This is a terrific spot for traveling to and from the Midwest. The staff is always pleasant and very helpful. I love the option of a shuttle to the airport for those very early flights to the east coast! The rooms have always been super clean, it’s quiet, and the restaurant next door is friendly and offers a variety of terrific food. Keep up the good work cuz I’ll be back!Rooms: I have stayed here many times traveling to and from Maine to visit family in the Midwest. Every room I have had has been great. Clean, spacious and quiet.Safety: I always feel very safe here and walking to the restaurant as well. Well lit parking lot and well taken care of area.Food & drinks: Amazing breakfast offering and restaurant next door is also fabulous.

From the lobby to the rooms themselves everything was extremely clean! Check in gal was very kind and helpful too! Hotel very warm temperature in hallways and lobby. Breakfast was great everything clean and organized with a good variety of items! 10/10 will be booking again when in the area! Plus free shuttle bus to the Mayo Clinic really helps!!

We had looked at several locations in the Rochester area. We are so thankful that we chose this one. The rooms was clean. It had a refrigerator, microwave, and more. We felt very safe at this location. The same cannot be said for others that we had looked at. Additionally, there was the added bonus of an indoor pool and hot tub. I also must say that the breakfast was far more than we had expected. Sausage, bacon, eggs, pancakes (freshly made from a pancake machine), muffins, bagels, biscuits, WAY too much to list. A helpful staff. We were very pleased.Rooms: Large, (not huge), great bathroom. Microwave, and refrigerator. Large closet. Full sized ironing board and iron.Safety: We felt very safe in this area. Other locations nearby look really sketchy.Noteworthy details: TOTALLY worth a couple bucks more than the cheapest hotels we found. Better accommodations. Wonderful breakfast. Safe location. Would definitely stay here again!

I'm super impressed. For the cost of the hotel, the beds were comfortable and it was clean! Service at night was incredible. The gal drove us to the airport at 4 in the morning and picked us back up around 11:30 pm on a weekend when they usually don't do shuttle service. I am so thankful. Wonderful management, wonderful staff all around! I know where I'll be staying if I ever stay in Rochester again!!! And the nightshift crew should get a raise! I can't remember her name, but the gal that drove us was very friendly and welcoming!

We stayed here while my dad had appointments at the Mayo. The room was very clean and quiet. The free breakfast has lots of options, and the sitting area is comfortable. The shuttle to the Mayo is very handy, and very well run. Despite being short staffed during our stay, everyone who works here was very friendly and helpful. Dan at the front desk was especially helpful, personable and polite. We would happily stay here again.

If I could give this zero star review I would. I stayed here , room was ok , bed was very uncomfortable, rock hard. I accidentally forgot something in the room when I checked out. . When I realized I left it there I contacted the hotel , and they had found my item, at this point I was 2 hrs away. I told them my cousin might pick it up , but they never did, so I told them I would be there to pick it up that following Friday . I would have been sooner but. Had family emergency. when I got there they could not “find” my item apparently. After I drove 2 hrs . It was valuable and sentimental as well. I called multiple times before I went there to pick it up , and it was there . The manager told me he had to do some digging , and look at cameras and he would contact me back. I haven’t heard anything from him. I keep calling and he isn’t there , but the people keep saying he has to look at camera’s or how someone had to come fix them. Some one stole my bracelet, and they’re not doing a damn thing . So no if you value your things I wouldn’t not stay here. Because if you forget something , people will just get away with stealing it, and nothing will be done.

We are Mayo Clinic Patients from out of state. I was going to give service 1 star because we had a problem with one of the part-time staff here, Josh. However, the manager has been very accommodating and ended up comping 1 night. Because of Dann the general manager, our stay has turned out to be pretty good at the moment. It is a quick 15-minute drive to Mayo and the shuttle service has been great. Prices are decent for the rooms.Noteworthy details: The breakfast here is a hot and cold breakfast. It is hotel breakfast. It serves its purpose.

Seems a bit run down, a bit of seedy customers. Best part is Mexican restaurants next door. Small pool, rickety gym, had to shoulder check my door to get in, as it was jammed, which also meant 2 times I left the room and it never fully closed, which freaked me out considering the groups of men there. Zero food on site. No vending except one soda machine. Nearest place for snacks would be a kwik trip 8 minutes away.Breakfast wasn't very good, but its free.Safety: First night, dark hallway and a group of men asked me what I was doing. Ick.Walkability: Is close to the event center, and Mexican restaurants. Nothing else.

Cleanest hotel I have stayed at in a while. I wasn’t afraid to walk on the floor without shoes. Room wasn’t huge, but it had everything I needed. Comfortable bed and pillows. Pet friendly and great grassy area for your furry friend to run. Nice sidewalks to take your pooch for a walk too. Great Mexican restaurant next door. Truck parking. Great hot breakfast

Horrible, stay clear from here. No salt on icy sidewalks. Ice machine down stairs out of order. Orange machine out of order. Heater wouldn't turn down. Had to shut off to sleep. Manager did nothing. Coffee clear had to ask them to make againEggs not real, b and gravey cold. Hot tub colder than bath water with foam on top. Pool dirty couldn't see bottom. And on top of all this the alarm in the room went off at 1200 am. Location was good just off hwy

This gem we found driving around looking for a Holiday Inn. However, the Holiday Inn was booked, and the attendant there was more bothered with us than helpful. So we ended up here. Good luck, I think, as the room was cozy and conferting. The attention was nice and helped with our stuff up to the room as in on cruches, and it was late, and the wife was carrying the baby.It's a good spot. I'd stay there again.

By far the worst hotel I have ever been to. Found blood stains on my sheets and the house keeping staff yelled at me and called me a liar. Definitely wasn’t blood from me and I would do a DNA sample to prove it. Don’t stay here. Avoid at all costs. They also have an 80 year old woman who shovels the sidewalks and she says she is not allowed to use ice melt
