The best one around here by far the staff here unlike the other dollar general is sissy’s happy to see you add willing to help. They treat you like a person and not a criminal because you spend more than $5 in the store. They must have great leadership here cuz everyone is nice and seems on task!!!my favorite guy cashier works here and the manger even jumped my car one night when my battery went dead the other stores managers would have Jeff me there with no phone no car to fend for myself they are always polite and professional here too.

The clerk (afternoon of March 29, 2917) was friendly and helpful. She greeted shoppers and smiled and answered questions and did her work with good cheer and efficiency. Customers treated so nicely will shop at the store again.

Great store, very friendly and helpful staff. Eric and Christine always welcome you and have a nice greeting. Good veriety of of items, even name brands at great prices. If they don't have it, just ask and they'll let you know when it will be in the store. One day f the better Dollar General stores in this state.

Went in tonight. 2 associates extremely rude. Not sure if they were closing at 10 or what, but treated me horrible. Had no time for me and made me feel completely like I was disturbing whatever they were doing. Used to shop here quite often, probably won't again and will let people I know in this small town about my experience.

this store really needed to restock the shelves... shopped there, came back a week later... but same thing. also it was very difficult to shop for the make-up, everything was behind the counter & really hard to see... it wasn’t like you could easily stand somewhere to see anything without being bothered or rushed by somebody, lol... idk it just felt very awkward and definitely inconvenient, but 🤷🏻‍♀️

It was a joy I've missed being able to shop in a dollar general and the gentlemen working there was such a delight he helped me load my vehicle as i cant lift much and the young lady was ever so kind heled me get something off the top shelf because i couldn't get it down safely I will definitely continue my ventures out to the store thanks so much

Love that we don't have to drive all the way to Rochester to grab a shower curtain or dog food anymore! And the prices aren't jacked up like the grocery store simply for the convenience of not having to leave town, they are about the same as Walmart.

The staff at the Pine Island D.G. is wonderful....very helpful and welcoming. The store is extremely organized. We all have those days when we need to hurry and find what we need, and the store is organized so well that you can do that in a very timely fashion

There okay for a few odds and ends. Lower quality items mean lower prices but some things are still cheaper at the big box stores. Same customer base but less volume, of people I mean.

Not a bad place to go to everything is kind of what you expect from a Dollar General this one here in Pine Island is a lot cleaner and put together than a lot of other ones

I am mixed and was treated very poorly. A lady by the name of Tammy who dresses like a child had false fact on saying my brother and I had stole things from the store because of our skin color. She had threatens to make us leave the store because of it. WE WILL NEVER SHOP THEIR AGAIN.

The way the register rings items up is really bad. They are also out of room. Trying to stuff to much merchandize into a small area. Otherwise prices were fair.
