This pharmacy is the worst in Rochester! I have been with them a long time and seem to have issues with them EVERY time I go to get my script... Their lines are ridiculous, and the drive thru even more ridiculous.

This pharmacy deserves 6 stars, especially a pharmacist named Heather, but everyone working there. Kindness goes a long ways & having a complicated body chemistry to medications, they have taken time to explain things to me & to look up different generic meds that might work. Very helpful. If I move across town, I'll still keep coming here.Thanks.

Unpleasant cashier. The pharmacist who did the consult for the new medication talked at a decibel loud enough to be heard several aisles over and for reasons unknown made a point of announcing it was a very expensive cream.

This has been my pharmacy for over 10 years now. I've never had a problem or issue with them drive up or in person. When asking for refills over the phone its usually ready a day before it was scheduled. I moved closer to the nw side of Rochester, but I still kept this location as my pharmacy for those reasons.

Went for a COVID-19 booster and the nurse was very nice and friendly.
