If I could give a lower than one star I would. They are nice to work with but very incompetent. Wanted galaxy watches and were told what the price would be and after reviewing the paperwork it was way higher than we were told. Next day returned the watches for a full refund. I has charged a buy out fee for 1 of the 2 watches that were returned. I called Verizon for the refund and they say the warehouse never received one of the watches so I had to buy it out. I have been fighting with them for over 3 months now an have NOT received a refund. This is unacceptable and now have to try to get them to find a missing watch. How is this my problem? I don't know if they can be trusted to do things right. WILL NOT RECOMEND DOING BUSINESS AT THE REDWOOD B-MOBLE / VERIZON SITE!!!

My entire experience at this store was fantastic. My phone died while on a road trip and this Verizon store was the first one I came across. Nicole had me set up with a new phone within 30 minutes and she even made sure my contacts transferred over to my new device before I left. I might just have to make the trek from Omaha the next time I need a phone!!!
