I really wish there was some consistency with pricing, and the fees seem to go up every visit. I also pay for an upgrade or add on, but she doesn’t smell like she’s had the upgrade. Vital Care premium is not worth the cost of the grooming discount.

The groomers at Petco South in Rochester are friendly and very good at their jobs. My dog is comfortable with them and I know she will be treated with care.

Although on two earlier occasions they were able to clip my dogs nails they were not able to do it this time. I went to a groomer mainly to get his nails cut. They bathed him but he came out with a strong perfumed odor (much stronger than at other times and he continues to wreak of this perfume like smell. He is half rat terrier and has thin straight hair. I never use a metal brush/comb on him because he doesn't have matting and a bristle brush calms him down.

I was unable to pay through the phone when my son picked up our dog after a groom. The staff were so understanding and said I could come back later in the week to pay as I was out of town. Wonderful staff😊

First, my dog received her trim exactly as I requested and looked great when I picked her up. I also appreciate that they were running on time and completed the grooming in the time frame that was discussed. I also was happy to see that this particular Petco outlet was well organized and very clean. The price for the grooming for my 5 month old puppy was a little high; I wish a puppy grooming option was offered like at PetSmart, but I also was happy to receive a new customer discount. Unfortunately, that is only good for the first visit. Otherwise, very good experience.

this shop was nice enough to quickly schedule a grooming for my dog when we were traveling through the area. he had been shedding pretty bad and it was all over the car. so for them to open up a spot for him to be groomed and cleaned was super helpful and made the rest of the car trip sooooo much better (and had significantly less hair flying all over the place).the groomers were also very nice and took good care of my lil puppy. the services were reasonably priced and they had quite a few options for grooming.

The groomers handled our dogs with care. One of my dogs has a handicap in his legs and the groomers were so gentle with him but did recommend that we have a Vet clip his nails in the future. We appreciated the feedback.

The lavender treatment for my Max was wonderful. Finally their toe nails were cut to an acceptable length. Both dogs look great . The groomer was incredibly kind and patient with both my dogs.

Maya is excellent and so patient with our 11 year old dog Dixie! After she was done Dixie didn't want to leave, she wanted to stay with Maya 🤣🙃it was good to know that our dog trust her 10000%. Highly recommend!

Went in to buy a few goldfish today. This girl was so rude. She seriously was not going to sell them to me if I didn’t answer all her questions correctly it was so rediculous. Since when is it so hard to buy a fish!! If I wanted to buy a beta fish I also had to buy a heated tank. Even though they sell the small little beta tanks right there. She said that was in humane. Then I wanted to buy two little $.18 goldfish and she told me their feeder fish so I can’t have them unless I tell her what I’m going to feed them to. Wow Will you just leave me alone and let me buy some fish, super wierd!!

Both my dogs shed a lot and after their ‘spa treatment’ we have had waaaaaay less hair around the house and furniture! One de-shed better than the other but overall they both looked great 😊
