We were visiting the area for medical reasons and staying in a hotel close by. We learned of the rib cookout they have during the week and stopped by to get some! We bought two full racks for $20.00. It was a great treat in the hotel room and great to nibble on cold in the next couple days! We will be doing this again on future trips!

This was my first trip to this Hy-Vee store. I'm not from Minnesota. I am, however, familiar with the brand. The staff recognized my confusion a couple of times while searching out some items and stepped up to help me. And who knew I'd need to buy a beer from a liquor store? We had a good laugh over that. The staff made my brief stop an enjoyable one! Thanks

This was my first time in a Hy-Vee store. I was primarily there because I'd been told it was the most likely chain grocery to have a great cheese selection, and wow, was that true! Fantastic diversity of artisan cheese, local, national, and import.I'd signed up for a Hy-Vee member card ahead of time and scouted out ecoupons. Therefore, I shopped for a few things around the store. I knew where nothing was, but I managed to find what I wanted. Those discounts came through without a problem.I'd definitely visit a Hy-Vee again for the cheese selection. I only wish they had a location in Red Wing!

Grocery store is good. Pharmacy in store I go to has gone bad. Never ready when called in. Just crazy. Buyer beware currently. But the the grocery store only place I shop great meat department

I was helped check out by Alix H. He was very pleasant and respectful, and he deserves recognition. He was very accommodating and made sure we had our items such as a small plant and some personal drinks left out for our convenience.

Overall great store but watch the promotion discounts closely at the register. I have had several issues and needed customer service to correct them.

The grocery store with so much more. Grocery chain offering goods, service and friendly staff. One of the most outstanding departments is their meat market with higher quality and hand selected product. Everything fresh from brats to burgers, ribeye to roast, pork chops to pork loin, tuna steaks to tilapia, crab cakes to catfish, chicken breasts to chicken brats. Even live lobsters. Bakery, deli, dairy, pharmacy and health care clinic, frozen and a speciality section offering organic and healthy alternatives. A fair size produce section offering a nice selection of farm fresh picking of greens and everything in between. Don’t forget to say “hi” to Matt. Deli offering burgers and breakfast and a slew of other eating options as one can select from the Hickory House offering comfort foods, Asian and Italian. Pick up and eat in. Even a full option bar. Overall store is clean and bright offering a line of name and store brands. Aisles do seem to be a bit narrow and traffic jams common. Sales and specials are your best options as prices seem to be a higher than other discount giants.

I’m from Minneapolis and go there often to charge my Tesla in front of that store. First time going there was fine, but second time, I always saw same employee near by me everywhere in store I went. And when I went close to the check out, there was one of managers came to me and said “ the check out is there “. I’m sure I didn’t look like I got lost and needed help so that was strange. When I walked back the charger station in front of the store, there someone came out and watched me until I got to my car at charger station. I don’t understand any above

After spending 16 hours/day, for several days at Mayo, decided to have a grocery delivery from Hy-Vee as the last thing I wanted to do was make a grocery run. My first discovery was Hy-Vee has a price gouging delivery fee for nearer-term delivery windows. A reasonably priced delivery window was a minimum 6 hours out. Grocers in my area have a fair, uniform delivery fee. Then, after an unusually long wait, Hy-Vee only delivered about half of what I had ordered. I was shocked. I did check off no substitutions on the order, however, my order was for such routinely stocked items I couldn't imagine everything was not on the shelves 24/7/365. Ordering from Hy-Vee was a complete bust. I ended up having to make the grocery run I desperately wanted to avoid as a result of Hy-Vee's inability to fulfill a simple order. Will never be doing business with Hy-Vee again, and recommend you avoid the brain damage of doing business with this grocer.

Really good happyhour specials but they don't always have a dedicated bartender, so you have to go over to the Togo area and ask for another beer most times

Employees are super-friendly & super-helpful, different ones in different areas of the store asking if I needed assistance finding an item. This was/is awesome bc, YES, I needed help finding items on my list (each time!) 🙂. The other reason this is awesome is bc I tend to avoid asking for help so as not to interrupt employees engaged in doing something. Very approachable & visible & willing to help (unlike at other stores & busineses)!

This is a great Hy-Vee! It's one of the smaller ones but the employees here are so awesome! They have a great cheese section and everything is always neat, clean and orderly!

We go here often. Sales are good. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Produce is great, and they have a great selection of products. Best of all, they had smoked ribs to buy! Yum!

Not a very happy place. The checkout security lady did not want to give me a smile. I would rate this 2.7 waffles out of 6 (provided their blueberry).

Some of the workers are very rude...I only go to this hyvee when I absolutely have to. Also they have a line to checkout back to the grocery aisle and they only had 3 self checkouts open which is unacceptable especially when the store has so many and only 2 cashier's line open! When I do have to go there it's usually b4 I have to go to work so I don't have time for that

The HyVee managers are extremely smart and helpful in ordering and keeping food items that are nutritious and delicious to eat. I have found the staff will go out of their way to provide the best shopping experience in Southeastern Minnesota. In addition, the prices are rock bottom in comparison to Western Wisconsin and Northern Iowa's other grocery markets. I am surprised how much I save monthly on my shopping expenses. Superior store, there is none above this for weekly Market shopping.

Nice place to have a drink and finish up some work. Great happy hour specials and selection of taps. Its still a little weird not having servers since they changed to an express, but the bartenders are very friendly and you can order through them.

They don't have cheese... They have fancy charcuterie cheese but if you need a small block of cheddar are mozzarella, you're hosed...

Good grocery store and items were easy to find. Prices a little more than other places, but has a lot of selections of a variety of products. A few times I have gotten fruit there and only lasted a day or two before it had mold. Fruit is expensive so kind of a downer.

That said this is the 4th and last time I am walking out after having a price change at self check out and several members of staff make eye contact more than once and no one bothers to do anything, not even a “hey someone’s coming” Lots of other spots in town, including other Hyvees.

Store was very busy, and only a limited number of checkouts (including self checkouts) were open. I chose self checkout, and still the lines were slow and long.
