I rarely go there in fact once probably only time. This wasn't what my question was when I went into this Google thing that ALWAYS ANNOYING LYING APPEARS when wanting to ask questions. My question was why don't I have options to open app map n it goes directly into satalight map not this other fake looking map. Without having pay extra for this option. Sad. Not satisfied. Should be able hold that "map options" feature n make it my first option to pop up on my maps. Not goofy fake looking people n cartoon looking road's.

They only had half of what I was looking for, then when I went to purchase what I did find, the price at the register was about 35 percent higher than what was marked on the shelf. All in all, I won't be going back. I understood that the other half of what I wanted was probably on a pallet in the back, and was okay with that. The problem occurred when the price at the register was so much higher than what the shelf price was. THAT WAS THE POINT I WALKED OUT WITHOUT BUYING FROM YOUR COMPANY.

Absolutely love this place I go here to upgrade my house and food truck I highly recommend checking out what they have here everything is tested to make sure it is working properly and incredibly knowledgeable staff. I visit at least once a month sometimes just to see what's new.

It was my first time in the store. I had a short list of items and the staff was very helpful in locating what I needed. I also ask their opinion on a few things and I found them useful as well. I will be buying from them again.

If you are thinking of purchasing a used Cooler/equipment from this company— WATCH OUT. You might get burned like I did.I purchased a used cooler from them back in December 2020. At the time, they told me , their technician went through and inspected the cooler and everything works well. The warranty for 30 days. I agreed and paid $2,500 for it.They delivered the cooler to me and it worked ok for 6 months and it dead. Turn out , the cooler was from made in 1989 and the compressor was bad .What they did not tell me was , the cool I purchased is already 31 years old and the average life expectancy was almost over. Instead, they just trying to close the sale and make $$$ without letting the customers (me) aware of potential risks.I am well aware that it was used and expected to do yearly maintenance on it but I didn’t expect to throw it away after running it for only 6 months.Anyway, as customers, you might want to have a clear conversation with sale reps at A to Z and find out the history and average life expectancy of equipments you about to purchase or else you might find yourself throw away thousands $$$ and get stuck with a piece of junk- like me.A to Z - you guys been in this business for a long time so you know about cooler/Equipment better than the customer (average Joe like me). Making profit is obviously important in any business but withdraw information and not fully disclose the facts about the stuff you are selling is NOT ethical.

I made the drive from the cities in hopes of my last chance at finding a few specific equipment parts to pass my health inspection in a few days. Parts online take weeks be ordered and delivered. I walked into a graveyard/goldmine of used and new equipment. A man asked to help me and I needed some creative solutions. He knew exactly what would work and took him a few minutes before he brought me everything I needed! I had excellent service all around. It’s not a definite they have what you’re looking for, but they sure try to get you something and at a great deal too!

If you like cooking, this place is amazing. They have all kinds of culinary supplies such as containers, pots/pans, dinnerware, utensils, small equipment and even industrial equipment. Everything seemed very reasonably priced for the quality you were getting. The only two things I didn't like was that not everything had a price and some of the supplies were very dusty. I would recommend this place as a stop for any new home buyer or cooking enthusiast. It's worth your time.

Love this store. Employees are quick to help you find anything you need, very knowledgeable, and friendly. They didn't have what I was looking for, but most of the time they do and the prices are worth coming to check it out.

Lots of large equipment. Lots of specialized restaurant utensils large and small. Expect about a half hour or more to walk around the whole place.

The fact that While going 64 in a 55 mph zone, Whoever their driver is was following close enough that I couldn’t see the front of a large truck, is enough for me to know they are not worth the business. I caution everyone as these guys appear to have no consideration for the others around them.
