Customer service was very friendly but the service call was passed along like a hot potato and the technician that arrived didn’t get photos and information that was sent in the first place so he was unprepared to do what was needed which leads to another service call and more expense makes me consider a different brand of softener with service within my area

Nate and his Trainee where fine actually the guys are great. It’s the company that got a one star rating six years ago sold me an Hellenbrand iron curtain to take the rust out of the water don’t remember the exact cost but around $4000 of course five year warranty and this is the six year and the air pump etc is shot Magic Water was bought out Aquarius and are not a dealer for Hellenbrand any more and of course they can’t or won’t get parts for it. They did look up some parts on there iPad not sure what or where said parts would be around they wouldn’t say for sure but around 2 grand. I said forget it I called and got the complete head in a unit all together for 692.46 dollars. Another small shop that went to hell by a bigger company!!! Sad 😢

We had excellent service from Aquarius. Upon arriving he explained everything he planned to do, he then explained problems found and explained the plan going forward. When he was done he showed and explained everything while answering questions. He arrived on time, used shoe covers and rugs to avoid leaving messy floors. (Winter)

I give 5 stars to Aquarius and all other employees for excellent work except Jym Elberling. He does his job right but needs to learn that he is working in a rural community full of farmers and farming related businesses. I respect that he has his own views and opinions on how “Us farmers are going to pay with our checkbooks for all the pollution we are putting in the soil and water because WE (meaning him and the government) are coming after us no matter what”. However there is no reason this subject needs to be brought up much less accusing me and all farmers we are the reason what is wrong with the world today,as the only job he was doing today is taking out our old system we had out of our old house we will be demoing. I have my opinions and beliefs also but do not force them down peoples throats in uncalled for manners. So yes in short I give 5 stars to Aquarius and all other employees there that I have dealt with as they are professional and extremely knowledgeable and good at their job. But Jym on the other hand, I give -1 Star for unprofessional behavior. I would suggest he needs at strong talking to by the company’s HR person.

Had service man Nate come yesterday to check our system and from the time he called till the time he left he was very professional and courteous. Nate was very thorough in doing his checklist, checking over our softener, the RO tank, water samples and updating our files with pictures and notes. Plus I did ask him some questions that he answered very thoroughly. Another plus he was very neat in appearance and cautious to wearing his slippers over his boots in the house.We have an older (18yr) unit that still works great, not once did he suggest that it was old and needed to be replaced. That I appreciates greatly!Awesome job Nate!
