Can't say enough about here! My dog loves it here. I'm unable to take him for walks so this is a great alternative. It helps him become socialized with other people and pets. Much better than him staying home and sleeping all day. When he comes home, he eats like a hockey player and is sound asleep by 730. The employees here, love the fur babies! They are also well trained. Love, love, love it here!

I absolutely loved the pet resort. It was my puppies first time having a playdate. The facility was claimed there was no smell in the staff was very kind and understanding. I love to being able to look at the webcam to see him and I especially loved the report card with photos that they sent after. I will definitely use them when I am in need of him having a place to stay when I'm on vacation.

What a great experience for dog and owner alike today at Paws and Pals Resort as Cooper attended a four hour “meet and greet” event. He had a chance to meet and get acquainted with the staff, canine pals, play, rest, and play some more. The “meet and greet” is offered as a complementary service that screens dogs to see if they will do well in the doggie daycare setting. The facility is spotlessly clean, the staff is cordial and helpful, and a variety of services are offered at reasonable rates. You and your dog will love Paws and Pals!

Recently started bringing one of our pups here and starting to bring our 2nd this week. Staff is super helpful and friendly and we love seeing the pup on the webcam. 10/10 would recommend! Our pup is sufficiently exhausted after her time here. She's 8 months and is always gogogo.

I brought my golden doodle here for a full day of daycare and her first grooming experience. I was so happy with her grooming!! They did such a nice job and she had fun playing all day!

I've been boarding my dog Peyton at Paws and Pals for the past year and I've been very happy with the service. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they always take good care of Peyton. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the dogs have plenty of space to run and play.After not being there for a while due to an illness, they even called just to see how she was doing.I would definitely recommend Paws and Pals to anyone looking for a great place to board their dog.

Do NOT bring your dog(s) here if they are disabled in ANY way. I brought my two dogs here to be boarded for about eleven days. They came back with a matted tail and covered in urine. Both of my dogs are disabled and they told me that one of my dogs who is blind cannot come back because he "couldn't learn the perimeters" and "was not interacting with the dogs". It feels like they will not take the extra step to take care of disabled animals. Ridiculous! Not only that, both of my dogs have goopy red eyes! I have been coming here for about eleven years and I was very dissatisfied with this care. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back. On a positive note, the groomer is very friendly and did a great job grooming my dog. One of the receptionist ladies is also very kind. That is the only reason why I am giving a two star instead of a zero.

We take our dog there twice a week so she can be social with other dogs. The staff is friendly and seem to like having our Sibi there. The trainer on-site sometimes "borrows" Sibi to show other dog owners her basic skills ("doggy pushups"). This picture was taken by the P&P staff.

Paws and Pals takes great care of my dog. I have used daycare, “Smart Play,” and boarding services here, and she has a great and stimulating time every time. I also took a dog training class that was held at the facility in partnership with another company, and this was also a good experience. The facility is clean and well-run. Booking of care now can happen over the web, phone, or a new scheduling mobile app.

Nice separation of dogs by size and energy level. Individual kennels for sleeping/relaxing and eating, and can upgrade if you'd like a larger size.Great grooming services.Camera quality could be a bit better but gets the job done!

I have used multiple of their services. Boarding, daycare and grooming. I love all of em. Goose is a frequent visitor to daycare where he can try to calm his little goblin brain for 8 hours. The staff are all wonderful who work with Goose to help him remember his manners. They’re great with my 11 year old Lance and let his 85lb self hang out with the smaller dogs when he gets tired with the big dogs. Overall very happy with their services and will continue to be a frequent customer.

Cassie was the groomer that cut our Golden Doodle and highly recommended you ask for her or one of the other groomers if she is busy. Felix loved it at Paws and Pals that he was soooooo tired that he needed to take a nap after he returned home.

We have taken our dogs to Paws and Pals for over 16 years. From the original to the current owners. They cost more than some other kennels, but they are well worth the price. I never worry about the dogs, I only miss them. The web cams are unique to Paws and Pals and being able to see your dog(s) is such a plus.

My two dogs Tracker (German Shepherd - Black Lab mix) and Bella (Morky) have been going to Paws & Pals since 2013. They know what day daycare is, they know the word "daycare" and get incredibly excited when anyone says it. They have come home completely exhausted-happy from a full day of playing for years...I believe the dogs truly feel it is their home-away-from-home. The staff has accommodated last minute boarding when we had a family emergency. Highly recommend Paws & Pals for boarding and daycare. The groomer turnover has been relatively high in the past, but I have always been pleased with the groomers as well.

Guinness was at his “Meet n Greet” and came home really tired! His first time around more than one dog and he did well. Staff was super nice and sent pictures and a report card! We’re looking forward to many more “play dates”!!

I am taking my 10 month only Golden Doodle there for 1/2 day sessions of doggy day care once a week. She is having a great time! It is reassuring to be able to watch her on the webcams. The staff there is great and the facility is very clean. The price is very reasonable. It's a great opportunity for my dog to get in some play time and socialization. Thank you!

Their grooming prices are not posted publicly and each person I spoke to at the Prior Lake facility quoted me a different price. I was told the groomer had the ability to upcharge me for groom at their descretion based on how "hard" they had to work on the grooming?This just feels like a complete dishonest scam to consumers. We have no way of knowing that the grooming process looked like for our dog and are at the mercy of the groomer's mood that day?I was quoted $72 inititally when we dropped our dog off, then the receptionist changed the price to $79+tax when we arrived for pick up.When we asked what the increase was for she shrugged her shoulders and said," I don't know, I just saw a list of prices in our booklet and chose that one".Lastly, we specifically asked the groomer to NOT spray our dog with perfume, and she came out of the session wreaking of perfume and itching herself all evening long. We ended up having to give her another bath and blowdry here at home.

Fantastic team, super responsive to requests. Lots of fun, and they love my pup. They've increased their staff size to better support the animals and I appreciate that they cap the number of dogs they can have each day at daycare to a manageable number. Plus available packages make their daycare an even greater value.
