I normally love this store but me and my partner had a bad experience yesterday. Our cashier was a really nice girl who’s conveyor belt didn’t stop moving for a bit and it ended up pushing all our food on to the register. We had a glass drink that hit the floor at her feet and glass and juice went everywhere and she had a lot of our groceries to scan still like half a cart. When this happened my partner asked if she had someone to help she said “no I have to do this all by my self” as there were some many useless employees just standing around talking including these two guys (in pics) when the accident happened they watch her and laughed and I believe the lady at the desk they were talking to did to and they didn’t help her or come over but instead continued watching her and talking the older guy did begin to walk off but he just went to different employees to talk to. I hate seeing a lack of support in a work environment like that. There were a lot of employees that could have helped but to sit and laugh at her that’s disappointing. Especially because she was soooo nice to us and it was busy so I’m sure it was overwhelming and to not have anyone to have her back. They clearly need to train more on supporting each other as a team.

I'm only rating the online aisle.. for the most part of is ok and convenient. However, many many items are left off and marked as "unavailable" simply because they don't want to pick them or, the person doesn't care to look. Last 3 times I've ordered online to save time, I've had to walk into the store after I pick my order up and go get the items myself...which are right on the shelf every single time.

We finally checkout the Hy-Vee Store down the street from our hotel! What a fun and interesting place to go! I've attached some of the unique and fun things I saw today while walking around there. We bought a few fun things to eat and just enjoyed ourselves walking around there! We will be back for more fun!

When things are in stock, it's a fine grocery store to shop in. It does seem like they struggle to keep items on the shelves, which is unfortunate. The staff is usually friendly & helpful, & I like the variety of items they carry.If you visit here, be prepared to deal with many frustrating encounters with the locals. Some of them are completely unaware of their surroundings & will almost always be in the way. They can be pretty rude at times as well.This is especially true while navigating the parking lot. It's angled parking, which is fine. However, I don't appreciate those that refuse to follow very basic rules that shouldn't need to be discussed at all. People are constantly backing into parking spaces while facing the wrong way, driving down the isles the wrong way, taking the electric vehicle parking spots with a regular combustion vehicle, or other baffling types of behavior. These people are extremely lazy & ignorant, so please plan accordingly. Consider going in the morning or late evening when it's more quiet.

Trevor was absolutely phenomenal. His attitude, the taste of his food, hospitality, honesty, and personality is the reason we booked Hy-Vee catering for our wedding. The most amazing HyVee I have ever seen. They have it all here. Thoughtfully laid out and really well designed. You can tell they put time into it. Wahlburgers, shoe store, hychi, coffee, produce, im telling you this place is amazing! Enjoy!

Very convenient and the staff there is always very helpful. They have items I need every week and always try to pick up the California Roll on Fridays. Great place to shop!

Yesterday, I got a call from Trevor over in the catering department. He was reaching out to see if I had a preference beyond the default pickup window ( of several hours) for my order this Sunday. I was beyond thrilled with his customer service and I really appreciate the extra mile they go to make sure my Super Bowl order is as hot an fresh as possible to serve to my guest. Thank You!

Two visits in and I’m beyond frustrated with this store!! You should be able to sign up for the perks program at the checkout. Also it’s been weeks how much longer will this store be destroyed inside?

I purchased a chicken dinner for 4 on 11/9. I believe Brandon helped me. He promptly helped me-no problem there. But I do have an issue with the way he fills an order. At no time did I observe him washing his hands, nor did he use disposable gloves. I'm not sure what your policy is for those issues, but surely one or both should happen. Customers have no idea what he touched before filling an order. Also, I noted that he briefly left for the back room, while at the same time using his hand to touch his face. Even dinner rolls should not be picked up with his bare hands with his lack of serving hygiene. You don't need my email address, nor should I need to make a phone call to "follow up". Just teach proper food handling hygiene. The food is good, but the technique not so good .

Love the fact that they have Veteran parking spots, great staff, the pharmacy staff is helpful. AND they have a free Veterans Day breakfast. How nice and AMERICAN.

Last night the manager on duty was embarrassingly rude to us. It was somehow our fault the line was held up when I asked they honor the perk price posted AND yes I signed up for that program. She kept asking me if this is what i wanted ... for them to have to suspend sale, redo it... etc. etc. Such a scene/hassle I paid the higher price just to leave. So disappointing.

Every time I've been here the shelves are well stocked, the staff are friendly, and the store is very clean. It's easy to get in and out without too much hassle. They often have free samples of meats and cheeses as well! Overall this is my favorite grocer in Rochester.

Never have I been more disrespected by a worker in my life. Went to the scan and go section and she didn't say anything to us, piled our items on the counter in front of us and expected us to know that we need to move faster. So not only no greeting, no being respectful or making idle conversation, and no sense of being welcome in that store at all. It's incredibly saddening to find that that is where customer service is leading.

This HyVee supermarket location carries significantly more special items than the other locations. From bulk foods to health foods, fresh baked or boxed, has it's own coffee shop, Mayo Expires Clinic, even the Market Grill is more appealing. The layout is modern, the refrigerators are significantly more energy efficient, and I'm surprised there are no plans to remodel all the other locations in town to be more like this. If you can't find it in your neighborhood store try this one. It's worth the trip across town.

Made an appointment online for a covid shot. Went in the next day and had to wait 10 minutes for them to get the vaccine ready. The pharmacist injected me, and I was out the door.

I love the store. I have been shopping at all the hyvee stores. My favorite is nw on 55th Street NW. Friendly. I have made friends with some of the employees, and they're always helpful. Love this store and employees.

This is hands down the nicest Hyvee in Rochester. The staff are super helpful and nice. One of the best grocery stores to purchase deli items, fresh produce, and seafood/meats. Great selections and super clean store.

This place has it all. Fresh seafood, excellent cut steaks and fresh produce. We even grabbed a bite for lunch at the deli. Very very clean store and everyone..... I mean everyone was super friendly and wore a smile. It was so refreshing to see so much happiness in one place!!!!

We used Hy-Vee catering on West Circle for our wedding this past weekend. The whole experience working with Trevor to take the time to initially go through all of the options and get everything setup made it such an easy decision. There were so many great options to choose from and it was very reasonable on price.The day of the wedding they were on time and had everything setup and ready to go without having to worry about a thing. We had so much feedback on how much people loved the food the rest of the night. Everything turned out amazing and it made the day that much better. Thank you Trevor and the rest of the team for everything!We went with the roast beef, pulled pork and Vegetarian lasagna (seriously, you need to try the lasagna!) and everything turned out exactly as it was promised and we would recommend it to anyone planning a wedding or event.
