Went here for the first time yesterday. EVERY employee was so helpful and friendly! - I went back today for something and asked about something that was out of stock and again, excellent staff here! I will definitely go back. Thank you. Staff that appear to be happy to be there is a rarity!

This is the best place for variety, quality, freshness, and price. For example, I found Olba's Oil here cheaper than on Amazon. I also priced Matcha and ended up buying that also. Really, I had come here just looking for one item, Black Seed Oil, and I ended up filling a cart! Seriously competitive prices against online and ANYWHERE else in Rochester. Furthermore, locally sustainable business means your politics of helping your neighbors and keeping the "money in the family" are in operation. This place will soon again start up the classes and lessons they offer in the classroom space. They had a new nutrician coach. Try this spot once and you might be hooked. Compare ANY SUPPLEMENTS you buy online to the prices here. I could list more, but you'll see what I mean when you get here.

I went on an elimination diet and for me that meant cutting out dairy, gluten, beef, and egg for the time being. I went to Natural Grocers and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of options I had to choose from for products. Prices are great considering the better ingredients in their thoughtfully selected inventory. Service was friendly as well. I’ll continue to shop here even after I can start introducing those food categories again. I highly recommend!

My wife and I had the most enjoyable experience this evening. Thank you to Mandi (manager) she was so helpful. We had never been in this store and there was so much to learn. We also were shopping for another family so she made things very easy. Our cashier was also very helpful and friendly as well as another male associate, we didn't catch their names. If you're looking for organic fresh food and very helpful caring people this is the place to go. They also have a rewards program that is super beneficial.

They are usually not busy except around rush hour. Store is nicely organized and has many unique products not available elsewhere. Employees are happy to help. They have a huge variety and selection of supplements as well. I go there for specific items and am satisfied every time.

Clean, well organized with good signage, & friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic selection. Cashier even paid for me when I was 2 dollars short! (Ran out to car to get money to pay her back.) Can’t get this kind of service many places anymore. Highly recommend.

This is my new favorite store, and I don’t even live in Rochester. I’ll be making a stop here every time I visit though. Their gluten free selection is larger than I’ve ever seen in my life! We’re talking baguettes, donuts, English muffins, and cinnamon raisin bread! Plus the kombucha selection is out of this world. And they’ve got a large selection of natural health and beauty products which is a huge plus.

Nice place, very like our food coop. There is a great selection of personal care items and also a wonderful bulk spice and grain area. I wasn't expecting to stop so wasn't prepared but if you forget a regular bag they have boxes to pack into.

Puzzling how 9/10 cashiers here don’t know how to do clearance prices for clearance items and always charge full price. Then when you return for a refund, it takes 25 minutes for them to figure out how to do that!!???

Great variety of goods. Good sales once in a while; can be a little spendy otherwise. Nice people, but tough seeing someone around in the areas you may have questions. They tend to hang around the front of the store (at least during the evening when I tend to go).

This is by far the best grocery store in Rochester. They truly value and respect their customers and community. The whole staff is amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly. Their fresh produce is all organic and affordably priced - which is very impressive and shows how dedicated they are to promoting the long-term health and wellness of the community they serve, organic farmers, and the environment. Not to mention they don't use plastic bags at the checkout counters - so important! Thank you Derek, Zach, Melissa, Mark, Mike, Susan, and the rest of the staff for giving Rochester such an outstanding resource for being healthy and serving the community in such an eco-friendly way.

They have fair pricing for the high quality products they carry. When asked for help, they are knowledgeable and will even suggest other places to find products that they no longer have or carry.

I usually go to natural food stores like whole foods, but since they do not have one here in Rochester, I found this place. It might not be as fancy but it gets the job done. I usually go here for vitamins and supplements and they have a WHOLE area to overwhelm you with.The workers here are pretty customer driven so its nice that someone will actually ask me if I need help - they've always been friendly and I appreciate that a lot!Would recommend this spot for natural supplements for sure!

The absolute slowest checkout in Rochester. Why there is no self checkout lane is a real wonder. There are 5 checkout lanes and only one is usually staffed. The following is not an exaggeration. My daughter waited in line 10 (ten) minutes for two red onions and 3 limes. Natural Grocers is the closest store to my house and I avoid it.

The store is always very clean and well organized, the staff has always been very friendly and helpful as well. They have quality foods and produce and a good deli with hot bar as well as an area to eat and lounge if you have some reading it studying to do. I don't live nearby but almost always stop in when I'm in Rochester.

Really great store. Lots of fresh organic produce (and cheap when in season). The prices throughout the store are good. It's the cheapest place I've found dairy-free ice cream. We make a trip at least once a week and are never disappointed by the friendly staff.

All organic produce section is great and products are generally adequately priced. Always friendly as well! The only thing I would never buy there are the meats. They are insanely overpriced! Also, items in their clearance section are either already expired or expire within a few days.

Wonderful place to find specialty items. Very large selection of beauty as well. They do not have bags, so remember to bring your own. Mayo employees also get 10% off with their badge.
