Absolutely clean rooms, customer service is excellent and they are very friendly, whenever I needed anything they would provide me with it, definitely check out, I recommend the stay.Walkability: Clear pathways and people were amazing.

This place was legit. Not only did they hook us up on the price for military. But they didn’t charge us a night due to coming in at 3 am. Chris was very polite and helpful. The rooms are just perfect for a little country town stay. Came in for my nephews annual memorial gathering and everything worked out perfect with our stay there. Thank you very much for the service. Will definitely stay here when I visit.Rooms: Room was very clean and very comfortable.

Rooms are ok little pricey for what you get. It is fairly clean. The hot water is like baby water guaranteed you will not burn as it is very Luke warm.Beds actually do not seem to bad.Wi-Fi is decent speed.Everyone at the front desk has been very courteous.I change my mind, the water is a cold shower. It’s warmer outside.

When I called I asked about if they have a continental breakfast, yes! Nee we at place we will ask what they have. It was small and no eggs or anything hot. Not impressed. The bed was awful, way too soft and they had some mattress pad on it, old bath towels. It was clean, but seriously needs updating. Staff was greatFood & drinks: Need a much better choice of food, hot food is a big plus. Your rooms had to filled fir all the vehicles we saw. and we barely saw anyone eating. We will say the coffee was excellent.Noteworthy details: The room needs to be updated, in our travels we love when there is no carpeting, other flooring is preferred. Update on beds and bedding

Stop there with 13 people in my van the manager more than took care of us getting us rooms making sure everything was the way it needed to be fantastic person would stay there every time I was in the areaRooms: The rooms were very clean well kept everything fresh. The whole hotel breakfast was great very accommodating for so many people.

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Not top modern design, but cleanliness is more important. Our room was near the pool and a couple of families with young children kept running from their room to the pool and slamming the doors every few minutes. There was also a private event in the breakfast room the afternoon that we checked in, so that room wasn't useable to us.

Working with this hotel was the most stressful part of my wedding. They were very difficult to communicate with. They were giving away rooms that we blocked to complete strangers months before the wedding. They kept forgetting to hand out the out of town guest gift bags as people checked in (wasted money and time). The hotel stay is subpar. I would say calling it a 3 star hotel is accurate. Just very suprised with how difficult it was working with them when they are a few miles from a very nice wedding venue that I imagine gives them a lot of buisness.

We were there for a kindergarten birthday party at the pool. The kids had a great time, and the pool, while not large, was very kid friendly, and the hot tub was nice too. We had cake and snacks in the breakfast area, which was also nice and clean. Good experience, but can't say anything about the rooms.

Room size was good. Cleanliness okay but pretty dated. Breakfast was definitely sub par (warm up your own waffle. Sausage gravy daily. Only fruit was apples. Limited cereal (sugary). Individual self oatmeal. Mini doughnuts. Two stories, but no elevator. AC worked fine.

We stayed at the Country Trails Inn and Suites it was great! The kids had a ball. the only indoor pool in Fillmore County, close to the bike trail, Branding Iron is a great place to eat. The front desk people were very nice, nice clean rooms. good breakfast. we'll be going back.

Room was excellent, very clean and reasonably priced for a jacuzzi room. The attendants at the front desk were also very pleasant. However, of the two keys, one only worked half the time and the other one didn't work at all.
