Very compassionate and accommodating staff. Open on Friday when we needed to have a pet put to sleep and other vets were closed. Staff went out if their way to make our daughter feel at ease. Highly recommend.

I am so thankful for the kind people at Plainview. They allowed me to say goodbye to my dog outside. It was very peaceful and I know she was happy to have her final moments in the sun. They were so compassionate. I got a card with her nose prints and paw prints and I will forever treasure those. I want to thank the staff at Plainview from the bottom of my heart.

We brought our two 16 week old puppies, Buddy and Bella, in today for their first appointment. Parking is easy, the reception area is spacious, and the exam rooms are clean and roomy. The prices are fair and they have good appointment availability.Dr. Douglas and Nicki were great! They handled our pups with ease and just rolled with the punches when Bella unexpectedly dropped a deuce on the table while getting her nails trimmed! 🐶🐶💩

Saved my puppy's life! My pup got behind some furniture and proceeded to devour about 3 feet of electric cord. He needed emergency surgery and nobody was available in Rochester (but all said he needed immediate surgery. Plainview Vet Clinic was very busy but they told me to bring him in and they would work him in. I have been coming here ever since! Amazing staff and vets!

Have not been here regularly because it is further from our home, but the staff and vet were very helpful, albeit maybe in a rush. The cost is much lower than vets in Rochester, so we went here to have our dog spayed. It was about 1/2 to 1/4 of prices quoted at vets in Rochester, but they did a great job and even kept our dog overnight to observe the immediate recovery.

Sadly very disappointed in recent visit. Specifically and numerous times asked to be present during exam when making appointment. Our dog was taken out of exam room for x-rays and examined while she was away from us. She was so anxious and panting so fast that the x-rays were poor. We did give permission for them to be done but it would have been nice to be told that due to heavy panting they probably wouldn't be useful. Would previously said this was the best vet clinic with very reasonable prices, not so much after this visit. Waste of $172.00

They are so caring and always check in for updates about how he is doing. Affordable prices aren’t even the best about this vet! It is so worth the drive if you are thinking about switching to them!

Grew up in Elgin. Moved to Rochester from Plainview. Have had animals literally every day of my life. Very friendly, very professional. They don't just tolerate the animals, I can tell that they treat them as their own. Very reasonable price. Won't trust my babies with anyone else!

I had an appointment for my dog to get her nails trimmed. She’s an old bear and is having hip problems. I thought I’d walk her down and we left with 45 mins to get there. I though that should be ok and give her rest breaks etc. well she made it 3/4 of the way and her hips gave out and she couldn’t walk any further. I call the vet to let them know we were gonna be late as jazz was having problems walking. They offered to come pick us up. I said thank you but we are only couple blocks away I’ll just carry her. Got to the vet and they were attentive to her right away. Got her some water and let her lay down and rest. They carried her back to the room for nail trim and carried her out. They even gave us a ride home!! These ladies really care about and love animals. I’ll always take my animals to this vet. I liked them before and have been happy with their service, but their compassion towards my dog and her bad hips today really made my heart melt. If you had a bad experience here then it was probably you, these ladies are fantastic and they really care about the animals they see. I couldn’t be any happier or pleased!!

My family and I are absolutely greatfull for Dr. Nate and Dr. Regina and their staff! Our dog was hit by a car and they took nothing but the best care at fixing her up! She will be sore for a while but, she is still here with us and that is what matters most to us! Awesome job!

My K9's companion, also a K9, had sutures taken out. He came out of the office just as happy as he went in. He really loves the adaptive personalities of the workers here. Just like his parents appreciate the facility and their mission. Inclusive costs. Easy making appts. The phone system is a little too be desired, but you'll have that on a job this size. We recommend these guys~G and family~ Ruff, Arff, Bark, 👍, 👏

I really like it here! It’s a lot more affordable than other vet clinics and the staff is amazing and nice. The male vet I brought my dog to was understanding and cracked a few jokes. He was extremely caring and wonderful. Their understanding if you have a busy schedule and can’t make it in to pick up the medication. I get now why they are always so booked and busy! It’s a great place to go!

I gladly drive over an hour to have these guys look after my fur kids. Never once have they steared me wrong. They always recommend what's best for them, and never try to over treat. Only place I take my animal if possible. I live in Rochester and it is well worth the drive. Very reasonably priced. My parents took all of our animals here when I was a child and now that I'm older, I take my cat here. I cannot begin to explain how thankful I am for this clinic and everything they have done for my sweet girl and I. They always accommodate for her needs and the staff is incredibly helpful and informative. Everytime I call with a question they provide an answer, and if they cannot, they find another staff member to get back to me with an answer or point me in the right direction. These people care about their job and the animals they are working with and that is why I will continue to take my animals here and recommend others to do the same.

Good pricing and very practical medical advice. The vets here are far more concerned with the comfort of your animal than what they can bill you for and aren't inclined to recommend unnecessary procedures.I started using this place because my dog's previous owner brought him here. I initially planned on switching to somewhere closer to me (I live in Rochester) but have ended up sticking around for 4 years now because I like it so much.
