Special shoutout to JEANNA who figured out why my husband could not get a flu shot. He recently retired, and his ex-employer's healthcare was still showing as PRIMARY with Medicare being secondary, even though he hadn't had that insurance for a month. It might sound simple, but it took a while for it to be figured out, and JEANNA persevered to get to the root of the problem. This type of response helps keeps customers, and we'll be back to HY VEE. (Other employees thought it was related to the Part D plan we had, which it wasn't, so JEANNA gets full credit on this one. Kudos to her!) We subsequently fixed it with Medicare.

This location has terrible customer service. They are unable to fill a basic prescription in four hours.No explanation, just come back later. Forget following Doctors orders because you won’t have the medication.

Deceptive, borderline dishonest rewards advertisements. Had new prescription sent to them just for the gas rewards and smirking checkout person said I needed to send it somewhere else first and call them to transfer it to qualify. Asked to return and said I couldn’t. Didn’t even apologize for tricking me. Will not be returning.

This pharmacy was awesome! I am visiting from out of town and they helped me fill a prescription almost at closing time with a great attitude. Also, when I asked the pharmacist if there were any interactions to watch out for she plugged all my info into a sheet and printed it out for me to ease all anxiety about it. These staff members went above and beyond! Thank you so much for making this process super easy!!

They wouldn't find out whether my insurance is in network. I called to ask and they said they couldn't unless I gave them a prescription first (and then I would have to go through the hassle of having it transferred if they are not).They seemed nice enough but unless you know they take your insurance, go elsewhere.
