who did not even tell me about having snipped my dog. So either she didn't notice or just didn't want to tell me. I explained why my dog was skittish and nervous to the Petco groomer. The two groomers Vanessa & Shae took their time and the cut turned out beautiful. But more importantly to me Bailey didn't seemed stressed when I picked her up.

Vanessa was calm and professional and super sweet with Harley. Especially when he was not being cooperative when needing to go into the back to be groomed. Petco always does a wonderful job with my Harley. Thank you!

Had an 11:15 appointment and the stylist said "Give me a couple of hours" so I was thinking maybe two? but it was 5 hours later that my pet was ready. Also one of the cashiers charged me 2 haircuts at 60 dollars a piece, so I ended up having to go back in to get refunded the amount, oh and this same cashier has done this to me previously in the past. I think I will be checking out other areas for my pet to be groomed, or I will just go to the South Petco. I would recommend to anyone to check your receipt before you leave the store so you don't get charged twice for something.

Brittney is the queen when it comes to grooming your pet. She has a way with animals that calms even the roudiest pittbulls and the snarlliest cats, and no muzzles that ì say. The prices are competitive and the store is always full of deals on toys and treats for your freshly fluffed pet.

The groomer was timely in paying attention to us. She remembered our grandpuppy and was very friendly to her and to us. She even remembered how old our grandpuppy is! We were all very pleased with how the visit went!

I asked that his nails be cut as much as possible and it was not like that, the first time I took Peluche was a success I liked it a lot, but the last two times I did not leave pleased I did not like it.
