It was going to be my new favorite store until I tried to return the $50 -$60 tennis shoes that were defective. The outer seam ran under my toe and foot. They said they had been worn so they wouldn't exchange them. How would a person know they were defective unless you wore them? I will never shop there again.

I was surprised to see such a variety of merchandise. Their clothes and boots etc. We're name brands and a nice variety of outdoor wear for men and women. A place for your small farmer up to larger farms and ranches of all sizes. Equipment, feed, equipment for cows, horses and misc.. And a hardware area as well. Plus a lot more. I like their flannels for tall men. Perfect for that casual-cover the hips look ..lol.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and organized store. Good quality merchandise. Has a little of everything -- garden, outdoors, fishing, clothes, snacks, toys, pet supplies, etc. And they carry items a lot of stores don't. Pet horse items, seasonal items such as lawn mowers/snow blowers, live fish bait, baby chicks.

I've been going to runnings for years now.What I like about them is that they have a good variety of things that I need from hunting, fishing, lawn stuff, feed for my farm, to even boots, hats, and clothes.Staff are nice and respectful too.The only thing I don't like is that some of the things can be kind of expensive, so you have to know ahead of time what things normally or should cost when you shop there.Some times you can get some decent deals; but definitely be mindful of how much things cost.

I've been to this place several times. I've made only one purchase, however, each time I have been there, I've been treated with respect and all of my numerous questions have been answered.If you have any need for maintenance on your bow, be it compound or recurve, there young men there are prepared and ready to take care of you and your implement.Do not judge the book by its cover, the young men here are knowledgeable and capable of ordering anything you need if they do not currently have it in stock.

This is a well stocked farm & barn hardware. They gave or can get just about anything.Negatives the hired help is short and kinda rude? Ive been a patron for over 5 years and seen many come and go . but the steady eddies are still down right rude, its as if they are too good to help anyone.

We stopped in during customer appreciation. Wow what a joke that was. They were serving cold hot dogs with out gloves on. Friends of our got sick from eating them. We have shopped there for years. But lately we have noticed it has been changing and not for the better. I sure hope their Corporation office gets it turns around. It's sad to see it decline. We used to love going there but we wont be going back.

Great place to buy an inexpensive push mower. I recently did, they set it up fill it with oil and even put some gas in it and fire it up to test it. I just had to take it home top off the tank and pull the string 1 time and I was mowing. The mower starts, runs and mows great.The young woman that helped me has several years experience here and really knows the store. Super friendly and fast. This entire purchase was less than 30 minutes!

Worker was helping a customer, I waited my turn when he finished helping that customer he left me said he would be right back. I could see him up talking to check out clerks. In and out of office more talking to clerks. This went on for 20 minutes, I caught the attention of another worker and she said she would get someone to help. Finally after another 5 minutes another young gentleman can and was able to find the right mower blades and ordered them

I have to go here as it's the closest Equestrian supply near me but cringe every time. Not sure what it is but your lucky if 1 person treats you well. Always bothered that you may have a question. And I have yet to have a cashier that was polite or even new how to respond to someone being nice to them. It's a bummer every time!!

Went to find something for Mother's Day. Not impressed with home decor or lawn and garden items. There wasn't much to chose from. Went out to the greenhouse and found that most plants were wilted or maybe killed by last nights frost. The whole experience was disappointing.

Ok here we go so we are working in lake city Minnesota I'm from Chicago suburbs never heard of this store I went in looking for work boots found some that were ok so I got them tried them on brought them home and wanted to walk in them so I walk on my tred mill for 20 minutes and they hurt my feet so boots are a no go at this point I do 18 to 20.000 steps at work on my feet all day so my boots have to be comfortable for sure .so I bring the boots back and they said that they will not return them and they said that I bought them from another store which was a false statement and I never heard or been in this store first time in this store to try to look for boots .so boots were 180 $ they gave me back 100 $ even and then I had to get a gift certificate for in store credit and I already cant stand this store and will not tell or go to a running s ever again .store so I bought tie down straps that were over priced a neck knife that was over priced trail miss that was over priced pop that was over priced so I bought people behind me In line what ever I had left for my balance so I can be completely dun with my nightmare of a morning trying to just return boots that were not comfortable so people that are from and people that are out of town please watch out for this type of store s out there ..will not buy or go back or tell any one about this store only my bad experience I had .hope everything has a great and blessed and thankful wonderful start of the weekend .

A friend and I went there for minnows.we told a lady that worked there we needed minnows. Nobody came to help us. So we started getting our own scoop, then a nasty manager came over and yelled at us for not waiting to be helped. That's not the first time I've had issues with her. I don't think I'll ever go back to this store again. I was already boycotting this store for the last year from my last encounter with her, but my friend talked me into going back. Now I don't think he'll ever be going back either.
