I brought my dog Charlie to be boarded from a Thurs-Sunday. I was able to call and they gave me updates on him while I was gone. They emphasized how cute Charlie is and assured me he was a favorite among staff and gave him a lot of attention. It seems like a small, family owned company and they seemed to really care for my dog. They have limited windows for pick up/drop off but I would happily work around the limitation and bring him back again. Charlie was so happy and excited when I picked him up and I can tell he had a good experience. Everyone was very friendly.

I left my pup Sancha here for a week while I was seeing family, she is definitely tired but very happy. Thank you for taking care of her. we will only be using clip and dip when we travel. Staff is very friendly and you can tell they all love dogs. Thanks again!

I boarded my dog here about a month ago and was very impressed. Friendly, attentive and genuinely seemed to care for my dog upon meeting her. She got time outside and loved playing with the other dogs. Drop off and pick up was simple and will definitely board here again.

Five Stars, all the way!!! We’ve been taking our two fur-babies to Clip & Dip for a couple months now for daycare/boarding, and couldn’t be happier with the facility, as well as the great customer service!!:) We’ve also taken our not-so-social chihuahua there overnight and she did excellent! Very impressed. Rick and his wife really care about their customers and their pups. Our dogs always come home happy and tired after a long day of play, and we have had no health issues whatsoever with any of them. Very happy customers! We would highly recommend Clip n’ Dip Grooming and Boarding!!

Had such a good experience! Very reasonable prices, run by a sweet couple who truly care for the dogs. They really went the extra mile and apparently even gave my three pups baths, since they came out smelling much better than they went in! I'll only use this kennel from now on.

I brought my Toy Poodle in for a full groom, he had some matting and I was hoping to keep his coat long. His haircut is the best he’s ever had, perfect teddy bear! On top of that his coat is still long. This is the best grooming experience I’ve had and at such a reasonable price!!! Support local businesses, I promise you the quality is at or above PetSmart’s!

This was the first time my Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers 8 year old Jameson & 14 months old Jackson was groomed at Clip & Dip Grooming and Boarding.Rick is pretty cool even when my little Jackson was howling... hey wait we came to play lol... I think my Jackson was confused since he typically goes there for daycare to play and run with his furry friends 🐕🐶🐩🐾 on this specific day there was no daycare and it was all grooming. 🐶✂️🛁Annie Rick and their daughter are truly the most patient and kindness humans you will ever meet... they really care about all the furry friends that come through their door! This is top notch kind and professional place I have no complaints thus far.I do suggest scheduling up on the grooming appointment as far and as often as you can. They are truly the best when it comes to grooming in creating a Masterpiece out of my DIY grooming! 🐶🐶✂️🤪 after pictures.

I recently adopted Prince from a rescue in April and took him to the first groomer that had an available appointment because he really needed a haircut (NOT Clip & Dip). He was neutered 10 days before which the person was aware of. As soon as we arrived home, I discovered that he was bleeding and his stitches were opened and the groomer did not tell me about it. I was not going to take him back there again and was nervous about finding a new groomer. Today, Prince went to Clip & Dip for the first time. As soon as I picked him up I felt relieved and booked his next appointment with them. The family did a fabulous job! I highly recommend them!

Anne and Rick are terrific. I have had my boy Blue to them several times, and he enjoyed the ride in the country, the V.I.P. treatment, and their friendly & personal welcomes and goodbyes help to put Blue at ease somewhat (he does not like leaving his human). I like that you can see the grooming and bathing areas, unlike lots of other places where you drop off and pick up. Wonderful people, & beautiful place. You will have to plan ahead for appointments as they are popular for those who know their way around the area and don't mind driving a few miles out of town.

Just all around great! We have been taking our Shih Tzu Jimmy here for 2 years ever since we got him on recommendation from a family member. Great customer service and a great price. They have even added text alerts for appointment reminders. Several months back they were having some repair work done on the driveway, so when I came to pick our little guy up they met me at the road in a ranger and we were on our way. Really like supporting a local small business as well.

We had a wonderful experience with clip and dip and they did a beautiful job on our dog. However, after the groom my dog developed a severe infection in both ears. He had brown crusty flakes and chunks, swelling, blisters, and pus. I really wish I could post pictures because words cannot truly describe how terrible my dogs ears have gotten. I tried to contact the owners of clip and dip on numerous occasions to identify what could be causing the infection and they were unresponsive until a strongly worded message was left. After repeated trips to the vet our dog was finally treated for ear mites, from the loose cats roaming the clip and dip grounds, and a severe allergic reaction to the ear cleaners that contain sulfa were used. FYI... Beware of cleaners that contain sulfa.The groom was beautiful; the lack of professionalism and disrespect from the owner is inexcusable. We will not be back.

We brought our dog here while we were staying in Rochester for a couple nights. It was Mila’s first time being boarding and I think we were as nervous as she was! They were so accommodating and let us come out to visit her the day after we dropped her off to check in. They even clipped her nails during her stay because they were getting a little long. I would definitely recommend this place!!!

My dog is a bit of a wimp, and HATES going anywhere her mommy can't go. She LOVES everybody at Clip & Dip. I love when I drop her off they treat her as if she is their own pet, and they do an amazing job in grooming her. They have the best prices in town, and are wonderful to work with in scheduling grooming appointments. I recommend Clip & Dip to all of my friends and family.

We've had nothing but great experiences when we've had our dogs stay. Dante always enjoys his time staying at Clip & Dip. With a small amount of planning ahead we have never had any problems getting a spot for boarding. We're fully aware that if we wait until the last minute there won't be any openings so we do our best to call in advance. Plus, we haven't been able to beat the cost!
