Extremely rude and unprofessional service. Even from the manager of the store. Low quality products when tried to make return right after purchase he gets super rude with me and won't return product. So I ask him to come show me how the product works and he couldn't get it to work properly either but still continued with a rude unprofessional matter. Will never be back to this establishment again. Would give negative stars if an option.

Nice hardware store. They have just about everything that you might need quick. Very nice greenhouse that they set up in spring. The staff always seems to be helpful when you got a question.

Local hardware stores are disappearing all the time due to the big box stores, so it is so nice to be able to go to the store, grab my furnace filter, or softener salt and get back home sometimes within a half inning. And if my project is bigger, I can usually find someone to help me engineer things.

Rude employees. Unbelievable that you cannot rent a tiller in Sauk Rapids, and that this establishment will not accept cash in payment, only credit. Nevet shopping here again.
