Said the prescription would be ready in 30 minutes. I get there 45 minutes later and it hasn’t even been started. I don’t know if they need more staff or better training, but there were prescriptions all over the floor and several customers waiting. We’ll see if they even remember that I’m waiting in the store and say something. At this point, I doubt it.

Called my prescriptions in on Wednesday, call on Friday to see if there done, nope, didn't even send the prescription request in, I call my Dr's nurse's and she says we just got a request, they never sent the request until the day hey were supposed to be filled and lied to me saying they sent in the request on Wednesday, this place is a joke, I'll be getting my.meds elsewhere from this point forward!!

Literally the worst pharmacy in town. Went there with my pregnant girlfriend, whom is very important to me and only want the correct and best medicine for. We will get something prescribed and when we get there, they are always out of everything we’ve really ever asked for and always try and show us something on the shelf that is not at all what was prescribed or what we needed. Pretty much everybody in that “pharmacy” that I’ve talked to is absolutely worthless.

VERY slow to fill scripts. My clinic pharmacy can have a script sent over from my doctor filled within an hour. Hy-Vee takes anywhere from 1-3 days!

The older gal working the pharmacy since 1999 needs to retire. She gives me an attitude EVERYTIME I pick up prescriptions.

I like this pharmacy because they have my prescriptions to pick up when they are ready. They are on time. I need these to stay healthy and out of the hospital.
