The store is never open anymore and when it is, nobody knows because of how often the hours change. The hours are never the same anymore and they keep saying it's due to staffing but I feel that's on the management as well. This has been going on for months now and is only seemingly getting worse instead of better. There is not another store in town for pull ups or half the things anyone goes there for to begin with. This is a huge problem within the community as the next nearest store for such things is at least a 20 minute drive from this location.

I’m changing my four-star review to one star. They don’t even open their doors anymore. I went from out of town 15 MILES to see that it was changed from being open till 10pm to 7pm, Then the next day I came at 5 PM and they had changed hours to being closed at 4 PM. All THIS WEEK they HAVEN’T OPENED their doors. They DON’T EVEN BOTHER TO PUT A CLOSED SIGN UP ; lights are on there’s a car there and the doors locked. This is a franchise! You can’t just run your own hours whenever , they claim they don’t open because they are short staffed. If you manage your business. You open your doors no matter what even if you have to work as one of the little guys at the register. I have to go elsewhere now because I can’t rely on this store to open its doors or update its hours

The store needs a good cleaning and upkeep. It is dusty. There are dirt, crud, and wrappers accumulating under the shelves. There was even marijuana sitting in a box of snickers.Most of the employees are friendly, and helpful but often absent from the registers because they are working on other tasks that need to be done in the store. I assume this is due to staffing issues.

Most rude experience ever! Young girl working, did not greet me or say one word to me at all. She actually acted as if she was mad at me for having to stop what she was doing to ring me up. Get it together. You're working with the public. 3:30 on Monday July 12th. Didn't catch her name.

Julie the assistant manager was great. However there was not enough staff and was disorganized.. it is almost impossible to apply for a job at Dollar General as well.

Really good place to go in small town of red lake falls. Saves a trip out of town. Try to only go when Jessica is working best service always making sure we found everything alright.

Cheapest prices in town for a lot of things but do check your prices before you decide to make this your primary source of product. Butter for example is more expensive here.
