Wish I had a better choice for shopping. I used to go here all the time. Now, only when I can't find something anywhere else in town. A couple of the checkout registers don't work properly. When they scan your items, nothing shows up on the customer's screen. The total at the end doesn't show up either. When I complained, I was told it wasn't high on their priority list. When I asked why they didn't switch to a register that worked (and there were many not being used), they didn't have an answer. My check card hasn't worked properly the last 2 times I was there. They have to always call someone over, and it gets redone 6 or more times before it goes through. I'd worry my card wasn't working, but it seems to work in other stores just fine. And to top my shopping trip off today, the automatic exit door wouldn't open.Things need to be fixed and kept up.

Overall store is clean compared to many other Walmart stores I have visited. Bathrooms are kept clean and stocked. Workers have been very helpful and knowledgeable in the times I have needed there service. I have also visited the auto service center for many oil changes and I'm always very happy with my results and pleasantly surprised with how knowledgeable the workers seem to be at this location.

During a recent visit to Walmart, I felt quite uncomfortable due to the behavior of a tall (easily over six feet) and shady employee who followed me around the store. This person did not interact with me or offer help, but their persistent surveillance from a distance was disconcerting. While I understand the importance of security, the manner in which I was monitored felt excessive and invasive, detracting significantly from my shopping experience. I hope this feedback prompts Walmart to review their security protocols and training to ensure that customers can shop without feeling unduly watched.

As an avid shopper at various Walmart locations, I've always found the convenience and affordability of their products to be unbeatable. However, my recent visit to the Red Wing Walmart Supercenter left me feeling uneasy and unsettled, thanks to an encounter with one of their employees.From the moment I stepped into the store, I noticed a towering figure lurking in the aisles. This employee, who I estimated to be well over six feet tall, had a demeanor that sent shivers down my spine. With his hulking frame and piercing stare, he seemed more suited to a horror movie than assisting customers at a retail store.As I made my way through the aisles, I couldn't shake the feeling that I was being watched. Every time I glanced over my shoulder, there he was, silently trailing behind me like a shadow. At first, I tried to dismiss it as mere coincidence, but his presence became increasingly invasive as I moved from one section to another.What made the experience even more unnerving was the complete lack of interaction from the employee. While I understand that some customers prefer to browse without assistance, his silent following felt more like surveillance than service. It made me question whether I was being targeted for some reason or if this was simply his peculiar way of performing his job.Despite my discomfort, I attempted to carry on with my shopping, but the constant feeling of being watched made it nearly impossible to concentrate. Eventually, I decided to cut my visit short and head for the checkout, hoping to escape the eerie presence that had been looming over me.While I appreciate the efforts of most Walmart employees to provide helpful and friendly service, my encounter with this particular individual left me with a sense of unease that overshadowed the entire shopping experience. It's disheartening to think that a single employee's behavior could tarnish the reputation of an otherwise reputable establishment.In conclusion, I urge the management of the Red Wing Walmart Supercenter to address this issue promptly. No customer should have to endure the discomfort of feeling stalked while simply trying to shop for everyday necessities. Until measures are taken to ensure the safety and comfort of all shoppers, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

This store usually doesnt have what I need in stock, self checkouts are a joke and the person watching the self checkouts was more occupied with her phone than watching customers do her job. Oh, and how hard is it to see that the register needs plastic bags... very hard, when you're looking at your phone, instead of your job. I guess I'll be driving out of my way to go to the grocery store, because this is old.

Do to a occurrence a few years ago that resulted in the police, I will never come back to this store if I can help it. Having a towering, intimidating employee run off a couple disabled people cause they didn't want to provide accommodations is beyond ridiculous..... This store needs a whole new staff...Hopefully that's happened.

Watch out! Walmart has been illegally charging customers for their Walmart+ service. I have caught them twice in 2 weeks charging $105 and I never ordered the service! When they do this to millions of people and hold their money for the standard 10 days return time, that's a lot of interest they make on that money!!! And that's IF the customers catch the illegal charge! WATCH YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS if doing business with Walmart!!!

Everyday I come here I dislike it more and more......they never have grape Powerade zero stocked on shelf so I'm forced to go buy it for $2.69 @ Kwik Trip or Speed Way....why don't they have elbow macaroni? If Target wasn't worse, I'd go there.....Aldi's is ALOT better

Could not find the water filters for britta pitcher. Also no one around to answer questions. Disappoint in the people who work there. Saw me coming towards them to ask questions. Associate turn her back to me and walked away. I spent less that 150$. Was planning on spending 3 times that but decided to go to a store were people working there just don't look at you then turn their backs on customers. Very very disappointing day of shopping.

I called there to talk to automotive. They should start by training employees to answer the phone. Steven finally answered and assured me that they would be able to patch my tire. I asked if I needed an appointment and he said no, they weren't busy back there and to just go there. It takes me about 10 minutes to get there. When I talked to the kid who was working he told me that they were only working on warranties today and that they weren't doing tires. When I told him that I talked to Steven he informed me that he doesn't have a Steven who works back there. Duh. He works in the front of the store. At least he answered the phone. Then this kid walks out to my car with me to look at my tire and proceeds to tell me that he can mark the nail with a yellow marker so I can see it. I don't need it marked!! I know where it is. I asked him to walk away from my car and I left. Why does it need to be this hard?

Went through the self checkout. (When there's only one cashier and a giant line waiting for them, there really isn't any other choice.) Our issues started when something wasn't ringing up as the sale price. We called for assistance, 2 people showed up and were unsuccessful in overriding the price. When they called for additional help, no one showed up. We were waiting for 20 minutes trying to buy our items and ended up leaving empty handed.
